Order something online and it never came. Waited 10 days..I Contact customer support to tell me that my order hasn’t been shipped/lost or whatever. Never buying online again and this was my first purchase too.

Well I was impressed how the store was doing, and being operated during these times of covid-19, but they were fully working with protocols..like hand sanitizer, plus making sure customers were wearing masks..while keeping social distancing.

I needed a pair of Nikes so I phoned them yesterday around 15:50PM to see if they carried a special item and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing . . .I decided to come to the shop then I asked hey guys you guys never picked up the phone felt like I should never of seen that one of the sales person a woman African-American with long deadlocks literally verbally VERY VERY VERY aggressive towards me !!! I left and went to next door shop FOOTACTION I came back to footlocker and asked to speak to a manager and I also asked her for a name and of she never responded !! So lame so ghetto !!!

I didnt like it they service is horrible I went to shop with my grandkids and they didnt even took the paper out of the shoes and gave him the shoes to try them on they customer service is horrible I work in retail and I know whats good customer service I wont go there again.

My credit card was stolen and it was used at this store for over 500$. I called and they said they dont check IDs . Looks like they work all together. They definitely should check IDs over 100$.
