Couldn’t have asked for better service. I was able to have my car operational within a couple of hours. I am grateful for the services that Mr. Piper and his amazing staff provided. Definitely am going to come back again for any future repairs and I recommend anyone reading this review to do the same. You won’t regret it.

This guy is a thief and and doesn’t have morals. Charged me $500 for a starter! Being that I’m a single mom that’s not very knowledgeable with vehicles, I trusted his word because he was recommended by AAA. Thank God he didn’t finish the job on my car.

SCAMMMM and a total rip off!!! All the good reviews are fake which is what they put their self online to make the Boss whose Kate always look good. They charge you $100 just for a diagnosed. Than make up excuses to make the price go up. The white lady with an accent who work there has a attitude which can cause her to lose her life in most other places cross the world if she approach someone so dangerous. Morale is their all about the money because they have bad business. Don’t waste your time and money at all!!! I praise this message.

My truck had broken down randomly on my way home from Miami. The truck was towed to Pipers Auto Motive very late in the day. Once I arrived the staff was super helpful. They expressed what they believed the problem might be and once I had told them I was desperately trying to get home, they stayed a few moments past closing time to figure out the problem AND ended up fixing it super quickly. Most mechanics I’ve encountered will try charging for anything and everything they can but this place is different. Staff is compassionate and understanding and will do the best they can to accommodate you. 10/10 would recommend.

BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!! Horrible Service !!!!! Waiting taking FOREVER after they call you and say the car is ready and it’s NOT!!!!! They are SCAMMERS, AAA recommend them they give you warranty and car still is messed up then they tell you if you don’t give them a good review they make you pay in full EVEN IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! They have me wait and I can hear them talking about me, horrible customer service!!!!!

The best mechanic in Florida - period. This is the first time I enjoyed going to a mechanic. They were fair, David kept me updated including pictures while he worked on an oil leak, and the bill was half of my best case scenario, I am going to bring all my cars with any problem whatsoever to this place. So quick, so fair, so professional, my God a car shop that actually leaves you with a smile!

Very unprofessional. First he was late. And I had to do everything on my own. Please do not go here. It’s a waste of your time. I do not recommend it at all please save yourself your money and the headache.

EDIT: I lied in the review and I think its time to come clean. I used to work for Piper and was advised that giving a review would warrant a bonus - which i never got. Piper Automotive HAS NOT BEEN one of the best people to do business with. Fact of the matter is that Teo, the mechanic, is the only one who should really be praised for his dedication to customer satisfaction and expertise in the field. Piper has a lot of angry customers, mostly due to his inflated prices but he has had a share of happy customers if they can afford to pay the bill. If you need a mechanic, you can trust Teo but be aware that the bill you receive is inflated by the owner. Im leaving the original review below and the four stars for the mechanic. I think thats fair enough.Piper Automotive has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life! Hes taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family for over 5 years or so. Not once have I had any issues with his service and hes always gone the extra mile to take care of me. Hes very honest and will always give you his best advice regarding your vehicle. On top of all of this, hes just a really great guy and I always enjoy talking to him! Hes so informative that Im always learning about how my vehicle works. I have peace of mind bringing my vehicle to his shop and know that when I refer friends and family they will be equally satisfied.

My car broke down. Piper sent a tow track, brought it to the garage to perform a full diagnose to give me a quote for approval on changing alternator, tensioner assembly oil change and anti freeze. All done same day. Car drives fantastic!!!!Great job getting me back on the road fast at a great price

In the last weekI was amazed by the professionalism and honesty of Tony. I was driving and my car broke down few blocks from the shop (lucky me) and I was in a rush since I need my car for work. Tony was super nice, he fixed my car in record time and super honest pricing. After 8 years living in the North Miami area, I finally found a really good mechanic that I can trust.

Hi,I had my engine overheating and I new my fans were not working. Went to couple of shops same day. One needed way more money, the other needed more time, to inspect it for a day or two. This 5 star rating is for Evan, the owner, and his staff at Piper Automotive. My car wouldnt start on an early Saturday morning and when AAA couldnt jump start it, they offered to tow my car to Piper Automotive. From the beginning Evan gave me his personal cell number and encouraged me to call him anytime for any questions or concerns. Eventhough my car had to stay the weekend I was very appreciative to find that due to Piper Automotives professionalism and expertise, not only did my car start but, the radio that never worked started working as well. The issue was wiring that was jimmy- rigged by another mechanic to fix a previous problem, which caused the breakdown. Thank you again for your patience and decency Evan!

I went to Piper Automotive as a referral from David Templer, because I knew he wouldnt steer me wrong! Dropped my car off before work and by the time I got off of work my vehicle was repaired. I was anticipating the repair of my BMW to be well over $500, and surprisingly enough it wasnt even half that. The car is running better now then it did when I bought it, mind you, it is pre-owned! I highly recommend Piper automotive as they are honest, reliable, and extremely fair with rates! My new mechanic!!! Thank you for a job well done.

Terrible experience. I will never come back to this place, they’re all about the money, all what they really want is to charge you as much as possible creating a tons of excuses in case they can’t fix your car, just like in my case. The manager is a professional scammer

I was happy with the knowledge of the problem when I discussed with the mechanic, repairs were done quickly and cost of repairs was lower than when I had been to other places. Liked the professionalism of the staff.

Piper Automotive proved to be a lifesaver for me. I experienced what I thought was a major engine problem (check engine light was on – never a good sign) when my SUV engine began to hesitate and stall as if gas were not getting to the engine properly. The neighborhood mechanic I took it to told me it was serious and I was better off replacing the engine with a new or rebuilt one due to the extensive cost of repair which they stated was a problem with the timing chain. Estimated cost I was given was $4,700.00 for a rebuilt engine.I took it to Piper Automotive for a second opinion and told them of the problem and the initial diagnosis that I needed a new engine. Piper kept the car for a few days, checking it out thoroughly and ultimately discovered it was a problem with the catalytic converter which they repaired. Total cost $368.00.They had all the opportunity in the world to tell me it was repairable for a couple of thousand dollars (rather than the over $4000 I was first told) and I would have been thrilled. But they did the right thing and gave me an honest opinion and great service.If you need a mechanic do the right thing and take it to Piper.

Never in my 15 years of owning a car have I had a mechanic I felt was trustworthy until I came to this shop. I always go to a different place every time I need my car serviced but now I have a forever mechcanic!!! I will NEVER go anywhere esle!
