I came here cause I was sick of Americas best and thank God I found this place. The guys are great with customer service they really know how to take care of people they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and Ive now convinced my husband and he was also sold ! He felt so comfortable. This will be our new go to place for glasses and contacts
The doctor was great but the rest should be replaced. Service is bad, there is only one person worth his pay check the manger.
I rate this location 1 star and that’s pushing it. Let’s start off by upon entering this location for my appointment I encountered a young Hispanic male I think his name was joe or Joey in the front I notified him that I had a 4pm appointment he asked me what my phone number was to locate it in the database in which he did. Then I proceeded to tell him that I’m no longer covered under the previous insurance as stated in the database but instead I’m covered under a new form of insurance under my current employer which I did not have the name of at that time like any other doctors office dental office if the patient is unable to provide the name of their current provider they can request for an social or date of birth to check the validity of it in which he refused to do I asked him was there any way he could verify my current insurance via phone or any other sources he proceeded to tell me no while laughing as if I was telling a joke then went ahead and said we’ll call your job in a nonchalant manner. That’s poor customer service and I won’t dare step foot back at this location ever in life I’m just disgusted!
I walked in, I met Luis Diaz (Manager) amazing costumer service, he met all my needs, and I am very grateful for the patience and great attitude he had towards everything!!! Thank you!! Highly recommended!!
They were recommended by Medicare and after a 2 1/2 hour appointment they asked for payment for the exam. I explained that Medicare was paying for the exam. They told me they dont accept Medicare.
A spacious store at a great location. I was surprise to see designers frames at a price tags that would cost 10 times more elsewhere. I was attended by a young polite man named Luis who gave service second to none and as I was so pleased with his service and prices I bought 2 pairs and intend to buy more.I can conclude my glasses shopping experience as very positive and wish to thank Luis and indeed from now on My EyeLab is my eyelashes.
This is my second visit to the store. And the truth is I am very pleased with the attention. In these times where the pandemic affects everyone, they are careful to disinfect everything much more than before. There is good vibe there . They always have a smile to me and I saw with others too. And what to say about the product. They have a good quality And variety of Frames for you to choose. If I, as a costumer, choose my glasses, I am responsible for what I want And for what I choose. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager of this store on this visit and what attention. Terrible & discriminatory experience!!! I made an appointment a week in advance for my tenant who is an older lady just shy of turning 100 years old. The appointment was at 9:25 am today, I called about an hour before to confirm appt & they expedited the appt to 9:05am. I arrived at the new specified time and when I arrived I was not greeted and was immediately asked for my tenants personal information( even though we had given them all her information in the past). After asking various times for her year of birth, I was coldy& nonchantly told by Cecil that they did not treat people of her old age.( discriminatory and ageist, much????). After a bit of back and forth I called the customer service line, while in the office and Cecil spoke with the reps, telling the reps that the specialist needed was off today. I do not understand why Cecil did not explain this to me when I arrived, or called to confirm in the morning, nor why in 7 days the office did not call us to reschedule the appointment or specify that a specific specialist was need. The customer service reps have appointed to us many times, but apologies are just empty words in this case, as they did not reschedule us or solve the situation. Truly wouldnt recommend.
I dont know hat happened to this company lately, my first experience years ago was good, the price and service ratio was good, but my last experience really really bad...After 1 month Im still waiting for the glasses...well actually I got the first pair after 10 days, so it was not too bad, BUT they were wrong....so they had to be redone...I was hoping the second one would arrive soon..but NO, still waiting...Ive tried to call the North beach location NO ONE ever answered, not even to the customer services, I have called the customer service and they said that they would have escalated the issue ..(probably twice) and that they would call me back between 24 and 48 hours..did you hear from them? Neup...yesterday I spoke finally to the North Beach store mgr they have offered ONLY 10% discount on the purchase or the full refund and cancellation of the order and they said that next Tuesday I would get them...Ive told them that I was going to check with another company and I would get back to them within the day and thats what I did, I have sent the email to the store (the one that the Mgr gave me) and I have tried to call also the store and...wonder what..NO answer...I have then sent Today Another email and tried to call to ask for the full refund. I should ask addl compensation for the stress caused, time wasted and most of all the discharge of my eyes (as I have been using the wrong glasses for more then 1 month...), but of course again....NO answer....

