Dr. Lee is amazing. Bedside manner is so pleasant. Diagnosed and prescribed eyeglasses flawlessly. Visionworks lucky to have her.

The customer service is fantastic! All the staff members are helpful and friendly. The optometrist was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place! Winnie was patient and helped me pick out the perfect frame for my glasses! She also mentioned to me additional benefits that I wasnt aware off regarding my vision insurance, which landed me in getting a second pair free of charge.

Let me tell you, today was the first time I called and they were able to schedule an appointment with me right on the spot. Not only that, the process was fast and efficient. The employees were very nice and very knowledgeable. They were honest and very helpful. They explained what my insurance would cover, and explained in detailed about every thing I was concerned about. Thank you ! Would definitely recommend.

I just had the best experience ever buying glasses. My right eye has experienced five accidents (including a paper cut to the cornea) and Dr. Anthony de Rougemont was patient, thorough, and a completely charming and graceful gentleman. Ive never had a more thorough examination of my very messed up eye. I am immensely thankful for his care. The manager and clinical specialist keep the place professionally relaxed and cheerful. Everyone has their own taste, but I loved the music. Five stars for this place.

I truly appreciate the excellent service received from the entire staff.I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions and it was pleasant every time.First thing first you will always be greeted with a pleasant hello how may help you when entering either by Chris, Giovanni or Maria or any other employee.Chris is very helpful & knowledgeable from my very first encounter with him I had a 1000 questions right before closing time. He took his time to answer the questions and hes funny.Giovanni is also very helpful and pleasant as he assisted with my 2nd visit & getting me prepared for the optometrist.I met Maria on my most recent visit and she too flowed right into a seemless system of efficiency, professionalism and great customer service.Dr. Anthony de Rougemont is very thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I just had the greatest experience at Visionworks with Winnie. She took great care of us. She assisted my husband and I in finding the best glasses for our needs. She explained the different add on options for the lenses (ex. polarize, poly, and etc.). She took the time to explain how Visionworks insurance works and aided us in seeing the value of adding it onto our new purchase. Winnie is truly an asset to Visionworks and because of her I am now a lifelong customer. For anyone in need of new frames I urge you to go in and ask for Winnie. She will take care of your every need and leave you completely satisfied.

The staff and Dr. Dagobert at this location are the ultimate professionals with the best sense of humor and knowledge base. We had 3 appointments and they assisted us the minute we walked in the door. Chris was so helpful with the insurance, the eye exam and the selection of glasses. This location seems to have issues retaining staff.My recent exam was very professional but I asked for records and staff were unable to produce them.When I followed up by phone I couldnt get staff to pick up after several tries over several hours.

I visited this location for a follow up appt 1135 appt and the person that greeted me ask me to wear a mask when I came back he accommodated me for a new appt. 1215 pm.... The masks should be at the entrance vissible snd offered to visitors that do not hsve one...besides that Dr Shram is excellent. For your vision needs I recommend this place...

Giovanni Goodlett did an amazing job fixing a couple pairs of glasses for my mother. One of the pairs was really bent badly and we weren’t sure if they could be fixed but he did a beautiful job. He was an absolute delight to work with. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Visionworks is very fortunate to have people like Giovanni. I would recommend this location to everyone!!

Everyone was really nice!! The Dr explains everything she makes sure you understand, at the time we had to choose the glasses Wilfredo make sure we took advantage of everything our insurance offer and explains everything as well!!

On yesterday my family of five had an appointment at 11:00am. The staff was very professional from the guy Giovanni to the young lady that started serving us to Dr. Dagobert. This is the first time that an eye doctor has actually explain to me what could be wrong with my eyes. She recommended to send my husband and I to see a specialist. She had a lot of patience with all my children. We spent some money but it was worth it. Take care of your eyes you need them for everything. Yes my family and I will keep coming back. I had a very pleasant experience, all the staff are nice and welcoming. Dr. Dagobert made us feel comfortable and explained every little step of the procedure.

