The truck had a flat tire when I went to pick it up. Then I was referred to a bogus location for assistance. Clearly the agents did not know what to do and instead of looking for an adequate solution they attempted to make excuses, no concessions, quarter-hearted attempt to provide solutions.

This location offers longer hours and it is located in the tool rental dept. They do not rip off unlike other locations.

I was half an hour being ignored by the truck rental attendants, I never went there again
