WORSTE EXPERIENCE!I did my pick up order with time. I chose the time slot 6pm-7pm got there at 6pm for them to send me a message “Sorry! Your Walmart Grocery order is still in process. Well send an alert when its ready for pickup. Reply HELP for info; STOP to opt out.” I waited 40 minutes ! for them to finally send me “Your local Walmart is unable to fulfill your grocery order due to operational issues. Check your email for details. Reply HELP for info, or STOP to opt out” they made me waste my time and energy into waiting for so long just for them to realize they weren’t unable to complete my pick up order.Why waste people’s time like this? I was there while I was watching multiple cars park because someone that has such of a low knowledge to being unable to organize all the orders! I contacted costumer service and they even said “they were busy”. I understand the whole store can be PACK, but this is a freaking difference service and if the whole store it’s going to be understaff you better get things straight online and not make available yourself so tons of people go to other store.Now you not only made me waste my time, but made an unnecessary hold on my card, that’s MONEY I can be using at other Walmart that it’s more efficient that this one.SHAME ON THIS STORE LOCATION.
Picking from Walmart for postmates the Walmart employees well he looks like a supervisor from pick up is rude never pick up the phone have u sitting longer then 30mins served another customer that just pulled up before me
I had an bad experience at the Miami Garden store. They didnt let my 85 yr old mother go in and wait for me while i did the line. They were rude and nasty. So instead we went to the 163 st in North Miami Beach Walmart. The front lady was polite. Let my mother in and as before I was willing to make the line, but she let me in. That is what customer service is about. Shame on those ladies at Miami Garden store they refuse a 85 yr old woman that was operated a few months ago of the knee.
The worst customer service I have received in all Walmart, really the quality of the staff in the place is terrible, I asked someone for help and they refuse to do their job, what kind of staff do they hire.
The store closed its doors at 8:00 pm when the closing time is at 8:30 pm the store employees as well as its security staff treated the customers badly and the manager never came to give a explanation of why the store did not admit its customers during working hours. Bad response to walmart customers.
