I was looking for a car to lease that was economical and was fun to drive and decided to go to Aventura Honda to check out the new 2021 Honda Civics. I was greeted by a salesman named Cary and he showed be around the lot and I decided on the Civic Sport. I told Cary to get everything ready and make sure that I was approved. Cary said he would find the vehicle that I was interested in and let me know. When Cary called a short time later and said that the car I was interested in was available and he would get it washed and ready for me. When I returned to the dealership I was introduced to Tito in finance and I was in my new car and on my way in less than a hour. I would recommend Aventura Honda as a dealership and make sure to ask for Cary.

I have been to Honda of Aventura 4 times and 3 of those times have been for the same issue. I had my Valve Cover Gaskets replaced due to an oil leak back in June and I have had to come back again and again for the same leak. Each time the valve cover is supposedly replaced and no one has bothered to clean the oil off the engine where the leak occurred nor the oil from the undercarriage. Oil prints from mechanics hands are always left on the hood and finders and once in the interior and this last time the engine cover was broken and scratched when returned to me. I voiced my complaints and all I received was an email from a Service Director with phone number that doesnt work and I replied to the email and still no response. It was like pulling teeth when I requested a vehicle while they inspected and repaired the leak the second time. At this point I am horribly upset with the communication and service at this Honda Dealership. So after multiple visits where I address the issue and twice where I was told there was nothing leaking when obviously there is and twice they replace the gasket for the forward valve cover I have yet to get this resolved. Someone emailed me after this review for me to contact them and after multiple emails I never got a response. I love Honda but I would not recommend this dealership service department for anything other than an oil change.

Shannon was extremely quick, helpful and very respectful of my time. She than passed me off to Miguel Jimenez like Magic to Worthy in the finals where Miguel ended the game and closed the deal on my Brand New horse. Be careful just go else where. Buy a used Honda Pilot body looks ok outside few scratches and clean looking inside, wheels look ok but on Saturday, Sunday liquid so low blowing hot air, found lot ants invested under black foot mat. Wednesday engine light came on so I took it to get it checked out.After a diagnostic: basic liquids for the function of the car wash so low had to be flushed. So much rust under neat and muffler tied up so it dnt fall down right away.Mechanic said they must buy cheap cars up north in snow and salt to have damage like that in such bad condition to sell because only when u look under you see real problems but they feel no way about it.Charging hundreds of dollars for fees you assume they service or do the basics but not this time that place is unethical and you can go pass to another dealer hoping it’s better.

You better go to a different location! i got my car lease over there. big mistake. Very bad business practices. Do Not believe a word they are telling you. for example: promised 2 free oil change. On the 2nd time they want to charge me $59. They could check in the computer and realize it supposed to be free. but they refused to bother check into it. Very bad customer service. unprofessional, dishonest. As a principal i will take a different car when this lease expires. This agency is disgrace! start from the mechanic, customer service, the fat useless saleperson, all the way to.the crook manager.

We were potential customers that wanted to purchase a vehicle through Honda Aventura a few times and our experience was atrocious. The sales person did not want to disclose or was unaware of the return policy and then when we asked the manager and he rudely responded with THIS IS NOT A CAR YOU CAN BUY FROM WALMART SO ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS! When asked if the certification and recondition fee is optional he said that it was mandatory because there is a shortage of used cars in the market and that this is a free country and we can leave and go somewhere else if we dont want it. We were not treated fairly and we are not going back to purchase a vehicle from there.We now understand now why Honda Aventura has a F rating in the BBB. If you are an informed consumer I will tell you to please proceed with caution and Buyer Beware

Made an internet appt to see a specific car based on. Stock number with Brandon Gutierrez. He verified stock was on the lot yesterday and this morning when confirming the appointment time. I was going to cancel appt because I didn’t want to waste time driving to show up and car not be here. He assured again that car was on the lot. When I arrived, Sales person says car was sold yesterday. Tried to offer something else $3000 above MSRP. Needless to say I walked out.

I go there and try to change battery. They said they don’t know how to change it. I say I don’t know too. Because my car is Acura. If before change engine oil. They said can’t fix it. I would go to Acura dealer. Even have an appointment.I change oil and clean car. Spend 2hours and 40mins. It was bad experience service. I don’t want to buy Honda’s car again.

Its hard not to resort to name-calling when you were treated as poorly as I was. I cant believe that this dealership functions at such a low level. There is zero care or consideration for potential customers. I was told that they really wanted to win my business. Upon arriving at the dealership for a schedule appointment I was asked to wait a unsaid of time for a sales manager that was actively helping another client. This is upsetting considering that there were three managers sitting behind the front desk giggling and doing nothing. Do not come to this dealership if you were expecting any sort of serious consideration for your needs. You will most likely be profiled as well. I only say this because a couple walked in off the street wearing a Chanel purse and a sales manager jumped right up to help them. If you do decide to go to this dealership make sure that you do not speak to Anita. Every bit of information I convey to her on the phone was not communicated to anybody in the dealership. This was a complete waste of my time. I highly suggest going to Honda in Miami Lakes where they have enough sales managers to appropriately care for customers.