If u wanna get urself glasses do not come here been waiting over a month since April 21st to be exact for 2 pairs of glasses that should have been there within 2-3 weeks. spoke to a manager at the store who told me my glasses would be here within a day of shipping which was supposed to be the 22nd of may was a complete lie and afterwards refuses to return any of my calls in regards to this situation which is currently ongoing the store received one pair of my glasses eariy and the manager refused to send them to me while the other pair is being sent bac for repair due to a shipping error. because of the incompetence of this manager at the store I lost a job that required me to have my prescription for driving .the manager not only lied to me about my glasses arrival time but is extremely unprofessional considering I spoke to a supervisor 4 separate times and all the 4 times he told me that within 48 hours I will get a call back it’s now been exactly 5 days and no one is doing anything to help will be going out my way to report the manager and this store for it’s incredibly unprofessional and incompetent behavior.
Dont go here. If you do watch out the will rob you blind. They advertise two pairs for $59.95 but the bill was $273.00. 😳🤔 Dont waste your time.
They got my prescription wrong, had to change it and gave my cases to another client due to a shortage on cases. I got my glasses on a ziplock bag, uncleaned, and almost 2 months after requested. Long time waiting every time you go. Take care of your eyes, dont go there.
I called Eyelab in North Miami Beach today. I got the prompts to tell me what to do. I pressed 2 for existing customer and was left holding for 25 minutes. I hung up, called back and pressed 2 again for existing customer, this time I waited 42 minutes and no one answered the phone. I hung up and called back but this time I pressed 1 for new customer and they answered after 2 minutes.I ordered glasses and contacts from the Eyelab in North Miami Beach back In November 2019. I was given a free pair of contacts by the doctor to wear for 30 days as well. I picked up my glasses in November and my contacts in December 2019. I wore the glasses for a while then I started wearing my free trial pair of contacts. I was ready to wear the prescription contacts that I ordered in January 2020, after throwing away my trial pair. I was running late for work, and I could not remember where I put my new contacts, because wed just moved. I found them as I was about to give up and just wear the glasses. When I leave for work its still dark outside. I walked out and everything looked funny. I started blinking to let the contacts adjust. There was a 18 wheeler truck blocking one side of the two way street. I had to drive on the wrong side of the road to pass him, and I could see head lights coming at me, but could not make my eyes focus to see how far or close the vehicle was to me. That was when I realized they messed up my prescription in my contacts. I said a prayer and hit the gas. My heart was racing and my chest started hurting, my life was at risk because I couldnt see while I was driving in the dark.I called Eyelab to tell them what happened, the lady made me make an appointment to come in about a week or a week and a half away. I was in the process of moving, so I missed my appointment. I ended up not going back until February 2020. I told the lady working there everything that happened and gave her my contacts, so she asked for a copy of my prescription and I gave it to her alone with the contacts. She told me the prescription was correct and I was wrong. After realizing I was getting nowhere with her, I asked for a supervisor, She called him over and told him her version in Spanish, because she knew I didnt understand it. When I went to speak with him I said the prescription is not right, he told me it was and he didnt even look at it. He began repeating exactly what she said to me. I took a picture of the trial contact casing before I threw it out, and I remembered it was in my phone. Since he would not listen to me, I asked him to look at the picture of my trial contacts from the doctor. After he looked at it, he compared it to the new contacts and realized they were not the same and my new prescription was wrong. Then he started listening to what I was saying.
WARNING do NOT BUY FROM HERE! Spent over 400 dollars on a pair of glasses and 5 months later the FRAME color is wasted away. They Look like DOLLARTREE frames disgusted.. told you have to pay for another frame…shop ELSEWHERE…

