We got shots there, both times, the pharmacists were so good natured and kind. Even though they were up to their eyeballs in work.

This used to be my neighborhood Publix, and this visit was to get my flu shot. This atmosphere has definitely changed as people are walking around at 9 AM and just their bikinis. I mean, we technically are near the beach, but it was kind of weird. The isles are the usual wonderful Publix and the shelves are fully stocked. I even overheard management helping a woman pick out a bottle of wine for her Abai. They seem to be very helpful and patient with her even though she was not very nice. The pharmacy at this location is excellent. I would highly recommend getting your flu shot from here and if you’re not vaccinated please get vaccinated and you could do it at this location.

Its always a pleasure. From the checkout stand to the pharmacy with Paul and Noa to the deli with Horace, Doc and Mitch. They have everything I need. Wednesday is the best day to get the freshest foods! Even the bag man names Christopher is delightful and enthusiastic! The prices are high but worth it! Boars head deli meats are always good and the fresh bread and rolls are the best! Just your favorite local grocery store!

I was in the neighborhood so I shopped at Publix at Skylake instead of at my regular Publix. Its a nice store with friendly staff and a good selection. It was a good shopping experience.

This was My Publix for many years back when I lived in Jade Winds. After working out at LA fitness --:at best a 2nd-rate gym where youll find tattooed cartoon characters imitating the Amazing Hulk, equipment that isnt replaced when broken and an Alfred E. Newman corporate culture.However the Publix was a great experience. Spacious. Easy to find everything and even easier to find everything that you dont really need but find impossible to resist at the moment. Plus, friendly helpful employees.I went from What Me Worry to a spirit lifting shopping pleasure.Yes, those GUMMIES do work.

They have really gone downhill over the years.Produce not so good. Staff are friendly tho and try to help but their purchasing is so inconsistent. I know the product hasnt been discontinued but they dont re order items consistently.

Don’t come here to get the COVID vaccine. It is a nightmare. My review is based on the pharmacy Covid vaccine service. They take forever to give you the shot even when I have just two person waiting in line before me. The first time I waited for more than 30 minutes to get the shot and second same thing. I don’t know why this people take so much time. Too lazy. Horrible.

One of the lesser friendly Publix. The Manager doesnt wear a mask, nor does he follow any type of social distancing. The cashiers do not even look at you. I am accustomed to our Publix where employees around the store will stop and ask if you have found everything you need. If you even look flustered, they will walk you to what you are looking for. Unfortunately, not this Publix.

My favorite store for over 30 years is Publix, and it doesnt matter where I am. I always step into Publix. They do not allow a dog to be seating in their shopping car. Fine. Is the dog allowed in a encage stroller?? we dont know, yeah, but soon we will test how they treat us (as Bruce, my dog is a services dog). Let see. I stepped into the pharmacy at this location with few questions about the Cov-19 vaccine. The attendant was so rude that literally, I was in shock. Is it possible that now because we have a mask and feel psychologically isolated in the pandemics name, the need for rudeness?? Publix management should address to their employees that where shopping is a pleasure begin with kindness and excellent customer service. Enough that we pay few cents more just for the pleasure of shopping at Publix!

If you are a real shopper you will notice the prices are higher here than many Publix stores in other neighborhoods. Otherwise its a very good store

The whole deli department is needs a new team. They Never answer the phone & when I come in the store, they ALL moving slow. Not to mention they all need training on how to make sandwiches and wraps.

Came here to rent a carpet cleaner machine. When you come through the door, make sure to go straight to customer services, and tell them you want to rent the carpet cleaner machine. They were very helpful in explaining and answering all my questions. They unlock the machine from its storage place. You wheel the machine back to customer service where they take down your personal info and driver license. You pay for the rental up front ($29.99) and thats it. You got to return it within 24hrs.I bought the 48oz Oxy Carpet Cleaner ($14.99) with it. The 48oz was more than enough for the 3 bedroom carpet I needed to clean. Using the machine is very simple. The steps are also shown on the machine itself. Some really dark spots came out instantly. If not, a few more passes usually does the trick. All said and done this project cost me $29.99 for the machine and $14.99 for the carpet cleaner liquid. Still cheaper than hiring a shady service company. Plus, when you do it yourself you do a better quality job.I brought the machine back the same day, as it only took me a few hours to complete the job, with me even taking my sweet time and not rushing it. When you bring it back, just wheel it back to customer service and they tell you to just leave it there and thats it. Overall happy with this experience, and didnt have to deal with shady companies to get the job done.

I have been going to this Publix for more than 20 years and over time it had change. Customer service is not what it used to be. Of course you can get everything you can find at any Publix, but I dont go very often anymore. Compared to other supermarkets it is more expensive, and if at least you are not getting the customer service then why bother.

I only frequent this Publix for medication. I pick up a few goods. I dont visit the deli anymore, the service is terrible in most of them. Dont go to the deli specifically on 199 street and NW 2nd avenue, Miami Gardens, FL. Service today is terrible. Publix please find people who want to service people.

Shopping might not be a pleasure, but they try real hard to make it painless. Their prices are higher than a lot of other places, but their quality products--especially in meat, seafood and produce, are worth it. Their bakery is excellent, their deli and prepared foods are second to none. Their ethnic food sections are well-stocked, although they lack some critical ingredients such as miso and dried chiles. Service is fine, managers are there to help. They are smart marketers, know how to place products, even their discounts on discontinued products on display. As a cigar aficionado, I appreciate their small selection of handmade premiums including Punch, Rocky Patel and Oliva--useful in emergencies. Not all Publix stock the same products, based on the ethnicity and demographics of their neighborhood. No, Im not a stockholder (theyre a family business) but if they were a public company...

Very uneasy having unmasked workers serving food, deli. This virus is dangerous . Even the Manager was unmasked . This is a horrible epidemic. Show you care about peoples lives. Very un nerveing!!!

The deli at this location is the absolute worst the employees there have the worst attitudes don’t order online because it won’t be ready within the time frame they give you not even close they don’t follow the special instructions and just left my food sitting there while I waited for 20 mins and who knows how long it was ready for because then it was cold I’ve never had a problem with any other department besides the deli

Crowded on most days but this I believe this is due to their friendly atmosphere and customer service. I shopped at different Publix outlets but I dont feel the warmth this location gives me. If a staff sees you standing and waiting, they come and ask you what is it that they can help you with -- with a smile.Whoever trained their staff should be asked to train those from their other stores.

Everything ok but checkout. Jason V was cashier. Put frozen with dry items. Didnt put a lot of stuff in bags ( I had to ask him to put 5# bag of rice in a bag). Felt rushed. Trying to put $ in wallet and person behind me already done.

Good products. Good customer service. Merchandise is displayed well. Prices can stand to be lower. Other stores are much more aggressive as far as prices. However, you cant beat dependability like Publix, and that definitely is a premium.
