Steven Kessler, what could I say about my experience with him? By far the best! He is the most honest, upfront man I ever bought a car from. I have owned many cars, and dealt with many dealerships over the years. None could compare to Kessler Motors. I brought my new purchase to my local Mercedes dealer to check out the car after I brought it home. Not only did it turn out to be perfect, but they wanted to buy it from me for much more than I paid. I can honestly say that I will never purchase another used car from anyone else! I wish i could provide a quality review, but for me my dealing with Steven proved to be a negative experience . I bought a 2007 Bentley from Stevenand in talking with him prior to my purchase was reassured that i was buying a car He would sell to him best friend Boy am i glad i am not that guy . The car showed up to my address in Tucson, and at first glace appeared to be OK, But shortly after driving it there was an engine oil burn smell, and after further review from British Motors service in Scottsdalethe car required extensive repairs to the tune of $12,000.and when i finally got the car repaired the rear tire was shot, and nearly blow out on my return to Tucson, $2,000. later i now have aCar i would sell to my best friend My suggestion ? If you want to deal with Steven have an independent evaluation first on the car.Mark Miller

Steve tried to deceive my boyfriend. I was in his office when Steve claimed a car we were interested in purchasing had brand new brakes etc... Once the car was inspected, we found that was not the case at all! If I must say, having a moral compass might be in some serious use here. I wouldn’t trust this car dealer to see my anything!!

Awesome Experience! I have been shopping for a 2010 S550 4 matic for months. Have bought cars on eBay in the past, so wasn’t nervous to buy online sight unseen again. Kessler Auto Group listed what I could tell to be my dream car …… 2010 S550 with all imaginable features and options. I checked their inventory and realized they only specialize in high end nice cars. Their 100+ eBay positive reviews and BBB rating of A+ gave me peace of mind. But still it is the most expensive car I had to own (I have been driving a Benz since 1991). The biggest purchase ever I make online. So I was a little nervous at the beginning to buy sight unseen and have the car shipped from Florida to Wisconsin. Then I contacted Steven Kessler and Steven Lewis who were both super friendly and knowledgeable …… True MEN of their word. We agreed on a fair price in addition to shipping terms. The car arrived within a few days in immaculate condition! They turned my biggest ticket item into a flawless positive experience. I ordered screws on the same day I bought the car for the license plates from another eBayer and haven’t received them yet! I will never shop elsewhere again. These guys are the best. Highly recommended.

Scammed a buddy from California after he won the bid for a Porsche 964 C4. The dealer has written proof that they claimed the car had OEM paint and great mechanical condition. Following a PPI there were roughly $12,000 in mechanical work to be done including a engine rebuild due to leaking valves and block. Also the car was repainted with many paint defects, a repaint would be $10,000-15,000. This dealership is VERY unethical in this example, good thing he was able to cancel the purchase due to the car failing a PPI. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase a car from here.