This is a review for the franchise not the location.Company policy makes it super hard for me to learn my prescription over the phone, wasted 30 mins of my time, bounced between 3 people and they cant tell me my whole prespection number so i can order contacts by myself. Also they have lot of gotchas for making you spend alot in store. So tread carefully, I would recommend Americas Best
I got an appointment a week before they told me I exam will be $45 I didnt need to purchase anything today I got there and they said they dont have the offer anymore so I had to drive 20 minutes I called this morning they said $45 and the guy inside says no we dont have that wonder why so empty never go to this place
Choose your other option if you are considering this place ive gotten 2 pairs of glasses from here yes i have good insurance and both were almost over 120 dollars (mind you i chose the cheapest styles) and they both broke in less than a year. terrible and false advertising there were absolutely no deals or lens that are 2 for 59.00 absolute scam and to top everything off i ask to get my scripts bc i have an upcoming appointment eye app and i had to wait over 40 min on hold for something that i asked for a week prior and takes seconds to email. disgusted
I honestly don’t ever write reviews but after what this place did to me and messed me over I feel it’s only fair to make the effort and let others know to prevent this from happening to u. I booked the exam that they have advertised for 49.99 and when it came to pay they tell me that the exam was for contact lenses so I’m responsible for to pay 100 and I don’t get glasses. They made the mistake in the exam room by giving me the wrong appointment. They admitted they were wrong and told me to call corporate to get a refund. I called a few different times but got nowhere. I never got my refund and I never got any service from them. They are liars and dirty. There’s a reason they have so many negative reviews. Facts!

Extremely helpful, my entire family was pleased from eye exam to picking out frames to picking up the prescriptions. Ask for Cecil he helped us with deciding on what insurance to use, signing up for care credit and picking the best frames for ours faces. Definitely will be back next year for a new pair and exam.
I personally don’t like the customer service. It took them a long time to get my mom’s glasses and when she did get them the percription was wrong. I went there the other day to get a contacts exam and when through the contact wearing exam and I feel like they did a horrible job explaining all the rules of wearing contacts such as you can’t sleep in them and etc. I know this seems to be “common sense” but as a first time contact user it would be useful to be told that vs not being told that at all. I also feel like the contacts they gave me doesn’t fit my eye diameter.... it was really difficult to put in my eye since my eye are really small...I feel like Walmart would have done a better job setting me up but since of this whole virus thing going on I couldn’t go so I had to result to the eye lab... never going back to that place ever again
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! literally been redirected 5-6 times as i should be waiting for a specialist to call me back to reschedule my appointment. Literally took my money and gave me no! solution yet. I literally am out $150+ dollars with no contacts or anything. And the worst worst part! i contacted and finally reached the store and with out a single care he who ever his name is hung up on me. Talk about customer service. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
Horrible. Service, care for customers and overall performance simply horrible. To get themOn the phone is nearly impossible. I been trying for 5 days now. A worker name Antonio or Edwardo is rude and disrespectful. Hangs up on customers, not before he demanded to be respected and not argue with him. I tried calling the company offices, and it’s a scam since all lines leads you to the same department. Please stay a way. There are so many places that will be so happy to have your business. Don’t go to them
Eyelab is pretty bad. I tried to get my prescription, impossible for them to share it after getting my eye exam there. They will spend 5 minutes trying to sell you a new eye exam or frames in the store, then give some excuse that their fax machine doesnt work. After calling about 15 stores i got two that said they will send, and of course, they never sent it. The place is horrible. Prices are not cheap, although the places look cheap. To get lens on a frame bought outside the store, without any anti-glare or anything $79 dollars. You can get it cheaper just about in any large retailer. Wal-mart $49 for frames bought elsewhere. Stay away.

I was recommended to try this location out a few weeks ago by someone who got a really good deal on two pairs of glasses with a bunch of inclusions added. I also saw on TV there was a deal 2 glasses for $59.95 + free eye exam. I called to verify this deal to see if there was any catch and if the deal was still applicable. I was told there wasn’t any catch and the deal was available. When I arrived today, I was told the deal depended on the prescription. There was also signs posted everywhere aside from this deal that there’s a “buy one get one free.” Once the eye exam was over and picked our two frames I was told the prescription doesn’t apply with the deal (2 frames for $59.95) and the lens would be too big and would pop out of the frames. The buy 1 get 1 free deal would’ve more expensive apparently. In the end, I was only able to get 1 pair of glasses totaling to $157.
Wish I can give negative -5 stars.I really dont know how hard it is to do a simple job. The 1st experience was trash. Went for a fixture of my glasses I went back because I got the frame there and I didnt look anywhere else. Wanted the fastest way out. Got my pair person said 1 week. Called in one week they said until the 28th of july.....who can go that long w.o glasses?....it was rushed we got them today but I never got a call that they were there...so you werent going to call to tell me? .......a little mins past I clean the lense what do you think happened? The lense falls out. Yea def the last time going to that place. Needs to rehire a whole new staff or just close.
The Doctor here was great, but the customer service not so much. I was charged $89 for an eye examine, despite having insurance. When I explained to the sales associate that I have insurance he asked me for my insurance card, which I never had because my insurance is always verified via a provider number by my insurance. When I explained this to the gentleman he told me that they did not do that at this location and I would have to pay out of pocket. After I got home I called my insurance company and explained what I was told and they told me my visit was supposed to be $0. I then verified this information with corporate and was told the same thing and was instructed to return to the store tomorrow for a refund. BEWARE when using this eyelab location.
I have been going here for 3 years and recommend it very highly. The service is always excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Roxy is very upbeat and explained everything on my new prescription. Claudia the manager made sure I was well taken care of from the moment I signed in for my eye exam. The exam is done by a doctor remotely which was very impressive.

