Nice organized clean toys r us with everything you can expect. noticed only 2 employees one at the service counter and one in the warehouse. they could use one more walking around to help.

The toys are there. No complaints about the products. Its just a little run down and in need of more interested employees and TLC. More people would buy in store instead of online if the in store experience was better.

I definitely understand why theyre closing prices are still too high compared to all other stores around. And you would imagine that for an actual toy store they would have more selection.

What is it w Toys R Us? Honestly, I love the store, but find that most stores have say 8-10 employees on staff during non peak hours and always have 1 person on the register (and you can clearly see 6-8 just not doing anything at all.) Everyone seems to not want to work at all. Theyll clearly be standing around, not wanting to help you. Its unreal. Twice in the last year Ive gone in, found 5 or 6 things I want to buy...just to drop them all as there was 1 line w a other employees refusing to help ring customers. This and many other locations need to be audited. And IF they are being audited by corporate, its ineffective. I recommend hidden camera auditing.

This location has absolutely the worst customer service. I had an issue with my credit card being stolen and used in that store and they didnt seem to care about me. They almost seemed to enjoyed that someone got away with a crime right in front of them.

This store is absolutely terrible! Not only in a weird neighborhood but also just got a bike for my kid and box had tape, so girl said yea yea all of them are like this but then when we start to assemble it, the actual main part of the bike was missing. Now have to waste my time go back since someone not only did not do their job to inspect when somebody else returned it but also put it back on the floor to be sold again. Absolutely out of control!

I always find something special for my nephew each time I come in.... If hes happy, Im happy

The shopping plaza its located in is pretty much dead. Theyve been at the same location for years though. Its your average Toysrus. Nothing really special or bad to say. The Taco Bell next door is pretty good and its located close to Krispy Kreme. So if youre trying to make a fun treat for your child then it makes stopping by even sweeter.

I buy i walker for my baby, and when i open the box have scratches and one of the wheels broken. Worst costumer service, they dont even say sorry.

Horrible coustermer service, I was waiting for over thirty mins for someone to check on a toy only to see them coming back from lunch, when I finally got help from someone else the got me I toy thats already been opened super dusty mind you the item I was getting is over $ 200, sorry but I see y you might be going out of business. Only 1 of the 9 check outs open, causing long queues. They lost my sale as I got fed up waiting.

They have a small staff so getting assistance is difficult. And check out can be slow if theres a crowd because they usually only have one register open.

Good luck with getting someone to answer the PHONE CALLED 10 TIMES...I ACTUALLY COUNTED ....I guess they have kids working there because a kid intro explains someone will be right with you yet no one answers the phone...completely unprofessional . .

Store looks very run down. Not many people around to provide assistance.

They have a really small staff and the people there are super lazy. I went to buy a Lego set and i checked the website it said they have a ton of it, but just to be sure i called them to put it on hold, no one answered. I called 8 times and no one picked up. But i still went there and when i got there they didnt have it at all, it was because they didnt update the thing online.

I did not get help from anyone here at this toys r us but, but i found everything i was looking for.

Store was closed one hour before actual closing time. A few costumers stood outside some with their kids asking to speak to the manager but the employees on the inside just got out of sight and waited until we left! This is not acceptable!

Sooooo many toys! Among other items for babies and children. Wow, I was crazy inside the store with so many options! Its really worth it!

Almost by chance, I was surprised by how big and the variety of things they sell. Very good place to visit and buy what you need for your children
