My 1st experience at @ABCwine was a great experience. I was able to purchase something that was sold out everywhere. And lets talk about customer service, my new found friend Arthur was amazing. He was able to tell me what was in stock and even help me out with a refund for what wasnt in stock. All the clerks were friendly. Ive been back there 3x since my 1st experience there. lol ;-)

Tonight I was making a special birthday meal for my husband and wanted everything to be perfect. Had no clue which wine to serve with dinner but thanks to Larry (wine guy) and his expertise as a sommelier I was able to buy the perfect bottle of Pinot Noir. Thanks Larry, dinner was perfect thanks to you!

You want to get any type of liquor you want you come here. They have shopping carts for this place. It is a in and out situation. They have all the liquors whiskey, vodka, rum, wine, any liquor you can think of. And its a fast shopping experience.-Bluick

Its an okay place especially if you want to buy gift sets during Christmas time. The gift sets are super reasonably priced and the service here is somewhat helpful - they also have some really great specials you can take advantage of if you sign up for their mailing list. Great place!

I used to go to another liquor store thats nearby this one. However, although this other place has a great selection, their parking lot is always difficult to get in and out of and its always kind of chaotic. So I started going here which is also on my way home. Granted the selection isnt huge but its adequate for my needs and the people there are always nice and friendly. And I dont find the prices to be that different from the bigger store. The parking is a breeze so its much less stressful for me. If I need something unusual or fancy I may go back to the other store but for the most part I will continue to go to ABC.

It has a relaxing vibe to it. You are perplexed when you first enter the world of wines. And the wine list is extensive enough to keep you occupied for an hour while you talk with the seller. It brings me great pleasure. Its undeniably delicious!

Have been before and staff was more attentive and helpful than they were today. But they had the Guava Cider I was looking for that is a West Coast brand and is hard to find here. Wanted to sign up as a member but got no help on doing that either. Prices were good. Would love to see them carry more imperial stouts and the Bayou Rum brand. Bottom line is good place to find hard to find items. Decent selection prices are good. Service and friendliness seems to depend on whos working.

Their prices are great and they already had the store decorated of Christmas.Parking is awesome. This new shopping center has an ample space for FREE parking. And you know thats so important to me.

Amazing service! I went to ABC to stock up for a bachelorette party I was bartending for. I was greeted by Arthur and Sloan who were very friendly and knowledgeable. When I asked them how to make a good watermelon margarita they referred me to Lizabeth who bartends as well. She guided me with excellent choices of tequila for the margaritas and a smooth vodka for the Jello-shots. Then she helped me with picking out some mixers. The Bachelorette and her friends loved the drinks! Overall everything was excellent and I have already been back for a second purchase of tequila.

I placed an order online for delivery and I had a problem with one of the items in the order. It took awhile to get it resolved, and a few attempts with a few different people, but ABC did finally make it right. I appreciate that.

Clean anf well stocked establishment with a polite and informative staff. If one is interested in French wines, there is a wonderful young lady who knows her French wine very well.

Great location, helpful staff, was offered assistance and even available samples to try. Manager advised on sales and deals. Great job!

Casanova di Neri Brunello di Montalcino is one of my favorite wine types. The effusive aromas and flavors of raspberry, strawberry, herbal, mineral and tobacco are at the core of this linear, vivid red wine store. My favorite spot in this region is this wine store, and I highly recommend it!

I came here once it opened because I needed a few things for a party later in the day.The prices are great but the staff needs some work on manners.I was not greeted at all when they opened the door for me, neither did I get a response when I said good morning and thank you at the check out register..They were too caught up in their gossip and conversation to care.

I must say if you ever question why your store is empty, with great parking same products as Total wines with no parking or a nightmare is full, look at your management team. You have this manager or at least I believe she is by the name of Karen at store#051 is not only rude, has no issue showing you have interrupted her meals. This woman is always eating, hiding behind counter not only in the North Miami Beach store but have encountered her at the Pembroke Pines store.Hate to see anyone loose their job but she seems to have forgotten she works in customer service it seems from her customer service skills, her past job was milking cows somewhere in the middle of nowhere USA. Sad that the rest of your employees besides us the customers have to deal with her.

Same day, same store . Two completely different way of doing business. Great service from Assistant Manager Christine .Karen told me it was ridiculous to ask about a wine ( not in stock ) And looked at me as if I was stupid when I asked her for recommendations. Clearly I wasn’t asking in the right place, neither to right person or even trying to buy another item. Wasting my time ? With Karen maybe . Thank god you people hired other good ones like Christine . I would’ve giving 5 stars then.

Great customer service

The worst customer service ever. The workers are slow & dont even know where their own products are located. All I get is pointing fingers & get told over there, over there. There is no such thing as customer service in that building. Terrible experience more than once.