My Eyelab is horrible! The glasses we ordered arrivedaon 2/25 and they never called us. I called the today, 2/27 and the automated system said the order is still being processed in the lab. I decided to speak with someone instead. They hung up on me 3 times this morning and they didnt apologize for their incompetency. The visit wasnt too bad. My only complaint in that area is the doctor is not on site so it felt impersonal. I went to Americas Best for my daughter and it was a much better experience overall. I will not return to My Eyelab. I have to say, despite all of this the on-site staff was very friendly the day of my visit.
This place first & last time I visit. The service was ok the first time 10/11/19. They dont check your insurance over the phone they say they accept all major insurances. When I got there it was straight to the exam,no checking of my insurance. I had to stop the exam before it even started to see if my insurance was acceptable. It was because they didnt want to call the insurance & check. When the exam was over I went to pick my pair. Of course Im out of network.....so of course I had to pay out of pocket. My glasses were ready & I NEVER received a call that they were. When I got to the glasses they were completely wrong. My husband went a week later after he called everyday to check on his. No one called to let him know they were ready. It was ready, 20 mins till close when he called. When he got there OF COURSE his pair was bad also. HORRIBLE!! I suffer from chronic episodic migraines I waited & waited and still nothing. I called today and my pair has been ready since 10/31/19 & my husbands since 10/29. You think anyone called? Nope..but they sure took that money when I swiped my credit card.
If I could I would give them no stars at all. My in-law bought two pairs of glasses for about $300+ only to find the lenses deteriorating for no apparent reason. Not really sure what these lenses are being made of at this store, but I do not recommend. After making an inquiry, the manager told my in-law he would fix the problem for $80...Again, stay away from this store. Not sure if other stores are using the same material, but definitely stay away from this one.
I am reluctantly giving MyEyeLab a three star rating. I was extremely pleased with my eye exam, with the opthamologist. I was pleased that night with the customer service shown by a Manager in Training.I was a little irritated I scheduled an appointment and was the last person seen in the waiting room, and was the last person remaining in the store.Five days after my exam and initial consultation, I went in and made my final decision on lenses and frames. I also needed my insurance company to approve my prescription eye drops.After paying for the frames, and was quoted 7-10 business days. I was told they would be in today. Then I made a phone call to inquire AGAIN.Their automated system does not accurately depict all of their customers orders, as I was even informed by another associate in person, on Tuesday.I am sorry, but most of the time a business gives a quote of 7-10 business days, that is in the worst possible circumstance. Having been now 12 full business days, and being informed that they will not be arriving until Monday, I am a little irritated.I hope that when they do arrive, I am pleased.I also hope there is not another issue, (like NOT fulfilling the order, correctly, or taking the money, but NOT placing the order.)
My Girlfriend and I went to eye lab on Biscayne Blvd in N. Miami and were treated so great, Victoria treated us more like friends than as customers. The whole staff was outstanding!
Went to the store in North Miami Beach and have them my brand new pair of Tom Ford Sunglasses to have progressive lenses put in them.. I said let me take out the sunglass lenses as I intended to use them as well. The glasses came back from other no lenses and was told the lab disposed of the lenses...( brand new sunglasses),I’m still going back an forth with corporate about my lenses to no avai!!!!!!’DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE............
Very friendly staff. It was an awesome experience seeing everyone there so happy. I especially liked the service provided by the young man named Luis Diaz. He was super friendly and went above and beyond and made sure I understood everything. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family thanks to Luis.
So I had to edit my 5 star review. I got all three pair of glasses and thought it was just a matter of getting used to them since I haven’t worn distance glasses in years. But the left lens of all three has the wrong prescription—it isn’t clear—the right lens is perfect. I kept thinking it was me but it’s the glasses and now it’s out of the 30 day warranty so I’m stuck with them. I can watch TV if I close my left eye which I’m not going to do so I don’t wear them.It’s a shame since I had originally give 5 stars for a great experienceWow! had I read some of these reviews I wouldn’t of gone in; however, I had no problems at all of the north Miami beach store! The staff was very nice and professional. I like the frames I got (I got 2 pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses) . I actually got them quicker than I thought I would. I’m very pleased with Eye lab in North Miami Beach and will go there again – – probably soon because I want some reading glasses with my actual Prescription since I’ve been buying the cheap ones.

