Dont go here, avoid this place at all possibilities. they photocopied my ID and I watched the girl take one of the extra photocopies of my identification and without tearing it up just crumpled up and threw it in the trash. I said please take that out of the trash and give it back to me. They are incompetent and I dont trust them

Very long wait time over 30mins, the lady seemed nice, but couldnt answer any questions due to limited English. Was very upset. Plan ahead when coming service is very slow. Very empty and still slow service

I use the this place a lot for my business. I ship out a lot of products for my work, as well, I also rent a mailbox there for work purposes. These guys are always extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are also very helpful if I need something packed up. I never feel my packages are thrown around like other places. Anything I ever drop off or pick up is handled with care. I also never feel like I am being rushed out.On a more current note, I feel this is a very clean and safe place to go. Everyone is wearing a mask and it is a bigger store so there is ample room to social distance. They are keeping it safe! Definitely recommend the postal annex for shipping and mail services.

Great little shop in Sky Lake plaza. It’s Always super clean, stocked up with Office and shipping supplies, and has a super friendly staff and boasts great prices! Postal Annex is definitely my go to for all of my shipping needs and should be yours to.

I went there today (1/6/2020) for my fingerprints and it was really quick. I got there a couple minutes early but they helped me immediately. I thought it was going to be bad according to other reviews but it exceeded my expectations. I may visit there again for other things.

A one-stop shop in the heart of North Miami Beach. They literally have everything you need there! Faxing, Printing, Passport Renewals, Gloves, masks, etc. Highly recommend it for those that need to run errands in one stop.

I have not actually been to the store, but when I expressed to the owner that getting to the store was a challenge, he gave me the opportunity to drop my boxes at his HOUSE and he took it from there. When you have the pleasure of experiencing someone and a company going above and beyond it confirms that there is still love and kindness and hope in the world especially during these uncertain times. As I sit here in my buddys yard watching my kids swimming and loving life I know that part of my thanks is owed to PostalAnnex+ for bringing the positive energy. Incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate employees. These people should not own a postal annex if theyre not prepared to follow protocol. I recommend NO ONE use this service, as you run the risk of them not accepting your package at all.

I had to send a package, a friend told me about postal annex, great service and fair prices. They took care of everything. I now recommend it to all my friends, besides the packing service I needed to notarize a document, the gentleman who owns the store did it kindly.worth it!

Great fast finger print service. I was in an out in just 5 minutes.

Not only was I refused a service, I also got yelled. Very rude. I remember now I was not greeted either although i was the only customer there. Never again.

Went in for a single notary stamp. Was asked to wait for the notary guy, who was pointed out to me. I gave up after waiting for 15 minutes watching him carry on a social conversation.I ended up going across the street to the UPS store who literally took care of me in less than 2 minutes.
