This is one of the nicest, cleanest, and well presented adult stores that Ive been in. It didnt have that grungy creepy vibe that others have. The staff was friendly, and the selection was insanely good. Something for everyone! Great selection of gag gifts for bachelorette, etc parties. This will be my stop from now on. They said theyve got all new crew and management if that helps you decide to go back.

They have the absolute best selection of products, ranging from high quality/high end all the way down to good quality that’s reasonable cost. Their lingerie selection is strong and their staff is knowledgeable. We come here for when we’re looking for something particular and typically not carried at other adult stores.

Really excellent selection. Lots of toys and clothing options from lingerie to personal aids and floggers and restraints. Far more than Ive ever seen in a more traditional adult shop. Prices sadly drove me off but its hard to compete with online retailers these days so I cant mark them down for that. Ill still come back for smaller purchases if Im in the area again.

So I walk inside, and after 5-10 minutes I find something I decided to buy for sure so they say they’ll bring it up to the front when I’m fined checking out, and then as I’m still deciding what else to buy they kick me out for not buying anything within ten minutes, while everyone else is just gravy. Rude to Customers, never coming back again, and didnt get to buy anything Id already picked out due to being kicked out by, rude unfair stereotyping customers. Never go there.

They have lots of well made products up front with lingerie, robes, and some really soft comfy clothes as well. They also carry bubble bath, lotions, oils, amoung other things. All of which are quality products and priced very reasonably.Of course in the back are the fun things and they have a nice selection of options there. They range from beginner to much more experienced users for their wares. The staff are super helpful and will explain any questions you have about thier assortment of products.Overall we were very happy with shopping experience and what we picked up. Will be going again.Oh, they also have a loyalty program for repeat guests.

A little over priced but if you dont want to wait for the mail then this place has pretty much everything you want. One thing I saw was that being that my girlfriend is small there were alot more plus sizes and not so many small sizes but they have alot of toys that will only increase the enjoyment while being intimate with your partner!

The ladies that work here are all patient and willing to help.Got a question that you dont feel comfortable about? Worry not, they got you. They made me feel at ease about my purchases. This store is new and is nicely laid out but the staff is less than helpful. The clerk failed to check the item I bought and when I discovered in the parking lot that it didnt work, I couldnt exchange it, and I was treated as if I was a nuisance while there.....

Terrible customer service. The general manager was very impolite and wouldnt even take the time to leave his office and come speak with me and my husband about an issue with a couple purchases wed made. We normally shop at Fascinations, but decided to support another local business. Big mistake! We learned our lesson and will stick with Fascinations and the awesome customer service they have to offer as well as the huge selection.

Honestly, the best selection of lingerie Ive found in COS and in a variety of sizes! Not to mention new outfits almost everyday, if not everyday. Most importantly, the staff is phenomenal! They dont judge your questions and truly listen to you when you ask for their help, trying to hunt down the perfect set thats just right for you. Five stars all the way!

My husband and I were really excited to check this store out. Until we were rudely approached about not having masks. As we were walking out to go get our masks the rest of the employees were standing outside the front door smoking way less then 6 feet apart with no masks on. I will never shop there again because of the rudeness

Well last night was my third time to this store and I have to say I was not only unimpressed but even slightly offended! On our first visit in, one of the employees just would not stop hovering over my lady yeah shes got a big coat but shes not stealing. Second time in and I feel like everything the girl said they didnt have I found and not super informative. Which definitely could have helped. I ended up purchasing a toy which literally didnt have any kind of information around it just a display model. As Soo as I got home I opened the pack with the toy in it took one look at the card that came inside. And it literally said not to use it for the only reason I bought it at all! So I went to return it right after we had dinner... Which took time I got back to the store and they kinda just said sorry we cant do refunds only store credit. So I bought my lady some stuff and made my exchange. Then later that morning I looked at my account to see that Ive been charged twice for the stuff I bought on the fist trip literally an additional almost 200. Ive gotten better service at every other local shop.. I mean the only thing that actually stands out about it is, the size of the vibrator selection. The girls working were not very helpful nor did they even seem like they wanted to be there. Not a good experience for sure!!

The store is gorgeous, and they have an amazing selection of toys and lingerie. I would like to be able to say Ill be back; however, the staff was incredibly rude and incredibly unfamiliar with the products they sell. The whole time I was there, as I browsed through the store getting excited about the different toys they sell, I can hear and see the staff laughing and mocking my friends and I. Then, while checking out at the counter we find out the girls working were managers. So not only were the managers mocking customers; they didnt seem to be at all knowledgeable about the items they sell, we asked for a recommendation for a type of lube with no taste and were instantly directed to the flavored lube section.I am incredibly disappointed, being familiar with their online store, I was very looking forward to going to the store to shop, but after my experience there today, I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
