Absolute jabronis. Cant do anything, cant scan barcodes, cant print, and couldnt give the old woman in front of me any information without a severe attitude. Cant wait until they automate the entire process, the human element is worse than a fast food restaurant.
I couldn’t put a zero for rating but if there was an option I would have ! Their customer service is awful, the lady with glasses is very impolite. I’m not sure what they ate that day, but the attitude and energy was not positive. Two people was taken care of while I was next in line ! They need to fix their system because “supposedly their shipment system is not pushing in the shipping “. Please do better on your costumer services and computer system !
I like that they are open late. But people who work there are never in a rush to do anything. Barely walking or doing anything.

FedEx are using customer service people from India, Philippines, & many places in South America... they can barely speak English & are downright unhelpful & rude.... why can’t they hire some US citizens???I have been on hold for over 45 minutes & when I get another foreigner, I have to call back & again argue with a machine to speak to a human!!!So over FEDEX.... will look for another delivery company...
This facility is absolutely horrible. I absolutely dread when a company tells me they will be using FedEx because1. If they say they delivered it (nothing is there)2. They say they attempted delivery but, my home security literally shows NO ONE even coming anywhere near me door.The actual store where the driver is coming from is clueless and has no idea how to remotely help. Driver is supposed to leave a door tag but, due to the fact that he never even came to the door I can’t even sign that to have them leave the package! I would rather pay 20% more with any other company just to ensure I can get my package. And they just say to come pick up but, these packages are entirely too large to fit in my car. Rent a car to pick up a package? I will go out of my way from now on to avoid FedEx.
The 2 ladies that work there are so sweet and polite. They are very helpful and friendly. God bless both of them ALWAYS.

Great place to drop off prelabeled FEDE->X boxes if not busy. But it gets extremely busy on occasions and they really need to figure out a better way to accept prepaid packages without having to stand outside in the rain for half an hour

There is a gentleman (didn’t catch his name but wears his hair in dreadlocks) who is amazing. I have gotten him a couple of time and his customer service is on point. Haven’t seen this type of customer in a long time! An employee has the power to make or break a customer’s experience. This particular gentleman makes it a positive one!

Brought a package to drop off. The bar code was not the perfect quality and the clerk could not scan it. She told me I had to go to fedex printing center because she cant print it neither by typing in the numbers from the label ( which are perfectly readable) nor by scanning it from my phone ( it did scan just fine). The whole attitude thing at this facility Sucks.
I didnt have the door tag with me, only my tracking number and the customer rep couldnt find my package with it. She said it must have been the type of shipment where I needed to go half hour away to another location. Fortunately was able to have my roommate send a pic of my door tag. Otherwise would have gone on a wild goose chase!
Unbelievably horrible service experience with FedEx!!My package was Express, Priority Overnight/Priority. It was a very important package. It was shipped Friday, April 13, 2018 to arrive April 14, 2018, Saturday 12 Noon at my residence.When it didn’t arrive on time I called FedEx and was informed my package would be delayed till sometime Monday. Problem was due to bad weather.I called back and spoke to a manager 3 hours later requesting my package be put on the next FedEx departing plane on same day delivery. The manager had a really hard time reaching a manager in another geographical area to arrange it, but promised me he would pass on my information to the next manager. I was on hold on and off for that phone call one hour!! The manager gave me a case number, said he would pass the case with information to next shift.Two hours later I called again. I was told the person in charge of my case was unavailable. The rep said there is no information attached to the case, except my tracking number (??). She insisted there was nothing else to do but for me to wait. I asked to speak to a manager. I waited on hold on and off. After 45 minutes the rep said there is nobody available and not picking up her call to them. At that point I gave up.By the way I only got one email saying the package was scheduled for delivery Sat 12 noon overnight delivery. I received a text message at 2pm on Monday, after I picked up my package from aFedEx center.Lousy, Lousy service!

