Instead of using the factory, produced hearing aids, the audiologist adjusted both instruments to accommodate my ears individually. She also presented instructions for optimum use of the cell phone for programing the hearing aids. I am profoundly grateful for her professional proficiency and caring spirit.

My daughter has been a client since they were in their other building. Im impressed with how theyre so knowledgeable with any and all things regarding loss of hearing. They are very respectibal and they treat Asheli as an individual.

They never answer the phones and take weeks to even get a call back. Took them months to even call me back for status on my hearing aids. Went to a different provider and got hearing aids in less then a week. Gilda was excellent and extremely helpful. The front desk was horrible. I had to do her job for her and contact my insurance to speed up the process.

People at the desk are not friendly. And it takes forever to get a return call.We stopped by personally when we did not hear and were told they had been busy and did not get to their voicemails. Meanwhile there was just one couple in the waiting room?!

Very professional however you can save lots of $ if you get hear aids at costco.