Update 2I finally got my car back after two weeks. The long wait was waiting for a replacement window. I will say that after my interaction with the general manager that the staff was much more responsive, either getting someone to give me a status update right away or getting back to me withing the hour. I do want to point out that the staff was always courteous if not very responsive in the beginning. My experience was not perfect and I still think that two weeks+ is a long time for a replacement window. That said, Ive increased the number of stars.Update:After insisting to speak to a manager I received a call back from the General manager who apologized and agreed that communication with the customer is important. Hopefully he recognizes that he has a failure mode in this area. Then I received a call back from the advisor working on my car who also apologized and said that hes been really busy. (In my opinion this is the worst excuse because it means Im too busy for YOU). Anyway he said hes been waiting for a replacement window and it should be in Monday or Tuesday. (Two weeks for a window seems a little excessive but well see what happens).Do not use this dealer for service on your car. Theyve had mine for nine days and I cant get a status update. When I call they ask who my advisor is and when i tell them they ask me to hold and after a minute, Im transferred to a general voicemail. When I call back, they dont even answer the phone. It rings until it goes to voicemail. This is the third day of doing that dance. When i do leave a message no one calls back. Terrible customer service. Beware and stay away.

I was looking for a premium used vehicle, their phone department was thorough and responded quickly with texts and links to the vehicle I was interested in (Magda or Brandon) they put me in touch with Joe Mazola whom was a pleasure to work with. Clear and straight to the point. Streamlined what is otherwise a painstaking experience of haggling. My wife arrived at the dealer to inspect the car before I did and he treated her with respect and never kept us waiting around. Went to buy a car today honda civic 2022 negotiate the price with the sales rep when I arrived they did not honar the price ! they were trying to charge $1000 more then mrsp price which is ridiculous they are looking for a customer that they can make the most money possible.. when they could have sold the car n made the sale Id never buy from this place not recommended

I was notified by Honda, Saying that my 2019 Honda sports has a recall. I made the appointment with Honda of Aventura to have the problem taken care of. I am now going on my third appointment trying to get my recall done. What I get is the manager Joycelyn Dennis talking down to me and then hanging the phone up in my face, after buying three brand new car and being a loyal customer. This is how I get treated by HONDA OF AVENTURA.

The parts department was helpful, but service department was not. I came in because my push to start is not working.1) Honda decided to use push to start, I did not choose this option.2) I can’t use a physical key to override this issue.So the issue starts with: that it took 20 minutes just for them to speak with me at service, as well as try and charge me $750-800 (with labor) if it’s the starter system and $175(parts department told me) for the starter switch before labor, and then rather than sympathize because of HONDA’s flawed engineering and atleast run the diagnostic so I can figure out what I WOULD HAVE bought from them, the service tech said it would cost $170 for the diagnostic. So needless to say, they weren’t helpful even though it is their flawed system.Sometimes the car works on one push to start, sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes of trying.

Came here to service my Honda clarity. Would not recommend. The service people seem overwhelmed, try to upsell you, and the pricing is kinda ridiculous for some of the service items. The process is not transparent - they take your car in the back and then bring it out. There’s no major report. I went here twice. After the second time, I stopped. I had told them something was wrong with my tires, that the low pressure indicator kept going off, they literally just opened the car settings in front of me and cancelled the notification and acted like they did something. It of course came back on, eventually my tire actually started to look flat. I took it to a tire place and low and behold two of the tires had some weird tears on the side wall. The two tires were replaced and I have never had the pressure warning light go on again. I also noticed that all 4 of my tire air valve caps were missing on my last visit. The whole process just seems like they’re disorganized and do not pay attention to detail. I especially considering there’s supposed to be a multi-point inspection. Ended up switching to Holman honda in Fort Lauderdale. Did not realize how bad the service at aventura Honda was until I came here. They never upsell you, they are very transparent about what needs to be replaced and what they have checked so far- even told me I could go a little longer on my air filter and there’s no need to replace it. Way better waiting area. Best part, their pricing is very reasonable and can compete with most commercial places (that aren’t dealerships). Never again with Aventura. If you can, go to Holman.

Run!!!!!!!! I’ve never seen so much disrespect in my entire life. Very unprofessional what the staff, specifically Hansel Vasquez did to me. I got a friend to help me just in case I liked the car and the deal. I scheduled a test drive coming from Florida City. He contacted me at 3:36 pm to follow up and I told him I was running late because I was coming from far away. Never mentioned the car was sold until I got there and tried to sell me a different car. Maybe I was lucky for not closing a deal with them. Stay away.

The lady in finance refuses to help and says call Honda financial no matter what I say.FOLLOW UP: I emailed Honda as he asked, it went ignored.

Best dealership I’ve ever been to! I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I have horrible credit and I also have a repo from two years ago and never thought I would get approved. My sells representative Sergio knew all of that and still let me test drive 4 cars to see which one I felt comfortable with. The sales manager Michael ran my application and got me approved for a 2017 Honda Accord LX. They also got me an amazing insurance quote at the very same time with the help of there in house insurance team. They both went above and beyond to make this happen. Buyer beware! Comprador tenga cuidado!Purchased a car from Honda of Aventura and shortly after noticed low tire light on. Pulled into a tire store and they advised me the tires were dry rotted. Tried REPEATEDLY to reach my sales person, Karina Ruiz, and the sales manager, Leo Hernandez to work something out. They NEVER replied to any of my numerous texts, calls or emails. Needless to say, I had to buy 4 new tires for $500 to continue to drive the car for fear of ending up on the side of the road with a flat. All 4 tires were dry rotted.Beware when dealing with this establishment. Check the car thoroughly before you sign anything. And watch out for wolf in sheep clothing, Karina Ruiz. Lovely smile while she taking you for a ride on flat tires.
