I only ordered from this company because the advertised dog treats which were no longer available from the more reputable sources (Chewys, Amazon etc.) They charged my card immediately but there was no sign of the goods for weeks and when I called the company all I got was voice mail and no response to any emails. I disputed the charge with my bank and surprisingly a shipment acknowledgement arrived shortly afterwards. The only problem is the treats they sent were not what I ordered! They were treats readily available anywhere and in all cases at a lower price. I believe this is a one man / woman operation with no substance behind them! Not quite a scam but pretty close. Beware!

I ordered 3 bottles of B-6 50 mg tabs. I paid $4.21 per bottle totaling $12.63 plus $4.90 shipping. I paid in full via my credit card. I have only received 1 bottle. I have e-mailed & havent gotten no response. I have tried calling and it goes straight to voice message. I have left several voice messages and no has returned my calls. I will be contacting my bank, my attorney, as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Buyer beware! This store is a sham! I placed an order for $60 and never got a hipping confirmation. I called and was assured that I’d be getting the tracking info but never did. I called again and asked for the tracking information and was told AGAIN, that the order would be shipping that day.Then, I emailed to cancel and was told that even though hadn’t shipped, it processed, socI couldn’t cancel. 3 weeks later, no order. I had to call my credit card company for fraud!I don’t believe that this company stocks or ever ships most of the products they advertise on their site It’s a come-on and a scam. Boycott this dishonest business!

Terrible customer service and communication skills. I purchased an item over four weeks ago. Two weeks after purchasing any many emails to customer support with no response I was informed my order was delayed due to shipping errors ie covid and fedex we’re to blame. Then two weeks after that correspondence I was told it was out of stock. I can appreciate delays and products running of stock but that doesn’t excuse the terrible customer service and frankly this company can’t get their story straight.

I have problems with this company. They never sent me my purchase I had to open a case in Paypal. They dont answer the phone, they dont answer the emails. Be very careful with them. I will never order anything again because they seem to me that they are not serious or professional. Luckily my account is guaranteed with Paypal but the loss of time is the most frustrating thing.
