This location never fails to get your order out quickly, correctly and with love. Staff is welcoming and answers any questions patrons may have. Very accommodating when it comes to making customized drinks as well.The drive through never has too much traffic which is always nice. Great spot surrounded by wonderful spots to check out.

I come here at times, for the coffee of course. But it’s a nice place to study and relax. Employees are super nice, quick, & friendly.

I don’t know why but this Starbucks makes the best damn drinks out of all the nearby ones. The one by Whole Foods is closer to me but I go out of my way to come to this one because the drinks are way more flavorful and tasty. They are also fast and pleasant. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Drinks are usually made right and taste good but they are always out of multiple menu items. I tried to order 3 types of iced teas and was told each time “oh we are out of that”. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location unfortunately.

My first time ordering at this location. My drink, white chocolate mocha, taste better than other Starbucks that I have ordered from. I was very pleased of how my order was ready within a matter of minutes. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

During the pandemic I started going to Starbucks as weekly reward (to try tiktok/insta suggested drinks).This particular location stood out.The drive-thru workers are ALWAYS nice, kind, patient, and efficient. Thank you 💯

I hove it a 5 just because Eric knows how to serve and he knows how to make your mornings. Everyone could learn a thing or two from him. His bubbly self is worth going through the drive through when hes there at the drive thru. He makes this starbucks place ehat it is. We need more people like him in this world today.

My husband and I passed by to this location 135th and Biscayne Blvd, we enter and request our order, at the time we was there it was kind of empty. We sat and had our meal, once we left I left behind my purse (as I don’t often walk with a purse). Hours passes by and I totally forgot about my purse until very late at night, which the establishment was closed already. I checked my accounts to see if it had any charges but nothing. Then very early today we got up and went to the same place; we told the coffee attendant our story and for my surprise they had my purse safely placed away. I was very lucky everything was there. I want to reach out to you all and to your manager what a very skillful and thoughtful person you have working for you; your entire staff are amazing. You should be proud of yourself and them.

Terrible Service!

My only problem with this location is the poor configuration of the drive thru. It snakes through the parking lot causing a traffic jam most mornings. So if you park directly in front of the store you might get blocked in for a bit.

I came to the Sprint store a couple of doors down, and decided to stop by Starbucks to kill some time. I must say Isabel, the associate handling the front area is a true asset to this location and Starbucks. She was affable, hard working, engaging and had an awesome personality. Although im a fan of only small coffee shops, I will return to this location. Kudos to the hiring mgr.

Service here is pretty quick usually. My wife loves complicated drinks so Ive received incorrectly prepared coffee on occasions. I cant blame them if its literally a paragraph worth of info to order a coffee! Still they have no issues correcting my order if I ask. Honestly though for about $10 per visit, I cant help but feel like a live show shouldve been included. At least prepare the stuff in front of me so I can feel motivated to squander my $ on overpriced coffee that is executed how I ordered, about a little over half the time

Worst Starbucks ever! They were upset that I started counting my change back when I received it. They were rude and speaking amongst themselves about me. Spoke to a gentleman about it who appeared to be a supervisor and he promised me a manager would reach out, till this day I am waiting for Candice the manager to call me. I wasnt looking for compensation because I can afford my own drinks but a phone call would have been nice to acknowledge me.

While this isnt the first time Ive had a negative experience at this location this is the first time Im leaving a review. I went to use the restroom and quickly realized there wasnt any toilet paper. I then checked the mens room and it also ran out of paper. I went to ask one of the 3 workers for some paper and it just so happen to be the most mal mannered of them all. before I could even ask her, she cut me off to say just use the mens room for now. I told her, there isnt any toilet tissue in there, and again she cut me off to say just use the mens room for now and when were not busy well take care of it. I refrained from asking if she wipes herself after she urinates or not and just opted to use Starbucks napkins. hope the napkins I used dont clog their system...if they do, next time listen before responding lady.

Small espresso 3 box for an inexistent coffe cup, rude stuff, no garbage outside the place

Because ive ordered a ventie cold brew with saltie foam and caramel syrup. I specifically asked if there is caramel syrup in it. The answer, of course, was yes. Drove away, tasted it, no way it had any caramel syrup in it. Drove back, told them my previous request and issue, they make another one for me, very nice by the way, i ask for caramel syrup in it, the answer is yes, absolutely has it. Told them I do not want the drizzle, they said no, syrup is inside. Guess what? Drove away, tasted it, no caramel syrup in it. Only drizzle. I thought to myself, f it, I do not want to go back again.I order an iced cappuccino also, guess what, no sweet at all. Did not know until I got home, did not think I have to taste it. It was for my 88 years old mother.Yeah, not going back there again. They were very nice, and I very much appreciate that. But it was very hard to make them get me what I wanted and paid for. It was like they were programmed to do the wrong thing in a very nice and amiable way. Lol

Today there is a guy who is working the drive through like a boss! He was so nice and upbeat that I wasn’t even sad about them not having my favorite breakfast sandwich today. He deserves a raise! Great customer service today, thank you.

