I would give it zero stars if I could. Purchased this CBD Tincture for 59.99 plus taxes . Just before leaving I noticed the safety seal was missing. I advised him my bottle didn’t have a safety seal. He stated that’s how they come from the manufacturer. I thought that was illegal not to have products like these without safety seals. All of the bottles behind the cabinet didn’t have safety seals on them. This particular product. All the “GUMMY CBD” bottles. I asked for a refund and he stated “NO CAN DO” I am not sure about anyone else but I am not going to ingest a product that doesn’t have a safety seal on it. Not even to my pet. I was dumbfounded he refused a refund. He told me to deal with “ouri “ the owner after the Jewish holiday . I think these guys are tampering and possibly even water down their CBD product or the employees are taking a 250mg bottle and switching it with the 1000mg bottle and buying the lower dose bottle at a cheaper price. Who knows? At the end of the day, any product, that is to be consumed should have safety seal. I think all of these bottles should be pulled off the shelf. I know in my heart a refund should have been given. The clerk at the North Miami Beach store seemed very uneasy when I asked him if he felt it should have a safety seal on it like all products that were to be consumed . I looked it up and it’s the law. I will file a dispute with my bank regarding the charge . I have the bottle untouched. Hopefully the owner will respond within a reasonable time and provide some resolution to this situation. I feel like I have been ripped off. I would highly stay away from this vape shop if CBD’s are the only reason your going there. Terrible customer service and no safety seals on some products. I would highly recommend staying away from this shop. Feel like I was robbed. Thanks guys! This is a buyer BEWARE STORE!

Went in today bought 4 Vapes and literally walked out I work 5minutes away I called because one wasnt working he told me no returns and hung up in my face when I called back he told me I shouldve tried all 4 vapes before walking out horrible customer service

Its a small place not very big. It carries basic necessities for your hookah purpose. The man that was working that night was not very friendly at all. His level of knowledge Im not sure about because I asked a few questions and he really was not able to answer those questions.

I had a couple questions to ask the guy on the phone . After I asked the first question. He just hung up on me. And he only answered my question with a no and hung up.

BE AWARE: these people sell fake Eonsmoke stiks. After purchasing and testing 3, i realized they were all fake and tried to get a refund. I compared it to my real Stik which I got from a Chevron so I knew it was official and it had so many differences not only in packaging, but also badging, wrapping, end caps, color, texture and also in taste! The taste was completely off in all of them and didn’t taste fruity at all!! 100% know that they sell fake products here!

The employee here was very knowledgeable and eager to help. I received no judgement as a noobie and the environment was very friendly. Only thing missing is a bigger sign or some advertisement! Hopefully google will start putting these guys higher up on the map.

If there was a -5 star this is what I would rate this smoke shop the girl in there didnt know what the differences were between the vapes how to put the liquid in the vapes or any of the prices then accused my fiance of stealing a mouth peice ... who steal a mouth piece like really. this place is unprofessional and a horrible place to shop NEVER COME HERE!!

I visited the location yesterday for the very first time... I needed a Clearomizer for my Itaste vv. There wasnt one available for it. Oh well... So, I purchased a X2O Clearomizer which came with one free dual coil. The performance is great!The Owner who was the Salesman, treated me like Family. The experience was over the top.
