I love the new Publix and the plaza they built. It’s amazing, more selections, and even more organized. This new update that was done to Publix, was needed… as well for the more selections and organization of the aisles, food options and all gives it an A+. As well the ready to heat up food from the deli area Is amazing, I never ever have to add anything (seasonings) on my Publix ready to take home food ever!!! Fresh quality as always even from before, easy and fast to make dinner that taste good and that’s HEALTHY. I love the options of turkey meats and chicken instead of it just being red meat etc. Good job!

This Publix is newly remodeled. They did an excellent job. Each section you go to there’s excellent customer service. Love the deli department,food is great everyone is so nice and go see Mikael she’s awesome and you will be in and out she will get you what you need. There is nothing she can’t do. Yes ma’am!

Ive been going to the Publix for 27 years and Ive never seen the service be so bad from the employees to the manager staff. Since the new Publix in North Miami Beach the servoce from before has not improved. The deli staff is the worst. When speaking to them theyre rush to get you out of the line that theyre even listening to whats being asked. This has happened on numerous occasions. Today was not different. Georgia was serving me and i was not done with my order and she walked away to go serve someone else and left me standing there. The other young lady who came to help me over charged for a sandwich and when I voiced my concern to one of the managers he walked saying he would go look into it and never came back. For the amount of money Ive spent in this store over the year I would hope to get better service. All of these people need to be retrained. Ive gone to other Publix stores and the service is no where near whats happening at this location. Id drive further for better service. That store is horrible.

Loved it ! I dont know how I lived without this Publix before they open this new location everyone in this store is so helpful and courteous I cant believe the service that you get here at this location. other locations need to learn from them they all get five stars in my book, for outstanding service, they go out and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied while you are shopping they continuously ask can I help you with anything are you finding everything that youre looking for okay if you need any help Im here Ive heard it from more than five employees during my shopping trip at this location. I cant tell you when I last heard that at any store, department store or grocery store. I miss that. that right there is what would bring me back here to spend my hard earned money 💰. its things like that, that makes it worth me spending my money there.Everyone at this location gave me nothing but welcoming vibes. I dont have one bad word to say about this Publix location. You wont go wrong shopping here every aisle that I went down was clean organized and I found everything that I was shopping for and then some. Thank me later 🙂😁💕💕💕

Brand new store. Clean and fresh. Staff was helpful in finding things. Good layout. Lots of pre-made food and great bakery. Seafood galore. Flowers pharmacy lotto cashiers checks beer wine and every thing else you could need for your house our vacation foodwise. Go and be treated well

Worst customer service experience ever. The deli design itself is really nice, but the workers seem to be in an ongoing subliminal feud with the customers it’s simply disgusting and uncalled for all of the deli workers need to be replaced except maybe for sushi guy he’s the only one that seems to be keeping efficiency in mind the “angry sandwich” makers or “chicken tender mafia “ I call them take about 15minutes to complete one sandwich when there’s more than enough workers to get the job done in a timely manner but it appears as if the workers rather be somewhere else perhaps in another department and the manager does little to nothing he watches long lines surge with annoyed customers who grow impatient due to the lack of respect for people’s time by the angry sandwich makers but says nothing as if he’s in on the act or maybe he enjoys the show something needs to be done

I went to this store and approached to the deli side to buy some chicken wings, I asked to this guy for assistant, and he told me whit attitude that he was busy packing some sushi, then I ask again if someone else could help me, he said wait until I finish. Then I saw a lady and I told her that if there another person to help me out with my order, she said that wait because she was on the other side with a customer. I left my son waiting for this guy to help us out by the time I was looking for a manager, I found one and I explained what is happening, he send me to another manager because was not his area. Ok I took a number and make the line again until this manager finish with a customer then he help me out but in any moment this first guy approached to try to do his job taking care of the customer that is the most important part to a business. I own a coffee place business and for me my customers are more important than anything else.Im very sorry for this guy because his poor customer service that he is giving to the people.

What a disappointment in the Deli. One associate was putting popcorn in the bag while there was a line right next to her for subs. I ordered the smoked chicken. It had a taste as if someone poured soap on it. Horrible. I called to advise the store, they were not happy that I would complain.

Since they closed the old one to open this it has been a pleasure to continue to shop there the place is huge with everything you.. Except bakery, i dont know what happened but the new bakery department looks the redhead step child no one likes, really need to fix that other than that.. Amazing...

Love the place the store looks soo modern and the Marshalls in the plaza is very nice

So they built an entire new market. New registers are a problem. Its an issue if you have alot of items. But they kept their old ways. Low stock at times. Yesterday I needed a head of lettuce their where 6 available all 6 where bad. Brown at the bottom and soft.Some of there other produce was brown and wilted. I dont understand why they arent embarrassed to put this stuff on the shelves.

I love Publix French bread but they never have any when I stopped at the Jefferson plaza Publix on 163rd Street in the afternoon. Please bake more French bread they are delicious the way Publix make them, this is ridiculous when you can’t get any at the bakery when you need some. Thanks! Very clean, within a new plaza. Customer service is top notch here. I hope it continues. Other stores, restaurants are in and still being built in the area. Chick-fil-A Smoothie King, a new gas station. All in one spot. A new Publix liquor store is also being completed a few steps from Publix. Decent parking but well see once Chick-fil-A opens how traffic flows.