I got my eyes examined almost 3 weeks ago and decided to call the store to find out if they were ready for pick up. For 3 days now,i have been unable to speak to anyone regarding my glasses. Today i was on hold with the automated machine for 33 minutes. No live person,no one to at least pick up the phone and just acknowledge my call, NOTHING. Absolutely unacceptable. Will NEVER come back to this store . I had to give a star to post this. I give NO STARS

I’ve been coming to Vision Works annually for about three years; they are always expedient, customer focus and professional.

After they forced us to pay the exam fee and the contacts fee for the family, they admitted they could not give me the contacts I wanted because the Dr. Was not trained in the particular type of contacts I wanted. So I got my contacts fee refunded--but they should have told me that they could not give me what I wanted before the exam!! Now I have to go elsewhere pay amber another exam fee and pay for my contacts. All while I have to wait a few days for my refund! Soooo maddening!!

This the best vision works everyones great here I was in an out quicker then the last one I went to !

Missed an appointment but they still were able to take me in. Dr Dagobert and Gio was fantastic and I will recommend.

I have been coming here for three years and have only had excellent experiences. The store manager Giovanni is exceptional and will always work hard to make sure that the customer is happy.

Terrible. LOVELY eye doctors. However, the whole experience of picking the actual glasses up is a whole ordeal. They sent me an email and a message to pick up my glasses. I get there and they say they’re not ready and they only have the lens itself but not the frame. They said they had on file that I was gonna bring my own. I said no I paid for them here and picked them out. Then asked what frame I picked. Two weeks ago I don’t exactly remember. However I paid for them and everything. How do they have no idea which I picked. Long story short I left empty handed and had to come back later.

AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!! They are a completely rip off! Not only do you wait hrs until you are seen ( with a appointment). When you finally see Dr. Evan the exam is rushed and she’s not listening to any of your concerns as a patient. You are rushed to desk just to pay! And which they lied about the exam price. I had to go back to follow up cause the contacts that was prescribed to me were defective. Just for the Dr. Evans to tell me that I have to see a specialist (eye doctor) which I asked why didn’t you state that at my exam a week prior? I was told she assumed I didn’t have health insurance!!! At that point I walked out! I will never go back to that to place or recommend anyone to it.

The lady on the front desk (50ish) which I think is the manager is a very rude person. She was rude since the moment I walked in. I also told her I wanted to work w one specific employee but she didn’t let me. My dad told the guy that he wanted to do the order with him since we had already worked with him in the past. The manager started telling me that I should have let her know with who I wanted to work w earlier when she didn’t let me in the first place. I won’t be coming back to this store.

I called to ask how much was an exam and the front desk lady Joanne gave me a price which was reasonable. Now that I’m Finish with my exam and I’m ready to leave it’s another much more bigger price. I told her I called the day before and she complete denied giving me a lower price and told me that there’s new people working here. It was Just so unprofessional.

Came in to fill a prescription and was immediately greeted by Winnie. She paid attention to my needs and understood my budget. She did an incredible job helping me find the cutest pair of glasses that would properly fit my bifocal lenses. Ill DEFINITELY be back next year.

Good customer service is so hard to come by and while many people do it, its not for everyone. Most people dont realize that you have to be a people person in order to service orders and that it takes patience. I recently visit this store I must of looked lost because an associate name Winnie came over and assisted me and asked me questions to get an idea of exactly what I needed. She embodied everything someone in customer service-should be- patient, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and and left me really happy with my choice of glasses.

I had an exceptional experience while visiting. I honestly had new clue on what I needed to get. I just was referred to get an eye exam. Once I walked in I was greeted by Wilnifred. Walked in and wasn’t too sure on what to purchase for myself. Luckily, there was an employee working there, that had already greeted me upon arrival. Was help by a young lady to replace my Broken frames, she recommended getting an additional pair and breakage warranty as I break glasses a lot. She was able to copy my Prescription from my glasses and got me both pairs on the same day. VERY SATISFIED!

This location is so pretty and well put together, it’s well organized. The young man that helped me was Giovanni he had so much patience with me. And he made sure I picked out the best frame that I love and that fits my lifestyle. I will most def be back. Thanks Giovanni.

I wasnt too pleased with one of the associates working there (dont care to remember her name either but she was Spanish). Shes rude and stand offish. Luckily when Winnie walked through from the back she assisted me when I asked her. Definitely made my experience more pleasant. Even helped me get an additional new pair of glasses.

