Have nothing but love for the workers here. I called and they answered all my questions with no hesitation. I arrived and they told me an estimated time it would be until they could service my car and even held my spot while I grabbed a bite to eat. Specifically Allan makes this location shine!! Hands down the BEST place to get your car repaired. I have been going for almost 10 years, have taken all of my cars, my family members and even some of my friends. The store manager Allen is the most experienced and customer service driven individual. He would always guide you in the best direction for your repair. Customer service rep on site was so rude, and told me an appointment is not really an appointment. It could be as late as an hour and a half later. “It only means you’re next,” is what he said. Go to Jiffy Lube on 87 and Biscayne. Excellent service!

I had my car there for over a week .. the service manager Cj called me and informed me of my repairs and I agreed to them. 4 days later my car has not been fixed I drove by the shop multiple times and my car is still in the same spot. I called today and my car has still not been completed yet. Nothing against the management but they need to hire new mechanic to work on my car. The mechanic seems to not want to work on my car . At this point I don’t want to pay anything at all I just want my car back. My girl brought her car there and was completed the same day but mines is still there. They only have one mechanic and Cj explained he had other vehicles there that needed to repaired but how her car get fixed before mines!!!! He kept me informed when the part arrived and kept me updated I’ll give him that but my car should’ve been repaired .. I even seen him work with the mechanic working on my car.. I thought managers just run the shop not work in cars too I guess to expedite the repair I know it’s a big repair but sheesh over a week .. I came to the store and the “mechanic “acted as if he didn’t even want to speak to me he ignored me and told me to go inside... at this point I jus want my car back!

I drove 40 miles to get here. Previously today, I was given the run around by 3 previous shops. I came to this Goodyear and met Alan: a man of honesty and integrity. and a man who stood by his word. He was the only person this whole day that took the time to come out and look at my car and tell me the truth and help me to the best of his ability. I never thought I would drive 40 miles to go to a tire shop, but now I cant imagine not driving 40 miles. Alan has earned my business forever. I will be back! The a Goodyear brand has always been my tire go to, and Goodyear should know what amazing tires they have and what an amazing employee they have in Alan!

I came in for new tires and an alignment, the guy in the front helped me compare two types of tires I was interested in, and also helped me understand all options I have as for road hazards and alignment. They are very patient and answered all my questions and concerns I had. I came here to get a new water pump and oil change a couple months back and I continue to receive great customer service. The reason I continue to return is because of the great job they did with installing the new water pump during the summer, since then, my car been driving great without a clacking sound.

These guys always do good honest work! I’ve been coming here for over a year to change my oil, and if something is wrong they always have great recommendations. If they can’t fix it they advise who can.I made an appointment to change my oil and asked to swap out a wiper blade. They ended up throwing in the wiper blade for free simply because he forgot to check for it!

Always excellent customer service here especially from the Service Manager CJ... I came in distraught due to my AC not cooling. He calmed me down and assured me that he’d do everything that he can to assist, Miami weather is no joke. Shortly afterwards my AC was blowing cold and it didn’t break the bank to get it fixed. I appreciate the little things like the warm welcome that you feel coming through the doors at Good Year! As a woman most places I’m always a little apprehensive that I will be over charged due to my lack of car knowledge, but not here!!! Most people only give reviews when it’s something bad but after my experience an AMAZING review is well deserved!!

Beware they scam using goodyear brand name .worst customer service ever .First as soon as the garage opened i was there .Oil change denied .than i requesed tyre air check that also denied and excuse was tyre air checking gauge is broken . this is second bad experience at this place .First experience was they tried to scam me buy selling me a brand named edge instead of good year and i caught them but sad thing is i called my brother cause he bought fresh tyres for his Toyota camry from them and i was shocked they did it to my brother already .scam is everyone comes to this shop to buy goodyear tyres cause it is offical shop .What they do instead is sell you a brand named edge and without telling you than if you ask question after reading name on recipt they will try to convince you by telling it is also goodyear sister company .My brother have toyota camry they charged him money for goodyear tyres but put tyres of brand named kelly and series edge he is simple person he did not knew i found what they did atleast 4 months late and cause my brother signed so we cant challange cause we did not check at the time what they sold us .goodyear tyre have clear name branding on them they will try to force on you to buy another brand named Kelly edge saying it is goodyear it is not beware you are warned edge is not goodyear .Double check on receipt before signing edge branding is there do not buy .

