This is a truly traffic place. Would give it 6 stars if I could. We had UFKB renovate our entire home including flooring, baths and kitchen. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Frank the owner is very detail oriented and goes above and beyond that of any typical contractor. Its been several years since they completed our renovations and he still helps me with whatever needs we have on any of the slew of items that we bought from him. Really a pleasure to work with. Hes dedicated to customer service and really knows his industry and products better than any fancy stores that are double in price. I have worked with USA Floors Kitchen and Bath many many times. They always do what they say they will do . I ordered tiles from them - i get compliments on my tile floors every single time someone sees them. My kitchen is spectacular . They said it would be ready in 6 weeks and it was. I cant say enough good things about this company. They are real people. I even call them to ask questions about other projects that they are not doing and they still help me.

My wife and I a extremely pleased with our new kitchen. Frank and Damaris helped a great deal with the layout of our kitchen. They are very knowledgeable and stand behind their products. They supplied the tiles and fixtures 5 years ago and it was a great experience then, so when I had a problem and needed to redo an entire bathroom I went straight to Frank. Owner Frank is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He stands by his work even years later, always willing to solve a problem if an issue arises. After purchasing several Aqua Brass shower systems from him, he used his contacts at the company to obtain extra parts and repaired an older Aqua Brass shower that we had previously installed with another contractor!He has a great variety of fixtures and tiles, and gives you his honest opinion on their performance and value. With Frank, you must buy your products from him...and though it may be appealing to shop around for cheaper tiles and fixtures, knowing Frank stands behind everything is well worth it.

People can’t even answer the phone appropriately. I asked for an estimate, and I was told to go to the showroom to see what I wanted. So, if they are kitchen and bathroom specialists they need to see what we have to remodeled and from there work things out and give options. Definitely they lost business.

Some friends in Miami Springs had recently remodeled their kitchen and highly recommended USA Floors Kitchen and Bath for our remodel. Our home was built in 1926 and kitchens back them were small and away from the social gathering areas of the house. We had no cabinets, only shelves. The junction box access took a big chunk of the wall just above the stove. The floors were outdated and worn Mexican tile.We visited the USA FKB store on Biscanye Blvd, and met with the owner Frank Cabrera. He’s a general contractor which was another reason we decided to do business with him. Frank and his wife, who is an interior designer, provided fantastic ideas on materials,, colors, layout, and overall design.The project took about 4 weeks, and we could not be happier. Our kitchen, while still small, is the most beautiful room in the house. We love our porcelain floors, quartz counter tops and backsplash, the new faucet and sink, and microwave over the range. We finally have a functional kitchen, and we love cooking in it more than ever.

My husband and I just finished working with Frank and Damaris Cabrera on a master bathroom renovation project. We had the good fortune to stop into their store, USA Floors Kitchen & Bath last Winter when we wanted to do a little updating to our condo kitchen. They were such a pleasure to work with that this past winter, when we decided to do a total gut renovation to our bathroom we thought of them again. Frank and Damaris came up to our condo for measurements and to start the design planning. Two days later they invited us back to the store to see design plans and to pick out finishes. They made this process a breeze! We wanted Frank to do the construction, but though he was an experienced General Contractor, he hadn’t yet received the final paperwork on his own GC license from Miami Dade County. On Christmas Eve, we got the call from Frank that he had received his license and we were ready to go. Frank handled all the paperwork and permitting with extreme efficiency. Within a week he had his team assembled and we were underway. Frank promised that the job should be about 5 or 6 weeks, but that the town could slow things down with inspection schedules. As it turned out, five weeks after we began, the bathroom was substantially done and we were able to move back into our master bedroom and begin using the bathroom. Frank has extensive contacts among construction professionals and he sent us an excellent team. There were some issues with one subcontractor, but Frank absolutely stood by his word and sent someone else to our condo to fix a few small details. He said he wanted us to be 100% happy with the end result and he made sure that we were totally satisfied. My husband and I recommend Frank and Damaris to anyone contemplating a renovation project, large or small. They are a pleasure to work with, very detail oriented and always in constant touch with us by phone or text. When I had questions over the weekend, Frank texted back within minutes. So in conclusion, whether shopping for the elements of a new bath or kitchen or looking for a GC to oversee your project, Frank and Damaris Cabrera of USAFKB and FD Construction are an absolute pleasure to work with. We love our new master bathroom and would work with them again without any hesitation!
