Use this location for long time. And today I received this gift from this location and was very disappointed with old, rotten fruits with fridge smell fresh was only two birds on top of rotten grapes. Not nice

I called the Thursday of teacher appreciation week and Sharon was the absolute bomb!!!!!! I love that she was so patient with me, very knowledgeable of the products and helped me with my last minute order. I have been using their services at this for 9 years now and they never disappoint. Thank you Sharon and everyone else there. Keep up the great work.

Service was good. My item was ready when they said it would be. However, they did unfortunately get the order wrong. They were obviously very busy for Mothers Day. Hopefully they will straighten up this issue.

Do not order from this store! I placed an order on 3/22/2021 to be delivered on 4/2/2021 of some flowers and cupcakes for someone’s birthday. I receive a call on 4/2/2021 stating they don’t have cupcake batter. I ask why I am being called the day of the delivery to tell me they don’t have the proper supplies. They then say they will get more batter the next day so the order will just be pushed back a day. I should’ve known that was a lie. They call the next day asking if I want a refund b/c they don’t have cupcakes. Horrible customer service. No regard for the customers occasion and they just blatantly lie to you. I would give 0 stars if I could

Im not usually a person who leave reviews but after the experience I had today, how could I not!? Its been SO long since I had such great and quality customer service like I had today with sandy and sharon! The attention to detail and genuine effort they put into my order was amazing. I told them it was for my sisters birthday and they made sure it was prepared perfectly! from the wrapping down to the presentation it was A1! Definitely recommend!

Made an order for brothers birthday. The orders was sent to the house in an Uber. When it arrived the fruits where all out of place and crushed. You guys ruined the surprise. I called and explained to the manager the situation and the manager was very rude telling me not to Order from them anymore. Dont know if the Manager was having a bad day but I was shocked didnt expect this kind of response.

I had a great experience with an wonderful employee named Rianna! She also made sure I had everything I needed and suggested new deals as well. However coming into the store, I met the manager Sharon, who was very rude which was uncomfortable due to her condescending tone. I will not come back to this store due to the experience I had with the manager. It makes me wonder how she treats her employees if she treats customers like that. I’ll be trying to call corporate about her service.

Worst experience with Edible Arrangements yet!!!! I bought a basket for a birthday gift, in which had BAD FRUIT. I called them and let them know.... But when I got there they didn’t want to remake it or give me my money back! The manager was very rude!!! She questioned me as if I had done something wrong! But lucky I took pictures!!! After calling corporate I had to dispute the transaction and wait about 2weeks to get my money back!

A couple of year back they were always on time and had a great CS... Lately they just do whatever they want... Gave them instructions to pls deliver before a certain time and they should 1hr and half later!! The event was already over by the time they decided to show up. Called and all I got was a rude manager stating they will be delivering with in 5 mins... which never happened!

I was at a Relay for Life American cancer society were I received a card that said Bring this Ribbon into Edible Arrangements We will wrap it around a free 6 box of chocolate covered fruit. I went in today gave the card to a very nice young lady took my ribbon and brought back a great gift of chocolate strawberries. I want to thank them for a great gift...

I placed a order 3 days in advance for a large arrangement to be delivered.On the delivery day I called early in the morning to reconfirm my order and was assured it would be delivered before 5pm.At 4pm I called and was assured it would be delivered on time as the holiday dinner was scheduled at 5pm.At 5:15pm I called and was give a total run around and then finally someone told the truth that the driver took the arrangement but forgot the paperwork.Needless to say it arrived at 6pm well after dinner was over and we were on our way to Temple.I was offered a $20 discount (doesnt even pay for the delivery charge) as the total charges were well over $150, and nobody got to eat the fruit. I declined the $20 as it was a jokeThe fruit went into the garbage.Not good with customer service or satisfaction.I was assured the owner would call me, but obviously that didnt happen.Paul Rosen

Tried calling all three in north Miami Beach, Aventura,Miami garden and no answer at 3pm to order for delivery valentine day, very bad service, cause no one answered after three calls each, just s recording.

This is the 2nd year my son sent me gift from this company for mothers day. Last year was good. However this 13th days of May 2018 mothers day is different. All the strawberries that were covered with chocolate were rotten. It was disgusting! I had to uncover every single strawberry and trow them away. Only the uncovered ones were okay.

Extremely shocked & disappointed with not only the products given this Mother’s day being that I bought multiple arrangements only to have rotten strawberries, but the customer service as well was absolutely horrendous. The owners of the store, Sam & His wife in particular were so rude to the extent of yelling and cursing at me using vulgar profanity in front of their employees & customers over a mistake in one of the arrangements given to me. Which resulted in me having to come all the way back from my house to the store to get it changed to the correct one, they put the one initially given to me back in the fridge to be sold which is completely insanitary as well. When I asked about possible being given some compensation or potentially a comped item for the inconvenience the owner went absolutely crazy on me in the store. Extremely rude, uncalled for, & unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and will NEVER use this business again. Don’t even waste your time or money on them. They’re horrible in every sense.

So heres my experience SAM the manager/Owner hung up on me TWICE an said that I wanted free services (this is after stating that yes he would refund me and not apologizing for the miscommunication that his store failed miserably to do) I ordered a princess bouquet for someone instead of calling to let me know that the parent had pick up the item they replaced the delivery charge with balloons of some sort that would be fine with me had someone called me to let me know that 1 the order was picked up and 2 that in place of the delivery charge something else was added. Why is it now Wednesday and I am calling the store and I received NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE and was told that Im looking for free services ARE U KIDDING ME 1 that is FRADULENT to state that a service (delivery) would be granted and was not and then not communicate with the payee n replace it with something else TRUST ME I WAS ASKED NOT TO USE THAT STORE ANYMORE BELIVE U ME I WILL NOT... a simple my apologies for the miscommunication and a refund of the delivery charge is all I wanted instead I received ATTITUDE was hung up on twice without an apology YELLED at as if I was wrong SERIOUSLY? Nice job on the arrangements. best thing that can be said but who wants to support liars. kosher ? hahahahah one look inside the place during lunch time and kosher customers will be running out of there and never look back. walked in one day and see the receptionist with a nice deli meat sandwich, grease on fingers and without cleaning hands goes back and hands me a sample berry. As she opens the door I see another lady in the back with a pizza in her hand lol. these people are sloppy liars. manager seems cool, might want to teach his employees how to clean up their act cause next time a customer looking for a kosher place walks in and sees what i see they wont be happy and there goes a lot of business out the window.