We have been going to My Eyelab North Miami for a while now since everyone in our family wears eyeglasses and or contacts. Dhamelys, Roxy and Phillipe always greet us with a smile, customer service is fast, professional and efficient. Prices are very reasonable and they have many promos for heavy users 😊 like ourselves. We really like it here!

My first experience with them was great, the staff was polite and helpful although requiring a little better communication skills insofar as I had to ask questions at every step. I waited a week for my contacts order and when I called in, they stated they were ready and that theyd called me and left a message. I received no voicemail and asked what number they had on file, they replied that they were too busy at the moment and that we can discuss it when I get to the store. I mean seriously? What the hell, who talks to customers like that? First and LAST experience with this company.
Had a great experience! Friendly staff and the Dr was very knowledgeable. They had a bigger selection than I expected. I went with my 10 year old and he felt comfortable and was able to find glasses he liked. I would recommend this location.

I just left the eye lab on 163rd, Wesley assisted me. I want to take the opportunity to thank him for such a great service. He was very patient with me while deciding between the frames that I wanted. The manager was also very courteous. The doctor was superb. I would definitely make that location my permanent one
The glasses are of poor quality. Although the lenses have the coating to prevent scratching, (I was charged for this) I dont think they put it on. I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I usually change my glasses every 2 years, but these are in such bad shape that I have to change it in 1 year. I have never, ever had glasses that scratch so easily. Next month makes one year. I wasnt going to write a review but people need to know before spending hard earned money at My Eye Lab. Today I checked their reviews and theyre mostly bad. I wish I had done that before shopping with them. Lesson learned.

Terrible decision. Way overpriced, sloppy service, took too long to get my glasses and they do not have a great selection as they advertise. You could do much better with a place like Coastal online. UPDATE: After less than a month, my eyeglasses broke. They wanted to charge 20% fee to fix. Had to call their corporate offices to get them to agree that they should be responsible. While waiting on line at the store another customer was experiencing the same frustration with their poor service. Even the sunglasses I received has the polarizing film deteriorating. Their glasses are inferior products and materials. Even though they say that have the largest selection, I called back and they didnt have my frames anymore to replace. Next I had to make multiple calls on my own to other Eyelab stores to see if they had my frames available and found one. I had to make the arrangements on my own to have them ship it to my local store and then have them ship it to the lab for a re-do. Should customers be responsible for this effort to service themselves. I would think that the representatives at the store would make the effort of working to help the customer!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!
Horrible, terrible, worst experience ever. If I could give them a negative star I would. Do NOT use this place. They lied to us about being in network with our insurance, then charged us full price and reassured us we could just submit the paperwork and would be reimbursed, which was completely untrue. They forgot to put on anti glare on one pair of glasses. We ended up paying over $400 for 2 pairs of cheaply made glasses. My daughters pair broke within the first few weeks - I saw that the temple was held on by the thinnest, flimsiest bit of plastic - no wonder it broke right away!! Then they had the gall to charge us for a new frame - which we had no choice but to pay for since she needed them immediately. They promised us the new frames would come right away and then it took over a week for us to get them. They didnt even have the courtesy to call us to let us know they had finally arrived. Bottom line: They are completely incompetent, they lie and make up flimsy excuses and their products are cheap and break easily but cost a fortune.
The $59.99 for exam and two glasses is a catch. The frames you can choose for this promotion are only a few and the worst quality. Not worth the $59.99. Horrible!
Do not come here! There products are not the best neither is the service. They try to persuade you for the most expensive pair with warranty that basically you still come out of pocket basically $10 bucks less than you paid initially.
I bought my glasses here 2 years ago and came back with my perscription in hand just to change my lenses. The girl that helped me was Olivia. She was the sweetest girl, even working Labor Day she was in a great mood. I went over my budget by 40 dollars but she gave me a great discount on the anti glare and helped me super quick! I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Mind you she was juggling about 3 customers at the same time. Last experience was good, but this experience was way better. Thanks Olivia!

