The line is always long when school is opening up. We have to wait for hours in the hot sun every time that happens. Other than that everything is good especially the customer service.

Unfortunately this place seem to be very disorganized. I ordered shorts and paid for shipping and never received the product, I called the store for 2 weeks and no one answered the phone, I sent email and never received response. I finally was able to speak with someone who said to please go to store to pick up. I went ask for the shipping cost back and they give a hard time. Plus I had purchase 2 pants July 29th and they said since I don’t have a receipt I would only get store credit … that by the way is a paper that if I loose it I won’t be able to use it in the future, I asked for the phone number of the store manager and the lady said “ I can’t give you her phone number “.

I have worked with Chai Tee many times. Everyone is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help get you what you need. I order uniforms for my school from them. They have help with everything form picking the type of shirts and sizes, to designing the logo, number size for front/back of the jersey, to doing it in a rush if needed. Rush, BUT not at a sacrifice to quality of material or print. I have never had a problem with any of their work. Our school uses them to make many shirts we need that are time sensitive and we have never had a problem getting our orders in time. The hard work of Nancy, Lisa, and everyone who works at Chai Tees is goes a long way in making every customer feel special.

Very disappointed in the wait line here . The girl that helped me was very sweet. Then to the long hot check out line. Need to figure out a wiser way to check out your customers, the line wasn’t even long to expect to wait 30 plus mins.... advice : check out your customers that are ready to go, and let the undecided ones to the side to make up their minds.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The service is terrible. You should never bad mouth a customer and especially in front of other customers. Its so unprofessional. The short woman with glasses was on the phone with a customer and after hanging up on her, she made a few rude comments out loud. Thats not appropriate.The quality of the uniforms isnt ideal either. They dont have sizes to accommodate for all body types and the material doesnt wash well. Its a nightmare just going in to get a few shirts. Just a terrible experience.