I’ve been coming here for years, since I was a kid, and I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon. I do not know what about my visit today that I did not like, but everything seemed rushed and the lead associate who handled me was unfriendly to the point where it was borderline rude and, if I was a sensitive man, almost condescending. The first words out of her mouth in my direction were “do you have your two frames yet?” And then the next question was “do you have insurance?” The issues with this is she assumed I was an uninsured patron who had come to take advantage of the BOGO they have when you buy a pair of glasses and get the other one free. I understand that perhaps I fit the mold for this group being a minority but she could have at least provided condescending service with a smile🤷🏿‍♂️

So I havent even set foot in this place, and I wont after speaking with them on the phone, and reading these reviews. The lady over the phone rushed me before I could even get a grip on the question I wanted to ask. I asked to schedule an appointment on Saturday, and she gave me two phone numbers to call because apparently the phone number to set an appointment was changed, but not changed on google. For some reason she was rushing me off the phone, I couldnt copy the 2nd number down. The number I called had a busy signal. Thankfully, I didnt waste my money on a company that isnt invested in customer satisfaction, hello and goodbye.

I thought I would give this place a chance, but no! It was a horrible experience. First, the woman who works there did not fully explain to me that I would have to pay $80 to try on one pair of lenses!! She did not write down my appointment for the next week in their system. She did not properly calculate the cost of my lenses (I had to do it myself ) . That woman needs to be re-trained because she really brought down my whole experience. Vision works, you have really bad reviews, get it together!

The salespeople at the N. Miami Store (163rd St.) have a nonchalant attitude about their job. They (3) didnt seem to want to answer my question on the phone after placing me on hold for 18 minutes. I called back and it seemed to be an imposition to check and find out if my three pairs of glasses were ready. First the young lady said no, but I asked her to find out about the frames that I brought with me to change the lenses. Then she said, All of them are ready.This place is poorly managed! They need Customer Relationship training and to exemplify consideration for customers need for their eye glasses.

Do not go to Visionworks! My appointment was at 1:45 and they said I had to wait 2 in a half hours to be seen! I told the manager and he said oh well you just have to wait. I could not wait because I had to go Washington in 2 in a half hours! So never go to Visonworks!

Today i went to vision works and i received excellent service from the employees there and their names are Bereti, Winnie,and last but not least Gio.

The 163 St Store is a SCAM, a Ripoff, Con artists. They Over charge you. The sales lady give me a Lens Cleaning Kit that I didnt need or want, SHE Said it was FREE and ones I got home and read the bill she charge me for it. They are con artists.

Dont even think abount coming to this place.Horrible service. Manager had no manners. As soon as i entered she asked me acorss the counter if i had an appointment. I replied back to her no i do not...she just told me we are tottally full for today you must make an appointment..really??? How about say hello, how about getting the customer?...she made me feel like i made a huge mistake by coming in to this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VISIONWORKS!They never answer the phone and when they do the doctors side is never there. I dropped off my rx jan 2 and after a week I called to check if they arrived, to find out that there was an issue with the rx yet I never received a phone call.Once I fixed that issue I went again to drop off a new rx and after another week and a half I call to check if they arrived only to find out, not only had they not arrived but that two boxes are on backorder. (My brother works at VW in Tampa and told me thats not possible because he orders it for his patients all the time with no problems)I get a call back for once after expressing my frustrating updating that they have no idea when my boxes will be in, she has the audacity to tell me they called me 20 times and left voicemails when they ran into the problem early Jan.Funny how all those calls and voicemails NEVER WENT THROUGH but miraculously after I get upset and she tells me shell call me before the end of the day to update me THE CALL DOES GO THROUGHstraight liars.Two days later: BOTH BOXES CAME IN; WHAT A MIRACLE.

I will not be returning to this Vision Works location. The doctor was an hour late. This is not quality service. I asked the manager to call the doctor, he advise me to make another appointment. Why? This is so unprofessional and a waste of people’s time.

This place is a completely SCAM they only try to sell you stuff and the customer service is really bad! I went to get my prescription for contacts and they were basically constantly trying to force me to buy stuff and as soon as I ask them to stop!