The absolute worst. Paid $79.00 for a diagnostics, and they told me something was wrong with my tire sensors. A hour later my tire pressure is low again so I went somewhere else. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my sensors, I had a freaking nail in my tire. Just shut the whole place down!

Goodyear Auto Service has been around, forever. It is one of the oldest, automotive and tire center in the USA. There is always top of the line customer care. Products are also top of the line. Prices are where they should be. Is well worth it, to take your vehicle, to have it repaired, at any Goodyear location. This has been my experience, and many of my fellow employees, and students, at FIU University in Miami. Great great place great management, run by a create strong company name. Goodyear.

The problem is you have employees of this place telling you two different things. They feel as if they can pull a fast one on you. You got a know it all who instead of trying to check your car, hes too busy trying to prove a point. The people who work there will walk past you like you got two heads on your shoulders. Its like they dont want to work. No type of customer service. Just a horrible experience. Trust your instincts and always get a second opinion. Never go to them first or at all. Thank God I didnt leave my car there.

If I could I would give this location a lower rating. I believe in management and its ability to make a business thrive and succeed when saying that this manager himself is rude is very unorganized and it makes me ponder how he even received this position.His nameAlann and all you have to do is visit the location and observe these are the facts I will never use this location again the experience received is long lasting He does not carry himself as a person who should be in a leadership position sarcastically making comments to customers who do not deserve or ask for it it seemed like everyone he came in contact with the actons would transfer from person to person I truly believe he should not even receive corrective training but moved from the position all together.

Work was done correctly, simple oil change and tire patch, but was told it would be an hour. 3.5 hours later and finally the car is done. Asked the guy at the front desk and several times was told “would be done soon.” Several people came in and out before my car was finished. Would have not stayed or would have gone to a different place if I had known this is how I would be handled as a customer.

They were able to fix a flat for my daughter for no charge.

Terrible attention time. Appointment at 4pm. Got out at 7pm. For a 15min oil change. One person in shop. Promotional prices online do not apply for conventional oil. Call before going. Promotions only work with semi and full synthetic. Front desk person was nice.

Houston....we have a problem i just showed up for my 830am appt. There were 6 women ( angry women) waiting for someone to open the store and take their in cars. I live right down the road, so Ill be bsck later. I did not want to have to watch whoever it was that was an hour and a half late deal with what would certainly have to rank as one of the worst mornings in his career with goodyear. That would be sadistic on my part. . OUCH.

Such excellent and friendly customer service:) Will be my go to for tires and oil changes. What a difference in comparison to the tire shops on US1 which are over-crowded and just want to sell you tires instead of repairing them.

Came in Tuesday and had an appointment for 11 am for an oil change and got there on time there was only 1 other person there ..The bearded gentlemen at the counter didnt so much as greet us or asked if we had an appointment. He processed the other guest..after standing there for 10 min. the man finally asked how he could help us .. my wife and I that is.. he said ya youll be next .. didnt approach me to apologize for waiting so long.. after an hour we got up and left.. rude and unprofessional..and a shame cause Id been there in the past and had pretty good service.. we wont be back..👎👎

Extremely upset. My wheel was scratched at this location and once i spoke with a joe and told him my wheel was scratched i was told it was impossible for them to have scratched it. Then i was told to bring my car by so they could look at it only to find out they close 5 minutes prior. Extremely poor service.

I am very disappointed with my recent service with Goodyear. I have been a long-time customer and take my Toyota 4Runner and BMW to Goodyear for yearly maintenance. In November I took my Toyota 4 Runner to have the breaks done and have had to take the truck back 4 times since then to have them adjusted because they keep squeaking. On top of being inconvenienced every single time we have to leave the truck, it was very expensive, over $455.00 and they still can’t get them to stop squeaking. Also, there was a small dent on the upper left of the handle from some sort of tool, very unprofessional service. I will not be taking any of our cars there after this issue is resolved.

Walked in this good year near my home to get a quote on a 19” Michelin tire for my 2016 Honda and they was way over priced $395 plus, balancing and mounting . Outrageous price when and got a continental for way less then that.
