Prestige Imports have a wide variety of new and used cars.I saw this 2019 Jeep Wrangler listed on Auto Trader from Prestige which I just had to have. I reach out to Prestige through the Auto trader listing and Ivan got back to me the next day which was great. I made an appointment to go see and test drive the vehicle a few days later, at the appointment I told Ivan I didnt have time to do the app then so I completed the Application and emailed it to Ivan, we did the deal by phone and email. Even great from Texas! I first reached out to Prestige about 2 months ago about a car they were consigning for a loyal client. The classic M3 was certainly not a normal car for them to represent with cars on the lot 10-20X the value. Heres the deal, when I got in-touch with Jason Cartledge, he treated me like I was buying one of their Lamborghinis. He was incredibly responsive, we agreed on a price with the seller and he hosted my pre purchase inspection.Unfortunately, the car had a few unexpected issues so I lowered my offer, but the seller didnt want to adjust their price. I kept in contact with Jason and 6 weeks later the seller agreed to a lower price. I wouldnt have even thought of chasing this car if Jason hadnt been so amazing at getting back to me, hosting the inspection and referring an auto transport company. Frankly, there were others I had inspected during my search but the sales people were so challenging to work with that I gave up on them.His service won me over even though it will be his smallest sale of the year.