As someone whose local Starbucks gets drive-through orders wrong on a regular basis, this place is a blessing! Always fast and accurate.

I think my timing was excellent, I was in, ordered and given my food and coffee so fast it. maybe thats common, but it was the first time I noticed how quickly the service was.

Worst Starbucks ever! Today is 2/8/2020 at 1:00 pm ( the manager should check who was working this day and time) these employees are the most bad mannered people I have ever seen.... after ordering through the drive thru a Matcha Frappuccino Almond Milk no Whip the person that took my order tells me in the next window that there is no Green Tee left ....when I said then why did you took my order and did not said it before? she said I heard Caramel etc and then she said I have to do better next time so they can understand .... ridiculous and super bad mannered people.... never coming back!!!!

The best Starbucks Ive ever been to. The staff is what makes this place the best. Theyre friendly, treat issues so well, and remember customers names. One barista in particular remembers my whole usual order which includes drink specifications as well as what food.

I have been to quite a few starbucks and I have always ordered an old fashion doughnut toasted and the it the first time I have been told that I am unable to have due to the doughnut having icing. Starbucks is known for being pretty consistent across the board so I am pretty confused and disappointed

The food and drinks I received were absolutely to standard and tasted fine. My problem with this location is in regards to the state of the dining areas. I sat at a bar in a corner after receiving my chorizo and egg sandwich and strawberry frappuccino (both of which tasted great) and noticed a fairly well established trail of ants leading for the window to the wall behind the bar and into the prep area. There was also a pile of debris in the corner that looked to have been there for a while. After eating I made my way to the restroom and ran into a small cloud of fruit flies in the hallway. There were no seat covers for the toilet in the ladies room and yes, I washed my hands. I relocated to another seat to work on my cross stitch and drink the dragon drink I ordered (also very tasty) - I had to turn the volume on my headphones up fairly loud to compensate for the loud music coming from the speakers. I will say that the service I received was great and the food was fine, so I will probably be ordering through mobile for pickup from now on and taking my book or craft elsewhere.

Caramel Macchiato is my go to when I want to treat myself. Love it!

99% good experiences at other Starbucks. The young woman taking orders at the counter at 08:53 on 16 April 2016 was inattentive, never acknowledged the two of us waiting in line and when she took our orders was just plain rude. Everyone else was nice so probably a one-off. Manager take note

1)they upgraded inside to a slightly better seating, better comfort; 2) added electric outlets for EASY access. 3)has a drive thru! 4)outside seating with umbrellas. 5) people bring their pets 6)inside seating is tight but comfort 7) they have delicious healthy menu for light lunch and beakfast

This was my go to Starbucks, yet lately they seem to struggle having inventory. No bagel, no holiday stuffing panini, no chicken and sausage biscuit - my goodness then what do you have ??? ... it’s frustrating that for the last 6-7 times I come I’m asking for multiple things to be told they don’t have it. I can’t even justify and say maybe it’s sold out because my visits are early mornings. I hope they get it together soon or I might just need to go to another Starbucks.

Assistant manager Stephanie is rude. I usually always get a mint majesty tea and I add half steamed lemonade in it, but when i went to this Starbucks the assistant manager here had a problem with that. She charged me a lemonade and charged me for a tea bag, instead of the other way around which I usually order. I explained it to her and she understood that it was cheaper that way but insisted to charge me for the lemonade because she “has to pay for the lemonade.” Starbucks is multi-million dollar franchise. I’m confused. Anyways I was disappointed about, the managers name is Stephanie.

Ok, I like starbucks,but I really like this one, everyone was extra kind. The young guy at the register after my food and drinks were called out suggested for my egg white pepper egg bites to be tried with the sriracha sauce, I said I dont really like hot, but he said with this you might really like it, and I did like it!. So thanks for the slight push sir! I enjoyed it more than I thought!

I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks for a few years now, and the service used to be better. The cashier got both of our orders wrong, and she gave us an attitude when we asked for the corrections. I have a dairy allergy and she didn’t seem to care. She then proceeded to ignore us and another worker came up and asked us to pull to the side while they remade the drinks. We watched SEVEN cars get their drinks and drive off before we got ours. Unacceptable. This is not our first experience of rude and inefficient baristas.
