Alex is one of the most honorable people Ive ever met in the business. Over 40 years at the same location portraying the utmost integrity. Its great to know there are still people that really go the extra mile when you need it. His knowledge in jewelry and high end watches is overwhelming and obviously the reason he pays more. Great place to go when you want the most money for your items and great personal service. Youre not just a number at this place youre considered a real person who will get the attention you deserve.

This guy is a thief I just pawn my jewelry for one month and you have to double check the date and month because he don’t give you a copy just a piece of paper like I pound my jewelry on 8/28 and he put 7/28 know was my fault for not double check and i ending paying 2 months instead of 1😡😡

Worst customer service. One person in the store and wont even acknowledge his customers. I waited for 10 minutes and ended up leaving, the guy was just chatting with his friend instead of taking care of clients. Place is old and let down also. Definitely not recommended.