You get what you pay for is my comment. While the staff is nice and helpful the company itself is slightly screwey. I went in for their advertised Free eye exam and two pairs of glasses for $69. I knew going in there was going to be some sort of hidden fees that went into this so I would be spending a bit more than $69 so that was okay. First, all of their glasses feel very cheap, like bottom of the barrel cheap. Not a huge deal but its not cool when they are price over $100... Anyways, when I went to the counter with two pairs of decent- not the worst and not the best- pairs of glasses my total came to almost $300. Um, say what? What happened to the $69 special? I mean I knew to expect a slightly higher total but over $230 additional?! Well...blah blah blah. A good aspect that I did appreciate was when I was no longer interested in the glasses and I said I would just pay the $45 for my eye exam he worked with the prices and brought the entire thing to around $120 with no problem (which goes to you just HOW MUCH those plastic glasses are marked up). Two weeks go by and no glasses. ....Third week comes and when I go to pick them up there is a huge chunk of glass missing from one of the lenses. So when I ask them to fix it they say no problem we will put a rush on them and they will be here in a week! Ive been waiting for a month now and they keep telling me theyll be in tomorrow..tomorrow...tomorrow. Overall the entire process was WAY too much of a hassle to have to beg for the product I purchased, I really do not recommend.

I went here with my husband to get an exam for glasses and contacts for him. I asked the receptionist if we would be seen immediately and she said yes. So we went ahead and paid and we looked and picked out glasses after like 20 minutes of being there. I asked the girl how much longer and she said well our system is down but it should come back up shortly. After waiting another 10 minutes and the system not coming back. I ask the girl what’s going on, because no one is updating us, she says I’m not sure it might be another 30 minutes to an hour. I told her ok well we have to go can we get our money back? She’s says yes but we would send you a check in the mail. Which makes no sense because we paid cash. I say fine we will return then at 6. We return a little before 6 and apparently the system still wasn’t fully functioning but they could do it manually. Which by the way there wasn’t an actually optometrist there it was medical medicine. Which means a certified tech takes all the tests and measurements and a doctor analyzes them else where. Anyway we’re there and after over an hour the rest of the staff comes in and ask the tech to please step out because they needed to speak with her. Leaving the door open they tell her to tell us that we basically gotta go. She comes back in and tells us that they got in trouble for working after hours and she apologized but that we had to go. I’m sorry but this is none of my business and could of been worded differently. Not our fault the system went down when we were there at 11. Now we go out to finalize pricing and pay for glasses and contacts and the lady that was helping us tells uswell with your husband’s prescription your husband should be wearing the glasses all the time. Mind you the tech did not tell us this, she said the opposite that only to wear when necessary. I can go on about the service but I think you get the point now. The staff is nice but lacks customer service skills and training. Won’t be going back next year.
I came in after not having seen an eye doctor for 3 years. The doctor who usually sees you is now on screen. And theydo not do a good job since i had to take the exam twice and got 2 prescriptions. The staff are all a bunch of young girls who lack any knowledge of how to speak to persons. They hung up on me when i tried to ask if my glasses were ready. The manager is always on break. On lunch. He went home early. Where are u luis? Not at work. Then when i get to the place they say only 1 of my 3 frames are ready.how? They were all sent the same day so how the f$ck.... so annoyed. Even if i have to pay more. I would rather go elsewhere...... anywhere else
You walk in looking for the offer from TV and they start to sell you something else even before you do what you went there for in the first place... Then they start saying that the TV offer is good only based on your prescription trying to sell you things you dont want... Hard pushy sales techniques that turn you off and make you want to leave the place without doing anything. If you dont buy what theyre selling you then give you attitude, specially the lady that runs the place with the black hair... And YES, I found better options but NOT at your store.
Over than 20 minutes to pick up my order with 3 customers at the store; cause the employees need being multi task fixing the frames! Its not the first time that I had a horrible experience in this store! The employees not even the say a good afternoon to the customers.
Took advantage of a promotion My EyeLab was having for a free eye exam that was all over the commercials. I went into the store and had to wait almost an hour after they opened because the eye Doctor apparently didnt come yet, when we should have started already. In the end when they finished and gave me my prescription and I placed it in my glasses, it was the EXACT prescription I had prior or worse (which was about two years old). Basically accomplished nothing.
My experience at My Eyelab was educational on the glasses and lenses which made it easier for me to choose from their large selection.

