Came here on the recommendation of our mechanic (Rolando from Beach Auto) after getting the runaround from other places.I have an older Toyota that I use daily and it just needed a new head unit since the factory one was failing. The crew at Car Sounds were honest and fast. They told me due to the age of the vehicle the plastic could crack during installation, but I told them to try anyways - so they did and it was flawless. New Sony head unit installed, sounds great, and no problem!Don’t bother with anyone else just come here and they will get it done right.

You need to watch for these people. they are nice to you in the beginning . if you take your car back to fix the job they they did, they come up with excuses and want to charge you for it. then you see how nasty they get.customer service is the most important part of business. do yourself a favor and go some where else. while i was there for first time i saw a couple of people complaining with the job they did .should of left when i had chance. learn from others mistake and take your car to someone who respect the customer service.its your choice

I had a horn installed perfect, so I came back for I dash rear camera radio flat scree…flame strip…and lighters repaired came with my own .And theres where the story get hairy,going back today to see if they can correct things …I’ll let you know spent some heavy $$$$

Whatever you do stay away from this place!!! They are very unprofessional and know nothing about installing car stereos. They will try to save money by cutting expenses when ever they can. Look at this panel falling apart. I had to take it somewhere else to get it redone. They destroyed my car.This has to be the worst car stereo retailer in miami. I dont know anyone gave them a good review. They must write their own. You’ve been warned!!!!

Excellent work and very professional. The owner has reasonable prices. Went there to get two of my door locks replaced. Its best to call ahead to get an idea of when to bring your car in for work.

They are fast and cost effective. They know how to work on limo vans and buses. They diagnosed the problem fast and finished same day.

Please do not go here. If I could rate them a zero I would. Had these guys install door speakers and a sub and amp in my car. When they told me it was ready I asked them if everything was working properly they said yes but if i have any problems come back because i had a parts and labor warranty. After driving for a bit i realized that I couldnt hear my sub, so I pulled over and went to the trunk to check it out. Turns out the sub had blown. I went back to the shop to ask what they can do and the guy said and I quote This is not my problem it was working when you left. Mind you it hadnt even been 10 minutes. They wouldnt give me any type of refund and just said these things happen in life. Please dont go here guys. They may seem friendly in the beginning but they dont care about their customers and have no ethics or morals.

The salesman was super knowledgeable and helpful. But the prices were a bit pass high. 500 for the wires and labor for a radio installation. (Thats not including the radio)

This is definitely not the place to go when it comes to tinting your windows. I showed the owner the poor job that was done but he refused to give me a full refund. The tint they put on was dirty an left particles and residue on my window.

Got my G37 tinted and was very satisfied. A few years later I got my Q50 tinted, was very satisfied until the first time it rained, I realized that the technician didn’t flip the rubber weatherstrip back in place so the window isn’t properly insulated. It also makes noises when I roll the window up and down. Went back and they couldn’t fix it since the rubber was ruined.

I bought a car in 2015 that had an aftermarket alarm installed, but then the remote broke and I was never able to find out what the brand was. After 4 years of my car alarm going off every time I opened my car, I finally got it fixed! I came here to revert my original alarm back into place. I bought the key remote online & was able to use my cars alarm properly. Hooray! Thanks Rafael.

I dont recommend this place. if you want a good service and quality, please dont not go there.. my car window tinting looks very bad after i waited 4 days. i tried to get it redone, but Rafael keeps rescheduling my appointment and it is already more than 3 weeks.

Today I went for window tinting. They did a GREAT job and their price was very good too. I highly recommend this place.

This place is very unprofessional. I paid to have my front window and two side passenger and driver window. the front window was fine but the two side passenger and driver window were very bad. When the tint was install, they left dirty and air inside so now i have white dots and lines everywhere. The guy told me that he will redo them and every time I tried to get it done he gave me different excuse and reschedule me 4 times. I don’t recommend this place very unprofessional. I had to take my car to Cartronics to get it done properly and they did a wonderful Job..

Please do come closer you must understand!!!!!!!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.overpriced items!!they are all about the money and not customer service!!!I BROUGHT MY RADIO FOR Installation,in the beginning the owner said the price,and he said that price including parts,cables,wires,and laborafter 2 hours im waiting he coming out side he said your radio doesnt fit we needs to do extra work so the price going to bounce in $25after 3 hours they finish,car steering wheel control radio not connected.i ask him why and the answered i got from him you didnt have the cables.and my GPS not connected as well.pleas dont go there,this is my 2 time withe them and not successful.stay away from that business.

They are the worst. Do not go over there especially tinting windows. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks to fix my window with all the bubbles. They wouldnt give me some of the money back so i can do it somewhere else. Bad business

Dont go to this place.They are not very knowledgeable of many things.I called to ask them of something to insult for my truck.And he had no idea how to put that item to my truck.Others I called to ask for an estimate and if they can put this item in my truck-Knew right away what to do.His reply you have to bring it in and we can see if we can do it for you.This is why Im calling you to make sure you all can do this.Morons with no customer care support.
