The worst, management changes dont notify the customers, a friend I knew picked his car up from being in the shop for about 2 weeks, it broke down on him the same day

**PLEASE AVOID THIS MECHANIC AT ALL COSTS**This is by far THE WORST MECHANIC IN DADE COUNTY!!!! I was recommended to Manny by an auto body shop who did a wonderful job on my vehicle, unfortunately the same cannot be said for this BLANTANT SCAMMER!The first time I came to Manny I paid more than $796 for a replacement for my Rack & Pinion, an oil change and an alignment on my sports car a 370z.Everything was fine until my car began dangerously reducing speed on the highway. While driving, my car would go from 80 miles per hour to 20 miles per hour and then absolutely stop! I nearly lost my life when another driver came within inches of smashing into my vehicle.I immediately came to Mannys shop with my mother ready to expend whatever was necessary to get my car back to operating correctly( I am currently a full time college student and a full time worker). Manny suggested that I had a faulty tire sensor and that he would charge me $375 for parts & labor. The diagnosis immediately set off an alarm because a vehicle dropping speed and stalling has nothing to do with freaking tires yet Manny was adamant that was the issue. Manny then proceeded to advise me that along with the sensor I need to purchase 4 brand new tires so the sensor can work properly.The very next day my car was ready to be picked up. As soon as I left the shop the car began slowing down again, so we took my vehicle to the nearest tire shop and replaced ALL FOUR TIRES FOR $500! I drove my car back home and everything was okay UNTIL I drove my car on the highway to go to school, my car reduced speed AGAIN.At this point I was getting angry, my life was being put at risk each time I entered that vehicle. We took the car back to Manny and he was completely a different person than the one we encountered. He was extremely nasty to my mother and I, he said he couldnt even look at my car because hes too busy and hes going on vacation! So I asked when could he look at my vehicle and he said when he comes back from his 2 week vacation!!!!!Manny did not care about the faulty mechanical work he did on my vehicle, his only concern was pushing me off so he didnt have to deal with it. So I wait exactly 2 weeks for Manny to return from his vacation, only to be cursed at by Manny for calling him to schedule an inspection. He told me over the phone that either I take $118 back (out of the $375 I actually paid for the faulty service) or he will look at it but that its not his responsibility if I had engine issues because he only fixed the tire sensor!!!!What logical sense does that make? Manny refused to admit that he misdiagnosed my vehicle and only wanted to refund me for the labor saying that I already have a new sensor in my car and hes not paying me for a part that I never needed!I took my vehicle to a more reputable shop in Hollywood and they diagnosed my issue correctly, the entire time my car needed a new Catalytic converter, which costs $750 including labor!Women please listen to me, DO NOT TRUST MANNY!!! I PAID $875 worth of labor and parts for an issue I NEVER HAD! This has put in me in such a finacial bind, I just left Mannys shop to collect the $118, he continued to curse at me in front of my mother, he was completely unprofessional and unapologetic about the wasted money.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I BEG OF YOU, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!! YOU WILL SPEND MORE MONEY ON MISDIAGNOSES THAN ON YOUR VEHICLE ACTUALLY BEING FIXED!!!I will post pictures of the receipts please view them!

Went in to have my car looked at after it overheated. The owner Manny took a look at my car and said the radiator needs to be replaced (it had one leak and couldve been sealed). I gave him the benefit of the doubt along with my trust.After paying an outrageous amount for parts and maintainence I would later find after the repair job was finished, it was not my radiator but my water pump and belt that needed replacing. Unlike a true professional he looked me in the eyes and said, sorry, it will cost $400 plus the cost of parts for him to fix then proceeded to ask me to pay him for his mistake. If you are looking for honest & professional service this is not a shop that should be dealt with-from misdiagnosis to overcharging, then discovering I cant even drive my car because its worse off than before I had it fixed, this shop is another problem waiting to happen with you car. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Horrible! This guy Manny couldnt even give a price for a simple break service job on my car, had me calling him for two days and when I went in person to see him he just ignored me because he was TOO BUSY Not professional at all. He is a joke! Not planning in going there EVER!JACK-ASS!
