I’m writing this review as I sit on the side of the road with a flat tire at 9:30PM on a Friday. I came in yesterday for a very routine inspection of my vehicle which I’ve owned for about six months and had absolutely no issues with. To my surprise, the service rep comes to report to me that she “upgraded” my free inspection and found some very serious issues with my vehicle. I was very suspicious of these alleged issues and asked her to give me a print out of the services needed. She refused and told me that it was “for the mechanic”. In my experience, repair shops will normally give the customer this information so I found that very odd. I’ve had my vehicles serviced/inspected by Warren Henry in the past and never encountered this. New policy?As I drove the vehicle from the dealership, I felt like my tires felt and sounded different but I chalked it up to road noise as it seemed to subside after a few miles. Having parked my vehicle until this evening, I didn’t give the tire issue a second thought until I hopped on I-95 and got a tire pressure alert. As I exited the freeway to find air, the tire went completely flat. While this could all be coincidental, I can’t help but wonder if my service visit has resulted in more issues than I came in with.

DISASTER! This dealership deserves 0 Stars!I brought the car for a regular service and they found problems that don’t exist.1. They lost my car key2. A regular service costs : $1,8003. They wanted to charge me $2,700more to change the Cooling Fan Motor because a little noise - I brought the car to MIAMI BRITISH LAND ROVER and they just unplug the fan A/C motor and plug it again and the noise disappeair.4. They wanted to charge me $900 because the car didn’t turn on - so for them the problem was the Starter Motor Cable when I told them at the beginning that the battery is very low because the car was not used for 1 month.SHAMEFUL!!! Obviously I told them that I will not doing any of those repairs because the car is working perfectly, the only thing they have to do is JUMP THE BATTERY and the car turn on immediately.Magically, after this the car was ready to pick up.And you know what they have the courage to tell me? That they fixed the problem for FREE. Lol( when I picked up the car the little noise of the fun was still ON - THEY DIDN’T FIX NOTHING especially for FREE)THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND VERY INCOMPETENT!Be careful!!

But this new location is just bigger with nothing better about it. We start off with a so called “service advisor” who nor wants to do any “service” nor closely interested in “advising” customers. Sounds and behaves as if he hates his job, lucky me i had to deal with him. Ensures me for a service less than last time ($3K) and ends up giving me a quote of ($11K), if you think thats the problem, nope we are just getting started now. I call his direct line, mobile, reception for 2days with no trace of my “service advisor” and i request them to direct my call to their manager, guess what cant seem to reach him for 2 straight days too. What can anyone do at this point, so i was just waiting and here i get a call from Gustavo saying he is on a time off and handed my case to “Francisco” who also made sure to compliment the dealerships consistent attitude of “i dont care about your car nor being a service advisor, i just hate my job” kind. I tell Gustavo to have this new guy “Francisco” call me with details of 11K so i could know why there amazing service costs this much. Ofcourse this time, i knew my boundaries so waited for 2 more days to get a call back. My new service advisor only know the total of 11K that i should be paying, but nothing about related specifics wen forced him to open the quote and give me details, he was clueless in reading through details listed on a page. I had to become a service advisor, understand the specifics and advise him some of those are not needed for my car bringing down the cost to $7K. If you think, we are done here trust me they want you to remember this place forever in your life so they are gonna made it better, by calling back and letting me know the car is ready. As my wife picks up the car, she realizes to have a new problem with AC blowing only hot air. She goes back gives them car, god knows if anyone does quality check or atleast a service check of repairs done at this place. And now they want me to pay 4K for breaking AC which was already working. After agreeing to that with an additional $250 for diagnosis, they said to have fixed it and gave me the car. I go on my thanksgiving holiday and guess what my AC is blowing hot hair in the middle of my trip, ruining my holiday.p.s A sequel to this titled “service appointment 2” is coming up in a few stay tuned.
