The people that work here treat me like family and make sure my Oil was change they explain everything that was going on with my car how to know when I need to get a tuneup did not even take long too do the job

Lost a fuel pump on our way to a cruise. Call him he fixed it while we were on our cruise. Very reasonable, super nice. Felt like he was a cross between my dad and my father in law. Answered all questions. If I lived down there I would go there for all my repairs. Highly recommended!!

Came here for vacation from New York and had a knocking sound coming from my engine took the car to another shop and they recommended I get a new engine after only having 60k miles on the car . When I got to north Miami auto specialist they told me I just needed a coil pack changed for $185 . Cant thank them enough for looking out for me after the first initial shop wanted to charge me thousands of dollars . I was able to make my trip back home without an issue . I brought my car to this place last month for a radiator fix, only for my car to be messed up further. They charged me $1300 beforehand. Its not only until it gave me the same problem and took it to a real mechanic and found out they not only arranged the radiator wrong but also so other stuff. That owner maybe all smiles but hes a crook in every sense. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND CAR STAY AWAY.

Went in to the Lexus dealership about a month ago for a noise I was hearing. They gave me a quote for $2700. (Like seriously -_-) I came into North Miami auto specialist to get my oil changed and a quote on the noise I was hearing. I was astonished when they told me it would be $110! Two hours later, problem solved. Great, honest mechanics. A+ Service! Will be taking my cars there from now on.

Great people and best service!!! I went there to replace the tensioner of my minivan they not only replace it quick but also did it for the right price (it took some negotiation). If I need more repair, Im definitely going back to them.

Great service very family-orientated business will get your car done right

This guys a jerk. Took him a 2012 camaro with no issues. The car only has 30,000 miles. Upon arrival he was trying to tell me it has a radiator leak when it didnt. All I needed was the oil changed. After getting the oil changed, about 2 weeks later a co-worker brought it to my attention that my car was leaking oil. I took the car back to him because it had no leaks before they touched it. He was upset and got nasty. They lifted the car up and he began to wipe off the oil drops as he said there was no leak. There clearly was oil on the filter and the plug. They made sure to tighten the plug a little more also. The next day after being at work for an hour there was oil on the ground again. So I took it back to them and again he got nasty telling me I had to buy a new plug. Why should I have to buy the new plug. Its not even about the plug. I was trying to talk to him to get down to the source of the problem when he said he didnt want to talk. I wasnt even being aggressive and it wasnt about him or me buying the plug. Just wanted to know what the problem was.

Three years later and the motor mounts I paid $400+ for are already bad/ needing to be replaced again..Paid a lot of money to have other things on the car fixed that I didnt bring it there for in the first place.Ultimately didnt like the way my boyfriend and I were treated..Just fyi

Some time customers destroy there cars and want to patch them so they can get where they are going.This is a fantasy.Get real,some cars belong in the scrap yard.Every one should take care of there cars and there will be no negative reviews...........
