The staff at Ultra are incredible. I attempted to replace my iPhone screen without success and in the process lost access to all my data. The manager, TJ, came to my rescue. Performed a diagnostic and fixed my phone in 20 minutes for $10. All around excellent service, courteous and fair pricing. I will certainly return for any future repairs. Jeff D

Fix my iPhone 6s there and found out I had multiple issues. My home button not working, my screen needed to be replaced and my battery was damaged. If I would have never came to CellularER I would have just fixed my screen and thought I was good but because they informed me about everything I have a fully functional phone. Thank you guys your the best.

To get your screen fixed is cheap. But with the amount of time you will wait you are better off just going to the apple store!!! I had to wait for my boyfriends phone for over 4 hours!!!! And all they had to do was replace the screen. I’m not a screen expert but I’m positive it doesn’t take close to 5 hours to remove a screen and put it back. Every hour they kept saying i just need 20 more minutes. And every time i come here they are always short staffed. It’s ridiculous

The worst experience ever. I went to get an iPhone XR screen fixed and the basically butchered the phone’s functionality. The first guy to “fix” it didn’t place the screen down properly so one corner started lifting. When I came back to the store 3 minutes later he proceeded to Give excuses instead of fixing his work. Another guy proceeded to help and now the Face ID doesn’t not work and they did not replace the water resistant adhesive. I tried to trade the devices to mr carrier and the refuse to except the phone due to the poor quality of the repair.

Brought my phone to fix the screen. They did a horrible job. The day I brought it home it was super sensitive and the screen would often not allow me to press buttons and in my hands the screen underneath veined a crack. The next day I woke up to a line going down my screen. I brought it back and told him what happened and he called me a liar and said I dropped my phone and it’s my problem. There was no arguing. He wouldn’t hear me out and refused to fix it. I also left an iPad there that when I turned it on in the store to see how it was fixed there were tons of stripes on the screen. The don’t know what they are doing!! Horrible customer service . Do not recommended.

So I went in yesterday cause my note 8 screen was done. they ask if I could wait till today cause it was late and they didnt have it in stock so I said yes. first thing in the morning I get a call the part is in i came over and the job was done faster then they originally said the price was the best i can find and trust me I shopped around cant beat their prices their service and their knowledge not but great thing from them all around if you need your phone fix this is the best spot

This place made it very convenient to do a phone repair! I brought in my broken iPhone 6, which I thought had no more life to it, however they did a full LCD repair and they gave me the phone in a brand new condition! In addition to a very fast service (30 min) they provided a free tempered glass screen protector, which has kept my phone in the same new condition! The price topped off the experience, they were the cheapest around! Definitely recommend this place if you need help with a phone, they have a wide range of services

Went to fix a cracked screen on my iPhone, in return I get a screen that blanks out all the time now !! When back to get situation rectified, completely unapologetic & with no intention on fixing their problem gave me my phone panache with the same issue !! Not a good place, unreliable!! Stay away

I had my phone repaired on Friday and it turned out beautifully. They even installed a back casing. But 2 days later my screen bleed and half of the screen went black. I brought the phone back and the manager said someone either sat on the phone or it was dropped on its back and the internal screen cracked.Never have I had such an inferior product installed on my phone. They said it was the same quality as Samsung. I disagree, never had any of my smartphones crack internally after 2 days, without the screen or shell being damaged. That is not common, thats cheap. And they wanted me to pay another 150 to replace the screen again!!!!Stay away from this company! No warranty on any Samsung repairs and cheap replacement parts!!

Took my phone to get my screen replaced although it did not fit perfectly i was told thats the best it was going to look. Almost 2 months later the touch on the screen stopped working. Took it back in and they say i need to purchase another one. They have no regards to customers. Im left with a non working phone because the screen they used to replaced gave out after 2 months. FYI the phone was not dropped or nor the screen was scratched all in perfect condition just the touch that stopped working. Lost my money with them dont let it happen to you.