As a rule of thumb, any place in Miami with associates that value their time and yours deserves 5 points. Great service, in and out in 3 min. The line was moving fast, as it should.
Laziest drivers known to man. Said they attempted to deliver......security cameras say otherwise. Never even tried. 2nd time this week (1st wayfair, 2nd disney store)! Now I have to drive across town with 2 young kids (3 and 5) just hoping to get my time sensitive package.

They just don’t care, they are rude and incapable.I have been trying to get 2 packages for the last three days, they gave me the wrong time of delivery, after that i rescheduled for another time and after getting confirmation number they called 2 hours later to tell me the office was already close so i have to wait until next day, the next say i went to get my packages and they just “found” only one, so i have to go missing 1 of the packages, and the package was there the whole time, now im taking a flight for work and they are refusing to hold my package for 72 hours, the lack of care and customer service is frustrating, i just called to asked for more time and after they refused to understand what i was trying to say they just hung up the phone letting me talking to myself...Super frustrating to have to deal with those people, is not just the lack of customer services but also the lack of manners, that location needs to be analyze by FedEx because all they are doing is playing with people’s time and money, and laughing in our faces like FedEx doesn’t care at all...The way the treated me in my last phone call was offensive, they don’t suppose to bully people and get away with it...

I wish they had zero stars! I went there to send a package for work. We have an account and I didnt have the number. They have looked it up every other time Ive dropped a package off for shipment, no problem. The Custormer Service person this morning said he couldnt do that. When I said but the other Associates had always looked it up, he said well were not suppose to do it here. They shouldnt have done that. All of this was in a very rude tone of voice; no Im sorry but they shouldnt have done that, etc. I did say that it was very good customer service (since I know they can do it as theyve all done it before). Again even more rude this time, He said Well YOU should always carry your account number; then he turned around and walked back into the back office. I mean Ive worked in customer service for years and even if I cant assist the customer, I am apologetic. And since I know they can look up the account number, why not do so this time and advise me that they really arent supposed to do it so please make a note of it for the future. I mean and companies wonder why people decide not to use them any longer. He did NOT make my day! Will never go back there again!

I came in to pick up a package I sent to this store because its not to far of drive for me, After providing my name to retrieve my item. She insisted in getting the tracking number form me instead, when I showed her what I thought was the tracking number, and after asking her what it should began with the lady upfront was so very rude and unhelpful. She told me she didnt know what it look like, even though the tracking info was sent from FedEx in a text message (even after showing her the number on my phone). She then got an attitude and told me she would pull up my info another way...with out even attempting to enter the number in the computer. After insisting she type the numbers, she finally put it in the computer! Absurd! Worst customer service ever...fix your face and your attitude lady. FEDEX should train their employees on customer service.
I dont know which location delivered my package but this is unacceptable!!!! I came home and found my package on the floor in front of the door so everyone can see!!! I live in an apartment and you can clearly see someone opened it and decided it wasnt worth taking. Im glad it wasnt anything valueable!!! I thought I would have been able to post a picture!
The WORST customer service!! Drivers do not even deliver packages at the addresses and yet claim to have left a notice that is never available. FEDEX itself the worst service cannot take simple instructions from their customers if one wants package left at their door or otherwise. DO NOT USE FEDEX....THE WORST COURIER SERVICE.....THE WORST...AND THIS STATION NEVER PICKS THEIR PHONE...because of this stations and their drivers negligence, i lost my father from breathing complications because they held a medical equipment he so needed. Anyone can recommend an attorney, i will file a lawsuit.

I hate to say this but Ive experienced the worst customer service in my life at this location. Those lazy couriers never knock your door and then simply put a note like no recipients at home and then left. OK, then I request a on-hold and go pick up personally. Not sure if they only have 1 female dealing with customer service or not, but she cut us off before I had finished my conversation which was really rude!!! Ill never recommend FEDEX to ANY OF MY FRIENDS specially THIS LOCATION!!! DISGUSTING!!!

If there was a -1 star, I would choose it for the unprofessionnalism of the one representative called Eddie that called me today! He was extremely unpleasant from the second he talked to me. As a customer service, you are entitled to help find solution and not be condescending and rude. Change career otherwise. They made up excuses for not being able to deliver my package. Every day, I see several deliveries in my building from Fedex and others. The main reason given to me, was incorrect address given. The address was 100% correct!!!! Now what excuse do you have for shipping my goods a week later when I pay express 2 days shipping?

