We don’t visit this Publix as frequently as we used to but they always have great deals. Staff is usually friendly and willing to help.They added a new self checkout too which has helped speeding up the checkout process when it gets packed. Overall we really like this publix and the selection of products they offer

I love Publix grocery stores there clean well lit well organized well stocked! I had a great experience here today there was a woman giving pumpkin hummus sample who was just so sweet! We ended up having a full conversation about pumpkin carving ( Id stopped there to purchase pumpkins just for that) she was so kind and friendly and really helped my mood change from stressed and hurried to cheery. I wish Id remembered her name

Great selection of products. Great customer service overall, even down to the guys collecting shopping carts saying hello. Last night, my cashier with the glasses was dancing after drinking a Red Bull and that made me smile.

I was in town to see family today and stop by the store this morning. The manager Anne opened another lane after seeing long lines. She ran the register herself and was polite. Anne made sure I got vendor coupons for my items. Publix is my go to and I have never experince the level of service like I did today. I love employees like that it keeps me coming back.

The manager Anne is the least customer oriented person. She doesnt know how to run promotions along with WIC and makes you pay for it because further she cant refund it or change it. This happened just now 10/07 at 10.30 am, if any upper management wants to check camera footage. Worst service ever received from any Publix associate...

It was storming outside. I got in and found all that I needed and got out.. quickly and efficiently. Very nice

Very slow customer service in the deli area and it was not doing rush hours or lunch time around 10a.m. Only one staff was working the deli and moving very slowly their was one customer being service and another in front of me. I waited a good 15 to 20 minutes before I was able to get service. Upon receiving service what I wanted they did not have and if they had it in the freezer area or in the back they made no effort to accommodate me very disappointing all that wait time for nothing. Thanks publixs for nothing with not enough staff many were around but made no attempt to come over and help.

I usually do not visit this location. I was in the area so I decided to go in to pick up a few items.I went to this location on May 1st, 2021. The only problem I had was with the cashier, Paulince. Poor eye contact. Poor communication. Failed to smile. Did not want to be bothered when its her job to be bothered. Maybe Paulince does not like her job and would rather be somewhere else? Publix please work on improving customer service. When I go to any Publix I continue to expect excellent customer service.

Great normal publix, but sometimes it does run out of deli stuff very quickly like the chicken, sandwiches, etc. The floral department however is much much better than the one on North Miami where I usually go. This one is also very clean and not as busy as the other Publixs in the area.

I usually prefer this Publix to the one around 128th or the one on 90th and Biscayne. It is well lit and I always feel the one on 90th is kind of dingy. However, today, I had a hard time with produce, expecially deli ready made salads. No selection at all.

Yesterday I wanted to make Tacos and I went to my local Hispanic supermarket and I was very discouraged with the fact that they didnt have the main ingredient... Guacamole ugh, so today I came to Publix and found guacamole and the rest of the ingredients, as always everything was neat, clean, plenty of staff replenishing, organizing, check out? 2 minutes... So when I need stuff for a specialty meal... Publix it is, well worth the trip. NO HASSLE!!!

Please remove your option for “online order pick up”. My sandwiches are never made and I purposely schedule them after the lunch rush and make sure to not show up until 15 min later to give them extra time. Always disappointed. One time my sandwich was actually made but was in the back for some reason instead of the pick up spot and there was a long line so no one could get my sub for like 30 min with me standing there. If you cannot fulfil the online orders please just remove it so we don’t waste our lunch time anymore.

Today was my lucky day because this location had toilet paper AND PAPER TOWELS. The young lady was nice enough to make me yogurt/fruit parfait since there was none with berries available. These parfaits have become a favorite in my house and we really enjoy them. Everyone in this store is very nice and respectful.

Week+ till expire and yet spoiled... they probably just put a new sticker on the expired one.....

This Publix is THE best Publix out of the one in Miami Shores or even the one on 127th and Biscayne. Staff at THIS Publix is very nice, helpful (except sometimes the deli. They screwed up so many platters, my company stopped using them. Thats roughly $5000 annually). Aside from that snafu, the other depts are honestly amazing. The Sushi dept maybe the BEST. The chefs there are amazing and been eating there sushi for 10 years.I also feel the quality of beef, fish and chicken is all better here. Bakery dept rules as well.

The best Publix in the area! They were so patient with me in the deli when I decided what I wanted. They made fresh chicken tenders for my wrap and Tasha diced my veggies finely. My sandwich was delicious!!! It was the best out of the 4 times I eat a sub. And she really took her time to make a perfectly great sandwich.

We have been trying to shop from this store online through Instacart for the past two weeks.Unfortunately this store does not update its website to show what is available and what is not available. We have repeatedly requested items from this store showing “AVAILABLE” on their website but the shopper looks for the item in store they find none of the so called available items are truly available.My request is for the STORE MANAGER to please UODATE THE WEBSITE EVERYDAY so that people shopping online know exactly what is available and what is not available!!Many stores like WHOLE FOODS have done an excellent job on this— if they don’t have an item available then when you click on the item it immediately says NOT AVAILABLE or it says that only a limited quantity of the item will be allowed for purchase per person. SO CLEAR.Please try to do a better job at Publix

I went to buy 25 cents the person who was in customer service told me that they were closing and they had taken the money from the cash registers. It was barely 8:10 approximately I asked for the manager and he was no longer at the store. They bring me to the team leader Michelle and she tells me that because of the covid19 they have no coins when I hear that my brain literally shaking like that doesnt make sense then they tell me that a certain Héctor is the manager I go where he is and when I ask him he was more lost That Alice in Wonderland was obvious that he was anything, but not the manager. I finally found my coins in another Publix within 5 minutes. publix embarrassment better they withdraw the Publix sing they place him Walmart or president supermarket

I enjoy shopping at Publix in this location. Great customer service. They have the best bakery from chicken tender sandwiches and varieties of prepared meals.They have delicious chocolate birthday cakes.

I was surprised at how many products that I came to buy were not on the shelves and some of the produce looked as if it were coming up to use-by date! is this related to COVID? Did I just get there after a full-on crazy busy food shopping spree occurred? I probably wont rush back to this location any time soon but not ready to cross off my list either

This is the best Publix experience have ever had.... in my life!!!I literally went to purchase a money order and left with 40 boxes of soda and 15 boxes of gummy candy. :)I am almost always on top of coupon deals especially for sodas and stuff I always purchase at way higher prices. Well while in the line waiting I saw the clearance section that has the gummy candy half off. I purchased all and while paying the manager Dominick asked me Hi, By the way do you need soda? I said well yeah but how much are the sodas on sale for. Apparently I had lost the deal news that had Sunkist for $0.50 a box. He asked how many do you want I can give you 20 boxes. So I asked if my sister can purchase some if she comes will you have the coupons for her. He said no problem and gave her another 20 coupons. Normally I get people who hate coupons especially managers But this manager was so professional and nice and generally a great guy!!! Dominick is the best manager in the world and saved me tons of money!!!$$ I was so happy with the transaction. This publix has grade AAA service !!!
