Had to go twice. My brother always spends good money in this store .First time no one spoke Spanish and I think that made the service some how poor, no too much effort to help him .Second time there was a person that spoke Spanish so service was much better.Be aware that they only exchangeproduct, no returns !!So make sure to pick your items correctly.Closes during the week at 6:00 PM, a little early, I will say . Good selection of products.

Went in for some new shafts and grips, and the Assistant Manager couldnt stop insulting my dads old clubs telling me they werent worth anything. So, I left. I wont be back.

I rented a set of clubs there and couldnt of been happier. This store has everything you could possibly need for golf. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

I spent a whole lot of funds at Edwin Watts through out the yrs. Before they moved to this new location a few blocks away from the railroad the service hasnt been the same. It seemed like they used to really appreciate your business. Lately I have gone a couple of times to the Doral location & I have had a better experience there.

Poor service.....three employees behind the counter could not be bothered...when I walked up to them...they kept their heads down.

This place has many good things, but the best thing it has is the staff, because they want to sell you what you need. they take the time to help you with your golf game. they are all very good people.

I use to frequent this golf store and never received any sort of service, tried to order a shaft from them and they could not even do that correctly. I have been to Edwin Watts all over the nation and never been treated as poorly as i am at this one. Will never go back, you should take you business else where. note i am a former college golfer and current assistant professional and its embarrassing they would treat someone in the industry like this.

I was standing for 5 minutes at the counter waiting for my turn and a couple comes in looking for golf balls and the person on the counter helps them instead of me. I said I was there first and didnt pay attention.Very unfair and I walk away disgusted!!

I have been purchasing golf attIres at Edwin Watts for over 20 years, at the old address.I visited the new location at north MIAMI beach today for the first time. I was attended by rude, obnoxious, didn’t care, going through a rough a day gentleman. Ended up leaving everything I was going to purchase on the counter, and left with a bad sour feeling, like why would they even bother to make such an investment if the service is border line violent. What a pity, It is a nice store after all.

Wonderful, attentive service from Eric! We came in looking for travel bags and left an hour later with two new travel bags and two lightweight golf bags. Eric was so patient in showing us options as well as unloading old bags and re-loading new. We are pleased!

As a lefty, I went to 3 places yesterday looking for a set to try out -- no luck. Finally one store recommended Edwin Watts.I was lost looking for clubs when what I really needed was some one like Paul to consult me on my new set. It was overall a fantastic shopping experience, and I am extremely happy with an entire new set of clubs fit for my type of swing.Would recommend to anyone looking for guidance and the right knowledge.