Great store! Great people and great customer service. Had a problem with my glasses and both the manager and optician found several options that could work for me to have my glasses fixed. They even offered me a discount for the inconvenience. They were so nice and funny. I always recommend this place to all my friends!
Horrible costumer service 2 hrs to get a eye exam that they say you get it for free, after all of them decide what kind of coffe from Starbucks they wanted finally this girl took care of me charging my card for the wrong amount and do a refund that she doesn’t even know when is it gonna be back on my card, after waiting my total was 500$ for only 2 pair of lenses and then they charge me for my wife eye exam that they told me it was for free. The whole the doctor that they have in the store was complaining about the others employed that they were not on their position the guy said sorry like 20 times. Dirty location and everything is a mess. Be careful people w this fakes promotions that this people has

I just got my eyeglasses today. Its a great place and people to deal with, with specially Joe, the manager, is so understanding and I appreciate his patience to me being a very particular patient/customer. For sure, I highly recommend this clinic to my friends.
The customer service here is disgusting. I would never recommend to anyone. Walking in with my mom, there was another couple their arguing about the service as well. I wish we would of seen that on the initial visit. This place wheels you in, having you think your getting a great deal and your NOT! Go somewhere else!!! 0 Stars
Didnt know what to expect when I came in, I had previously been to the establishment to inquire about their specials and both times they treated me well. The 2nd time which was just the other day I was taken care of by Dhamelis Salazar and I have been to quite a few places to check my eyes over the years and she was amazing very kind patient and pleasant. I am very particular about any glasses and usually take forever to even decide on one and she made sure to give me my space when it was needed and also lent me a hand when we found a particular frame that wasnt available she chose another one for me that was almost identical fairly quick.A fantastic experience over all! definitely would be back
I had a bad experience in other location, but Diana from the location of Flagler Miami was excellent, she helped to find the better glasses with cordiality and patient.

The only issue I have with this place is sloppiness customer service wise.My mother was told that she would be called in about two weeks to come and pick up her glasses, 17 days later she received no calls. I went there myself and they were in the pick up bins seating there,yet they never called her.But she was satisfied with her glaces,you guys got to work on your services.
**update**The only way you receive a copy of your prescription is if you ask for it..After weeks of asking them to fax it to me I was finally able to stop by and pick it up. Low and behold, it was unsigned which means its basically invalid and cannot be accepted by any place that sells contact lenses or glasses. I told them this and said I needed a sample from the store to last me until Im able to get my lenses which will not be for another 3 days because the doctor is not gonna be there to sign it. They simply refused. The manager odelis has a real attitude problem and is NEVER available to assist or speak w clients. Wow. I cant believe that I cant fkn see and have to wait due to their stupidity.If I could give them 0 stars I would. Nothing like going to an optometrist ... its more commercial then anything. Care more about your money then if youre actually satisfied with the service. Had to get my eyes checked three times to get n accurate prescription. Incompetent workers. Will definitely reach out to HQ for escalated complaint. They should not offer exams at all.
They are very unresponsible they lost a pair of the glasses had to reorder the the 1st pair the welding came off I went to them which they wanted to charge me 20% of the cost very unprofessional n they didnt care about the costumer dont go there.....
*BUYER BEWARE* On the front end, my experience was great. Reasonable wait times for the exam, professional and friendly service, our salesperson Roxy learned our names. Our glasses were expensive, but apparently we would pay close to that elsewhere and without the option to finance. On the back end, I found myself feeling annoyed and frustrated. I kept getting automated calls announcing that my order was ready, only to make repeated visits to the store and be told that theyre not here or we cant find them. Honestly, I feel that the employees there are doing their best in what can be a high-traffic retail store. Yet there is a ONGOING PROBLEM between the off-site lab, the automated system and the retail outlet. These poor girls have looked EVERYWHERE for my order and cant find my glasses despite the repeat automated calls alerting their arrival. ADVICE TO THE FRANCHISE OWNER: TROUBLESHOOT YOUR FULLFILLMENT PROCESS! Your customers are paying WAY TOO much money to be getting such poor service! And I do believe that I create my reality, so I will continue to visualize getting my familys order asap :-}

