Excellent customer service, the owner really takes his time to explain everything. My mother took her car to another shop with a broken water pump belt and that shop wanted to charge her $1400 for all kinds of unnecessary repairs. R & M diagnosed the problem to be only the water pump belt and replaced it saving Mom well over $1,200 thank you very much!

They could have taken advantage of me because I was fully expecting the worst, but they identified a lesser issue than what I thought and what everyone else predicted. I trust them. Honest and straightforward. Excellent communicators, keeping me up to date.

Went there with my Mercury and just now with my RV. He fixed my battery problem, checked and inflated all my tires to the correct PSI and helped me filling out a form for the weigh station.
