I came to fix my Loco bike because it had a flat wheel. Willy helped me with it and he was AMAZING! It was difficult to fix because the wheel was 26’ and the valve is long. I am not sure what he did but fix it and it was not expensive.I noticed they have new bikes and the store is great. I highly recommend it

I live in NYC and have been road ridding for about 6 years. Lately like many other New Yorkers, I’ve been spending some time in Miami and decided it would be awesome to keep a bike here. Ended up in this shop by chance but I have to thank my lucky stars. This place is really special. They are a family owned and run shop with an incredible staff. They were patient, attentive, detail oriented with the entire process.I have never had a better experience at any bike shop and this is my 3rd road bike. I’ll be stoping in every time I’m in Miami. If you are looking for great bikes and a greater team to get you set up. The New Management has improved the store a lot, great variety & quality of products. Let me start off by saying i usually dont write reviews... As soon as i stepped into the store i was greeted by Fernando. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Fernando recommended to me which bikes to buy since I am new to mountain biking. He even had extensive knowledge of trails around Miami, even the one across the street Oleta park! Not the same Bike Shop.I stopped in today for new rubber on an old road bike I wanted to put back in use. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a few super friendly guys that were eager to help.While my bike was getting serviced I was introduced and told they were the new owners. This is a great bike shop. The shop turned over to new owners a few months back and the new team really makes every effort to deliver a top notch service and customer experience. These guys never say “no we can’t do that” like at other area bike shops. They will help every customer as best they can because they value their customer loyalty. I brought three little kids’ bikes to them yesterday and the owner himself stopped what he was doing to check the fit of the bikes and make the adjustments I had requested. They have a very good selection of bikes, apparel, gear and accessories. Just yesterday I was kicking myself when I saw that they had SPD cleats for the same price I paid online, thinking I had found a good deal online. I always tell people that if you want to have a local bike shop that is focused on customer service and is willing to help you when you need it, then you’ve got to support the local bike shop and buy your bikes there. This shop is the perfect example of why. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Heard of this new shop and decided to stop by to get some things swapped out in my bike. Willy the mechanic was eager to help. He had everything on hand, even went above and beyond to help service my front wheel since it wasn’t rolling as smooth. Service was great and quick. While waiting the staff Offered my wife and I coffee and water while waiting. Store was great and the staff as well, definitely recommend the shop.

They went out of their way to take the time to explain things and recommended less expensive options to meet my needs. Got my first mountain bike at the Endurance Store today! Amery and Fernando were very helpful and honest. Amery took her time and suggested the bike she thought that was most suitable for me, she went out of her way to show my different colors and styles, something she didn’t have to, but did anyway to make sure I was able to make an informed decision! I’m really happy I got my first mountain bike from this place and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Dont come here! I brought my bike in to repair the brakes and a flat tire. When I picked it up the brakes didnt work and the tire was leaking air. So they didnt try the bike? When I brought it back they said that I needed new discs and pads (they should have known that if they tried the bike). after I bought the new parts the brakes still werent working correctly (said so by the mechanic) I bring it back again to fix it and now its my fault bc I bought cheap breaks, really???? (they are hydraulic disc brakes not cheap) PLEASE DONT COME HERE!

Was at the end of my transaction about to buy a bicycle for $1200 when the owner came over and asked me if I was OK with the bicycle being scratched already. They took $50 off for the scratch.I was looking to buy a bicycle brand new with no scratches so I was obviously let down. I was going to buy the bicycle anyway until the owner said the bike is not for sale. I came to the business to spend money and was sent away with no bicycle. I do not think this was a reasonable solution for a business owner. I highly recommend choosing a different bicycle store.

So far the service is excellent ‼️The mechanic called me to discuss how far I wanted to go with replacements and explained clearly what was needed immediately and what could wait.Only thing missing here is opening early in Saturdays so I can drop off /pick up my bike when I go to Oleta River park.That would be a super plus‼️👻At least for pick up only.

Best bike shop in Miami! Fixed an issue I had on my bike on the spot for really cheap while other bike places said they would take 2-3 weeks and would cost 2 times more. DEFINITELY coming back if I ever need a quick fix.

I bought two bikes at this store during the corona virus lock down back in April which were over $1500 each, I never received some of the parts for one of the bikes, until recently after multiple attempts of asking for parts that were ORIGINALLY missing on one of the bikes that I PAID for, finally were received 8 month later. Also, they conveniently did not have me in their system and requested proof of purchase multiple times. The costumer service and my experience was one of the worst I had ever had. They are super rude and they just want you to pay and out of their hair. I now need new tires, maintenance, etc for my bikes and this is the last place I will go to, even though it is conveniently located right by my house.Not a costumer that will be back!Great job! I will buy my future bikes else where.

I brought my bike to service and had a great experience. Very competent, knowledgeable and friendly staff.While I waited, I got some explanation about Garmin products that I was looking for and they gave me info on other alternatives to choose from.I got the bike back without glitches, paid what was initially agreed with no surprises, and overall thrilled with the experience.

Unfortunately I dont post enough reviews. There are generally plenty of people posting negative comments so I am begining to level the playing field.What I found today at Endurance was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service. Somehow my wifes new Ebike had a flat rear tire. Generally, I have tool and skills to replace a tire tube. However after taking a good look at all the brakes and gears I was going to leave this repairs to the Pros.I was in and out in less than an hour. Thats just a guess I never looked at my watch. It was like 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised.So as a review consider it POSITIVE.A Confirmed Tinker say, Endurance will be doing ALL my future repairs.

They changed the ownership. The place went downhill and not in a fun MTB or road exciting way. The mechanic doesn’t know how to identify issues on a tubeless tires.The owners careless like the bike issues are not their problem.Brought the bike to fix an air issue on back wheel, was told to buy two tires $79.90 each and I specially told him I thought it wasn’t the tire issue please take a deep look into.Got home an hour later no air on the back tire, the new tire! Rosé all the way back here like 10 miles away, there are three guys in the parts area, the same guy said he “thinks” is tape. Wrapping up the wheel. I asked what he thought was the cause; “ idk how much it will cost, ask him” pointing to another guy. Cost?! The other guy told me speak in Spanish to him because he doesn’t understand English. I did spoke in Spanish the second time around.I replied- you told me it was the tires, I bought new tires the issue remains, there’s no cost at all. To the owners - Don’t worry I won’t bring my business back. They have no knowledge or passion for the business all they want is money for whatever they do even if is not a good job give them money and time. They don’t care for customer service neither.So while I was there they dropped another customer’s bike on the floor and were like whatever. I support local business more than buying online, but when the owner gave me the “ I have a lot of customers, don’t worry” I had it. That’s how business lose customers one by one.

My initial experience was stellar, and very informative. Unfortunately on a recent visit, I was met by rudeness, and a disinterest towards assistance. I am very disappointed, as I have been a long time customer of the previous owners Nick & Richard.