I was told that i had to go there to pick up my packages but when i arrived, [after 5 days of waiting and being jerked around] they gave me one and after 45 minutes still couldnt find the second one. No manager on site and no idea when she would return. They also allege that they tried to deliver but they never left a tag and we were at home all the times they allegedly were here. They are the absolute worst!
Havent been to the building nor will i go. I dont know how Fedex works. But why would they keep a package far from the location. I spoke with 800 number from FedEx and hey said they would move it to other location. Then i get a private call telling me they came 3 times which is a lie. Only twice. Then they wont deliver it to the other location. I even offered to pay them. They are just lazy because its 20mins away. They really deserve the 1 star. Horrible customer service from office

This place is horrible !!! I too, was home...twice...when I opened my door to find DOOR TAG on there, claiming they attempted delivery. So, after that, I went to the nearby FEDEX location ( this one ) and requested my package.The package is mine, paid for me, ordered by me...but with my girlfriends name. I had the matching ID, order information...but they said my girlfriend had to sign for it ( fair enough ), and that it would arrive today, between 2-3pm. Its now 4pm and it still hasnt been delivered. The staff ( two old ladies ) were so rude and flippant, it was insane. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Rude employees, who are not helpful
They can never get their job right. I never write reviews, but hey have been an on going problem. First I had a package that needed to be delivered and they through both of them over my gate into a puddle. Then they didnt notify me that the package was delivered u tip the next day. Thank god I found my both of my packages the same day way before the hours they said they were going to deliver it. My first package was drenched in muddy water and the second one was torn apart by my dogs only because they delivered it at a time that they did not say it was suppose to be delivered. It was a birthday present that was now torn apart because they refused to read my beware of dog sign. Then today they delivered my package at 9 am when the expected delivery time was way after 9. So my express package is now delayed once again. Another time before that they delivered books for my brother who needed them for school and they threw that in a puddle of water also. Instead of simply shaking the gate to get our attention they were lazy. I simply made a phone call to have them solve these issues and nothing was done except the fact that they are still doing the same thing. I never have had this experience with any deliver company before. Horrible service.

I honestly dont know how this place is still open!! I was supposed to receive a package yesterday at 10:30am the retard they call a driver delivered it to the wrong house(I live in a freaking apartment) and the address he gave the notes is wrong this address doesnt even exist. I mean this dude had one job! ONE JOB and he cant even do that right! Its been over 24 hours and they have no new updates as to where my package is. Now there telling me that I have to wait until Monday.... Im not the one that messed up but you want me to wait. WTH I will never use fed ex ever again I would much rather pay the extra money for UPS.

I hate going to this location. Staff always in back talking when customers are lined up out side the door. No consideration for customers or rush to complete a task. This is the only location that I have dropped off packages well before the cutoff and did not get shipped out until the next day, causing them to arrive late.

As usual with fedexs in this area, the service is poor, the drivers are liars and nothing ever gets delivered on time. I had a deliver man yesterday stick a door tag on My door at 11 am while I was home, knock and run. On the door tag it said tried to deliver at 9.24 am.? My thing is why knock and run? why not just deliver the package.? and why lie about the time like you tried to deliver it and no one is home. I am home all day every day, Im about to have a baby so its not l wouldnt have been able to sign and receive the package. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH.

Bad company. Because they dont have the mail box key, they left with my package. They dont take even 1mn to knock on the door.
Stated package was at a pick up location. When I went the following day to pick up was not even at the location they left on the notice. When I went to the main facility the package was returned. Customer service not very helpful, plus I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a representative and when finally got to them got transferred and call hung up.

This is the worst shipping experience I have ever had.. the customer service is horrible it’s like nobody knows what they are doing. And the driver always assumes I’m not home so he doesn’t even call to let me know he’s downstairs. Even though I take off the day of work to wait for them.