New store and employees are wonderful. Mr Adrian made 3 sandwiches for me during the busiest time and the sandwiches where perfect and neat not sloppy and rushed. He was also pleasantly nice and welcoming. Thanks Mr. Adrian.

The meat at this store is always brown. Never fresh. Looks red and fresh on the outside then when I open the package at home the underside of the meat is dark brown and has a foul odor. The meat at Wal-Mart is better which is sad.

Love our new public. But, everything is so expensive. It seems like they trying to make the money they use to build Publix. Which is sad

The re modeling is very eye-catching in this plaza. And Publix just looks so different But at the same time easy to navigate although some of the things have changed in general location. Like the service counter and the bakery on a different side. Im looking forward to going back there

This used to be my favorite Publix even in the old building. So this morning I went and everything was a pleasure until self check out. I shopped 3 waters and one Gatorade with some oranges. Oh okay so I needed help with the waters so I called the woman in the middle of all the self check outs, then she helped a tiny bit but could not ring up the promotions on the water 3 for 10.....oh okay so she called over a security guy for HELP!!! So he went to go look and then came back and told me those waters was not on sell!!!!! I`m like huh????....the cashier looking at both of us like the look I should be giving them. So I pretty much left the whole Publix.....then I called and ask to leave a compliant and was transfer around......

Newly renovated grew up in this area and remembered the Antiqued Publix. Its always great to get a Publix sub on the go

One day I had purchase five of the non-bread chicken wing and they were very delicious that I went the other day and purchase a box of the non-breaded. Kudos to that cook. I went there today, just for the non-breaded chicken and was disappointed because there was none. Wished I had a number to call before I made that trip to verify if chicken was available.

Love the new look. The produce fridges need adjusting. Produce is almost frozen

Clean, modern. Easy to find things and food. I love parking it has lots of entrance and exits by the way there is a gas station on your way out.

Shopping was great! I attended the store after 8pm. The store was fully stocked, and I was able to locate the items I needed. This was store number 80, and my receipt states that my cashiers name was Brandon. Brandon was super professional and courteous. His smile and enthusiasm at the end of the work day, was admirable. By the way, this Publix closed around 9:30 p.m., to the angst of customers still pulling up to the store. Im not sure why but, maybe they have to do inventory because a new Publix will soon open in a new complex nearby.

If u have time to eat you could have food for your eyes and stomach. But you have to order double, or double large. But for a 40-ish for one person to have a (doubled) starter to fill your stomach without a drink, is way overpriced for place in a low-end mall. The service is nice, but slow. Definetly you have to try once.

This new build is amazing. And the customer service matches the presentation. Never a negative moment. Shopping is truly a pleasure there. Lol

The new Publix is getting worse in customer service today around 1pm I when to customer service to send a fax there’s was 3 African American women one was helping a customer one was on the phone the other one walking around between the other two ignoring me I was on line more the 5 minutes been ignored by the woman after she got tired walking around the one asked me if I need help that’s not stupid question if there’s people on line is obviously you need help. I said to her that I need to fax a document then she said that the fax machine was broken. Just to let you know the fax machine is been broken since they moved to the new location is not aceptable . They have a bad customer service . They should replace those African American women they don’t know about customer service they don’t know the mean of customer service

I found all I needed from vegetable section, fresh. What I did find tho was a package of Depend with a coupon from 2019,not cool!!!

A brand new store with the same wonderful workers the meat department bakery deli produce department are top of the line with fresh items anyone would love this store

They have great customer service and are always willing to stop what they are doing to help you and take you to the aisle where you need to go to find whatever you need

Terrible customer service. It is a newly opened supermarket, and customer service representative was rude and impatient.. the cashier was confused on how to help with pricing, and even the GM Pedro was incapable of resolving my issue with the price. It was only a $1 but its the principles. And the fact that management wasnt able to help the customers is the issue. Definitely not going back to that location.

I was lucky to find a parking space close to the building and I just went in for two or three items, the cashier was very polite

Less than 1 star. None of these people were at the store &nobody seemed to know who the manager on duty was. There was not 1 car in store for at least 10 min, then they brought in about 5 &didnt sanitize them before handing them out. I left.

Deli employee was rude when asked a question...I spoke with Store Manager about the employee demeanor. Store Manager was attentive and apologetic.

I love Publix Supermarket. Today(7/12/21) I had the best Tiramisu I have ever had. Your tiramisu was even better than the ones I got in fine dining. The store and bathroom was clean as usual. I had a problem when I tried to get some soup at the food deli area. There were no small cups and I only wanted a small soup. No one could get me a small cup so I had to buy a medium soup. I had to all but beg to get that medium cup since there was none on the counter. One lady sent me to another lady who was busy with customers. She did not give me the cup since she was busy. I waited and asked again and again. finally, I got the cup from the lady who I asked in the first place. I should have left that soup alone, since the soup taste horrible. I ended up throwing the entire bowl of soup out thus wasting my hard earned money. This was my first bad experience with Publix. My suggestion is that you organize the deli area. of this store. It is just too chaotic.

It is good for a quick visit. It is small by publix standards. So brand options for some things are limited. For example split peas are only available in Goya brand. Overall it is great for a quick in and out.

Upd they try to sell exp product! Today October 31 but all chobani at sale exp October 30!Small Publix but have a great deal! Big parking