I was extremely disappointed and upset with this transaction and experience. The associate, did not scan my coupon and had took the longest. She tried returning just one item, then realized she couldn’t give me the credit and had to refund the whole purchase. Considering the card I used, I will not get my money back for another 10 business days and I’m really annoyed. This should not had happened considering the coupon was on the front of the package and she acknowledged it

Store is clean. Prices are very good. A lot of sale items. They even have a clearance section sometimes. Customer service is good. Surrounding Area is good. Other liquor stores in the area are in bad crime riddled area with lots of transients to harass you on the way into and out of the store. Shady characters staring you down as you enter and leave the store. So if ABC is a little further than the other stores in the area. Just go to ABC. It’s a much safer area.

Gave the store a two because of their somewhat of in store assistance, but imagine you go in and spend $1000 on July 8th not the 4th and the only male employee on duty and the person to ring you see youre running late and the rain is looming and did not attempt to lend a helping hand to pack or load you merchandise, terrible customer service and appreciation, Im in management and cant imagine treating a customer like that w.o.w,first and last,the competitor across the street is a few dollars more, but there is where Im dropping the next thousand next week.

Great service by Erwin Tejos, he was kind and professional, he even went above and beyond to check in the back if they had bourbon I was looking for without even me asking him to do so. I like proactive employees, I work in service industry too and I can tell if someone really cares about customers, and that’s Ervin. He also answered all my questions in knowledgeable manner. Great job, and great location, close to my house :)

Worst customer service ever! We alway go to this location after work to grab a case of Don Julio. Never had a problem but this one incident. This lady (i think she is the manager) ask for both ID. My friend didnt have his ID with him (which he is 26). She said she couldnt make the sale because we enter the store together. I told my friend just wait in the car but she still said she couldnt because it was store policy and that I have to come back in one hour by myself. I just thought if it was store policy, why they never ask all those time I been there and making it so inconvenient for me. She could have been nicer to me about the situation. Never coming back... lost a customer for life.

Awesome place! The staff was friendly. I got a Glen Moray as a suggestion to add to the bar at home. It was a great suggestion from the store manager. He really knows what he is talking about!!

On 3/22/19 at 9:45pm, cashier 15571 (Karen-associate manager) demonstrated poor customer service at store 51 (14025 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami Beach, FL 33181). My husband entered the store with his friend to purchase a bottle of alcohol. My husband carried the bottle of alcohol to the register. After Karen greeted, she immediately stated I need to see both IDs, my husbands friend responded that he did not have his ID on him (although he is of drinking age and no mistake that he is above age 21). My husband then proceeded to explain that he was purchasing the alcohol and had his ID. Karen then responded in a snarky, condescending tone well you just lost a sale because of him, and slid the bottles to the side. After my husband tried to understand why he was being denied service, he exited the store dissatisfied & offended. He and his friend felt profiled & singled out. I then entered the store immediately after to speak with Karen. I asked Karen to explain to me why my husband was not allowed to purchase the alcohol & she said because both of them were required to have ID. I then asked her if I had come in here with my child, would she not sell my alcohol if I had proof that I was of legal age? She then stated thats different if its your kid. I then challenged further asking her if that was state law & to explain the difference. She became very defensive & aggressively dismissed me & said thats how she does things and shes been working there for years. I asked her again to explain to me the difference if I were to come in here with my child, as long as I showed my ID and paid. She said thats different, if its your child then its your child. I dont understand that?? What is the difference?? And how would she prove that a child is mine biologically? It made no sense to me and it felt dismissive. She was loud and defensive, and unable to make sense of the situation. On ABC Liquors website Terms & Conditions, the policy states Guest must be over the age of 21 to purchase anything in our store (including nonalcoholic items). His friend (who did not have ID, but is over 21) was NOT making the purchase, my husband was, who had his ID. Id like to be contacted to discuss details further.

Great staff! Larry the sommelier is Excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. The store is new so its always quiet and calm.

Erwin was awesome and really helped us find what we were looking for. The store has an excellent selection as well.

South side ABC has the Baileys Irish cream and other smooth creams locked behind the counter where you can not read the tiny sale prices. Its the only ABC in Tallahassee like that. I dislike having to go thru changes in this store. However, the next closest one is Apallachee parkway.

Easy parking, very friendly staff and a beautiful clean store. I thought the bourbon and Scotch selections are lacking. they have all the major brands, but for a store of this caliber I expected more eclectic options as well.

I did not find any of the Dominican rums I was looking for, maybe because they are new in the area, maybe because that is not their market. My suggestion, if you are looking for Dominican rum, call them and ask before you go there, save yourself some time. The girls were ok and they were trying to help since I walked in the door...

We were visiting friends and went for a wine tasting event... I was the DD but was told that all the wines were very good and since I was able to taste the food it was excellent!!!
