It was right before Pesach and I decided it was time for a new Siddur. I described my old book and they were able to provide the newest edition. I walk w a walker and sometimes difficult for me to get the wheely-bob in and out of my car, esp after a long day. Even though a very busy time, the staff was so kind and brought the book out to my car. Great customer service..Its the little things. Very kind of them to do so.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a gift over 2 months ago to be shipped to NY and still have not received it. They have had it in the store since 3/1 and I have called and WhatsApp’d multiple times that they need to ship it out which they knew about when I ordered it in mid January. Please send me my items that have been paid in full!!!

Friendly staff, great selection

Probably the best Judaica store in all of south Florida. When ever I need something as a gift or for myself I have always found what I am looking for. If I could not find it, the staff has been always able to locate it for me and either ship it directly to me or bring it to the store for a quick pick up. From books to Tzitzit I have been buying from Aspaclaria for years. I have also fixed my Tefilin and a Torah with their service before, Rabbi Drewin is very talented. Thank you for your services.

Arrived for Hanukkah shopping and as usually was met with a friendly Shalom. I was immediately asked if there was anything in particular that I needed of course I like to look around and find things myself but this time I let myself be helped and I was offered all kinds of items that were very nice and well priced. I ended up buying multi colored oil for my oil menorah and some other miscellaneous items. The store itself is has easy access from a back street (so no traffic) and is not cramped in the inside. This is not my first time at this store and will certainly not be my last because I feel at home at this particular store.

While the manager was courteous and extremely helpful, the employees were standoffish and avoidant to me but very enthusiastic about serving obviously Jewish customers. Great selection though. I had to wander around the store for quite a while before the manager came to my rescue

Always very friendly. They try to upsell regularly which I appreciate because they have suggested items I forgot about until they brought them up. Overall great customer service. Never had a bad experience here.

A great place for your Pesach needs, in the NMB area

I am surprised with the bad reviews. I must say that I have been visiting the store for about 4-5 years now and I have always been respectfully treated. I think people can benefit from the large selection of book titles they have as well as items for holidays, home and kids. The only thing I would recommend is to develop a better website in order to get a better experience while shopping online.

I have never written a bad review about any store, but my experience here warranted this post. I will NEVER walk into this store again. I received a gift from AspaClaria Judaica for my engagement party. When I unwrapped the gift and took the it out the glass was completely shattered. I brought the item into the store a day later to let them know that the glass was broken. When I walked into the store the two people working there looked at me with distaste. Already, I felt uncomfortable. I proceeded to the counter to explain that this beautiful item had been given to me as a present a day earlier and that it was broken. The woman working was incredibly rude. She said she wrapped the item herself and there was nothing they could do. Not only was the woman unhelpful but she was cold, unfriendly and flat out rude.I will never step foot in that store again, and will make it known to all my friends and family not to shop there. They should be ashamed for how they treated me. I am not so much upset that they wouldnt replace the gift. However, I am upset for how I was treated. There are plenty of other Judaica stores in South Florida. I would recommend finding a store with nicer, friendlier more understanding people.

Great store plenty of inventory for last minute Holliday preperation

Horrible customer service. They do not make themselves accountable for their mistakes. I Placed an order with them and they told me it would be delivered the week after. They never called me, when I showed up a week later they had not even made the order. Completely forgot about it. Total lack of professionalism and a fatal lack of administrative support. They told me they would rush order the product and when I showed up to pick it up for the 2nd time it was still not there. I am not the owner of UPS says the owner of the store... has zero inclination for customer service. Leaves you with a Real bad experience as if Im doing them a favor. I do not recommend purchasing here as there are plenty of other options on the area. Go to them instead

I love this place specially the books!

Good place to buy Judaica locally. They are easy to find and have a lot of stuff, perfect for sprucing up your Shabbat table or getting a menorah or getting some nice mezuzot. The staff is very willing to help you find anything or order something if they dont have it. Dont forget to grab a free slushie drink when you stop in. Parking is right there.

I had a terrible experience there! I simply went in to buy a mezzuzah for my new home and I was so upset when I walked out. Moshe was rude, impolite and sarcastic. As he said ridiculous things to me he said, “I’m a comedian, aren’t I funny” Moshe, you are not funny and it is gross that you hide behind your comedy to insult customers. He also claimed they dont charge tax, but of course they do, just as any store should. But dont lie and say that you dont and then you do. Bad business...
