I dropped my laptop their last week Tuesday after speaking to a pleasant woman & reading the good reviews. States that itll take 1 day to repair a slow laptop. Great! One day passes and no word... Understandable, I get it may take a bit longer. I called 2 days later and was told itd be ready soon and theyll call me back that day... No call. I now call on Thurs, again understanding that it may be a bigger issue - but it should be communicated. They said it needs a new hard drive & it should be ready on Fri.I, again, had to initiate communication. I called around noon on Fri and was told to speak to a tech who, from the get go, was practically shouting at me. I calm informed him that I will not speak to someone that is practically shouting at me. I spoke to the original woman who said itll be ready today & that they will install Windows Office.I get there at 4pm, the woman takes me to be the back and a tech says that they didnt have time to install Windows Office.At the end of the day, she did charge me less than the full job. However 1) the job was not completed. 2) Replacing the hard drive and re-installing Windows did more harm to my laptop as it wont start and I have ablue screen at booting stating OS Could not be loaded because the kernal is missing or contains errors. Makes me question whether or not the Windows OS that was installed was legitimate.I should have went with a more reputable company.

Similar situation to an earlier post. I took system in to reinstall windows, got empty promises. Had to BEG to get system back - only to find 1.Nothing accomplished and 2. computer literally NOT PUT BACK TOGETHER with base put back incorrectly see attached pics). I wholeheartedly hope these jerks go zero business in computers - cause they simply do not deserve ANY work.

I have been coming to D&B Computer Services. I have worked on my English skills and Typing Skills. I am typing now 40 words a minute. I would like to get to 60 Words a minute. Ms. Belkys encourages me always. She says that I can do it. She is very nice. When I get to 60 Words a minute in typing. I will start with the Microsoft Office. There is a complete program of Microsoft Office at D&B Computer Services. I am learning and I hope one day I will be getting a good job.Helene Jean-Charles

I enjoy the services offered here! Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend stopping by! I started going to their shop last year when I was thinking of changing jobs. Besides having access to the internet, computers, and printers for cheap, I got a lot of motivation. I was excited to come back and share with them that I got the job! For some reason its the only place I can go to get stuff done, pay bills, clear my email, do research, and just relax. I think its the atmosphere of the staff. The owner is a very remarkable woman! She runs a non profit organization called Love to Help. You gotta love someone who loves to help!

I was nervous to take my laptop in to someone I did not know. I spilled coffee on my keyboard and I use my ASUS laptop for business. The moment I spoke with Belkis and her staff I was reassured that this was the right place to go. They ordered a new keyboard and communicated with me via email as to the progress of the repair. I had my laptop back in less that 3 days, all ready to go. They are a very knowledgeable and professional group!Their prices are very fair also!