Everything is done electronically here so when your order is ready, you are supposed to receive a call. In my case, that never occurred. I was left waiting for over a month for a call and never received one. When I went into the store to inquire on my glasses I was rudely brushed off and told to simply wait for a call. Finally, I had enough and called the store myself. Lo and behold my glasses have been ready for weeks! Terrible customer service and systems. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
I went to my eyelab today and was helped by Victoria and by Rodeline I am very impressed by their professionalism and costumer service.will definetly come again and recommend people to go the my eyelab in north Miami. Best location I have been in so far.
It is the worst service I have ever received. unfortunately the staff is terrible, the delivery date are wrong and take much longer than it should. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is better to go somewhere else. they are only interested in money.

Wow horrible system. Frist You cant seem to get a customer service agent when you call or a manager all you get is an appointment agent that cannot help you. They messed up my prescription on my glasses after waiting 2 weeks I had to wait two weeks more just to see if this they get it right. Still waiting 😔....4/5/18 update after two more weeks of waiting I was told one of my glasses is not ready yet. I completely regret coming to this company to have my glasses done. Advice to the public stay away. 😒
Called in and had scheduled an appointment. Initially when I first called they told me that I would have to pay only 20 dollars for my eye exam, i was like oh wow this is awesome!! When I got there and did the eye exam they charged my card 35 dollars for the exam I asked them why? when i was told that it would be done for 20 dollars. Their response Who told you that? they guy on the phone who i spoke to the previews Friday on the phone!!! Did that change anything ? No. Lured me to take my eye exam over there by lying to me on the phone about the price. But check this out now, Then I get my prescription and they dont add my PD on my prescription. They put everything on the prescription except my PD and by the way they had measured that. I called and told them my PD is missing on my prescription and its empty on the paper. The lady on the phone is telling me that they cant give me that information because im not buying the glasses at their store so they cant be reliable for someone else that is issuing me the glasses with the prescription that they provided me with. ARE THEY SERIOUS ??? Ive been to numerous exams in my past and this is the first time ever someone told me they wont give me my PD. I freaking paid for my exam it shows it on my prescription PD which is BLANK. I told them from the get go Im only here to do an eye exam, why would my PD not count with the eye exam ? But they pressure others so much into buying their glasses which is not appealing to me. All i wanted was an eye exam to be done which i was charged 35 dollars although the man said 20, which then they refused to give me my PD after they took that measurement. This must be a Florida thing because when i lived in NY that never happen to me. How you going to take all that information down for my prescription but refuse to provide me MY PD distance. Shouldve told me from the beginning that you guys are not giving that out unless i purchase my glasses in their store. if i wouldve received that option then I wouldve went somewhere else to get a COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION WITH MY PD INCLUDED. PS: the only reason why I didnt purchase the glasses from their store is because i dont like them and they are too pricey.
This place is fraud. I wish I never brought my husband here. My poor husband he’s a semi driver and DMV said he needs glasses. It’s been a month no glasses. Horrible service!! The girl won’t give her name here says she’s the manager haha! Fake place $509.00 no glasses! My husband doesn’t have time for this. They put you on hold and when you come in person you’ll wait 2 hours not kidding. The girl has such an attitude like she’s g-d. Stay away from here please

I had a great experience a got buy 1 get 1 at half price the sales rep was very nice and my doctor was super sweet. My 7 year old twin girls also got their glasses at a great price with an additional backup pair.I dont understand why all the negative reviews... then again how many people with great experiences will actually take the time to praice great service. I will definitely recommend this place, and this will be my spot from now on!!! Thanks jimmy☺

1. This year they damaged my glasses.2. Last year I had to threaten to sue them to give me my money back when they sold me a frame that they didnt even have in their inventory.3. I highly recommend everyone to stay away. Its unacceptable to be nice yet damage my property or refuse to give me a refund when you are at fault.**I hope they shut down soon. People in Miami struggle finding jobs and obtaining health care and when they do they work really hard for the scrapes that they make just for establishments such as My Eyelab to rip them off. Unacceptable. Shame on you.***
