Mark did not left such a good impression with me .I came in for the purpose of trading my car .Because I couldnt afford it anymore.I showed mark all the things that are wrong with my car and why I want to trade it . We didnt make a deal because of disagreement on a price .The following day I find a note on my car saying interested of buying your car with a phone number !I call the number and this Ukrainian girl shows up and wanting to check the car, she goes over the car very briefly and asking me how much do I want for it $ then she says Im willing to give you this much .. the price she offered was a 1/3 of what the car worth and she started explaining why it worth that much . Now the shady part is she mention somthing that she could not see by the way she checked the car !! but a day before I shared this detail with mark !! Very sad mark that you conducte business in such a shady way . It was all planned out he tried to get advantage of my situation because I told him my financial condition.I will not buy or deal with this person and not recomend anyone to do business with mark !!There are plenty of good dealers around with good reputation. Shame on you mark this is sleazy with no integrity on your end . Its not Ukraine here this USA we do things with integrity here .

As a long time automotive industry veteran, including several great years working at Van Tuyl group dealerships (sold to Berkshire Hathaway for 4 Billion) I know cars, and what I want.After a local dealer lost my business over not honoring a $200 discount I was offered in writing, I started looking outside of my area. I was astonished to find a 2012 mini, with clean carfax, and ridiculously low miles in Hollywood FL at this dealership. I inquired online, got more info, and then gave them a call. The brothers that own/run the place are both really thorough and attentive. I asked the questions that mattered, got 100% honest responses by phone & agreed to the deal after a 20 min phone call.Paperwork was done digitally & hardcopy came by fed ex. I deposited the check from my bank into their account at a branch local to me, insured the car, sent them the info, and it was done. They got bids for a car transport for me, found one that would go $150 lower if we paid cash, and that friday my car was on its way. From first call to my car arriving was 8 days or so. Guy from Red Dot Transport who delivered the car was awesome and communicated well when delivery was imminent.Even with the delivery cost, I came out about 2k under book for my area of the country. Car was absolutely as described with no surprises. Even showed up with a half a tank of gas. Cant beat that. I would absolutely do business with them again.

Buying a used car in Florida is not easy, a lot a lot of strange and not very clean deals around. I have bought 2 cars before I come in to Mark. One of the cars was dead but i guess the seller forgot to advise me before I bought (honest mistake lol). I found Mark of AlwaysSold123 via CarGuruss app which allowed me to see anyone offering a Toyota Prius deal and how far under bluebook it was i..e Great Deal, Good Deal, Fair Deal etc. The car was in EXCELLENT nearly PRISTINE condition and looked brand new even though it was a 2014 model. Mark the owner, turns his inventory quickly & because this car had seat warmers in it (a huge feature for up North but not so much in FL where he is now located) it had not moved as fast as other cars. So not only did I get a feature that will come in handy when I travel out of FL but I got an even better deal as well! LUCKY ME!!! Now the really important stuff...being a female we all know that its harder to buy a car & not be taken advantage of let alone via the internet. But as soon as I sent the first inquiry to Mark he contacted me back so quickly that we had an appt set up for 2 hrs later. It was a Sat and living 2 hrs it was nice I could meet him so quickly as I was already half way there but in another appt. He was happy to wait for me despite traffic delays I encountered trying to reach him. He was friendly & nice & yet very professional. He was not pushy but high energy & passionate about what he was doing 100% FOCUSED on the client. He had the CarFax already printed out and in the car. He allowed me to test drive it & answered a million questions about the car & about Priuss in general. He is truly a Prius expert & drives one himself by choice. He is VERY selective about the cars he buys to resell & ensures they not only look great but run great as well as PRICED GREAT. He truly chooses the cream of the crop so Im sure any car would be just as fantastic as the one I got. He also seemed to tell the truth. Everything he told me was backed up by other people who had bought cars from him and/or the mechanics who checked out the car. This is huge because used car salesman and honest do not often go hand in hand. But honesty & rust went both ways. He trusted me when I had a death in my family & was delayed in pulling the trigger on the car half way thru the process. He worked with me patiently & kindly as I managed my grief & difficulty of getting the car paid for from out of state DESPITE OTHERS WANTING THE CAR WHO COULD HAVE PAID HIM IMMEDIATELY. Because of my family crisis, he helped me with picking the car up so I did not need a second driver to get the car. All the extras were included in his reasonable sales fee. In fact his fee, taxes and the new plates plus the car price was still cheaper than most same model Priuss with much higher miles in the market I had been looking at. In others words ALL IN I got a great deal with no hidden surprises, fees, or hassles.During the sales process Mark said many of his customers buy from him sight unseen. I found it hard to believe at the time but after reading review after review that said exactly that...that they would buy a car sight unseen from him or buy using only videos and pictures or third parties or trust him to deliver the car to them after paying for them. But now I have dealt with him, I can see why people buy cars sight unseen from him or only via the cool virtual youtube videos he does for the cars he is selling. I feel as if I could pre-order a car and hed find what I wanted without seeing it or test driving it and I could have it shipped to me and be just as happy as I am having done all the legwork you normally expect when buying a car. As stated in many reviews...many previous buyers said they had done just that and/or would do that the next time. Mark is so helpful, knowledgeable, hard working and so passionate about what he does that you truly feel as if he is a friend after the deal...and when does that ever happen in todays world? So Mark truly earns 5 STARS for every aspect of the process and Im sooooooooooooo happy with my new car!
