We are from out of town, and our teenagers wanted to visit Lamborghini Miami. Although we weren’t there to purchase a car, none of the staff spoke to us after being inside for 10 minutes. That is so unprofessional! BUT I BET if we had gold chains around our necks or short dresses with heels on, the energy would have been different then.So sad that this is the world we live in! Not everyone knows what Customer Service means!

Recently bought a 2011 Gallardo 560-4 Spyder and Bryan Lapadula was my sales rep. Great guy and great dealership. I have been shopping for a Gallardo for a while now, and the follow up from Lamborghini Miami has far surpassed any dealership I have worked with, whether on second car or daily driver. There were a few small and minor issues with the car and they were on top of making them right and selling a top notch car, as the exotic market should. Will be back to check inventory when it is time to replace the daily driver. If you get a chance to check out an Espresso and Exotics, would also highly recommend.

Cip at prestige imports sold us our Cadillac Escalade. It was a used truck with relatively low miles and about a 3 hour drive from where I live. After getting a quick response from Cip from my initial internet inquiry he happily did a video walk around via FaceTime with me and even pointed out some cosmetic things I wouldn’t have noticed over a video to make sure I know what kind of product I was truly looking at. He took the time to help us negotiate a price with his manager and communicated great and even stayed late so we could drive that same day to him and buy the truck. We were in and out in a little over an hour and back on the road home. Even after the test drive and walk around he noticed a glitch in the rear tail light and without me even asking offered to replace the light at no cost. Within a week of getting home the light was shipped and was an easy install. Truck looks and drives excellent and couldn’t be more happy with the honesty and professionalism of Cip and his team. ILook forward to working with him again, hopefully to grab one of those awesome exotics!

I was trying to get a vehicle... but the sales person addressed me as mr. money bags😡 if I was in person and he addressed me like that I would have smacked him.... He was so disrespectful... I said I refuse to do Business with a company that won’t help me..
