Terrible customer service. Bought 6, $300 chairs and all of them are completely falling apart after not even after 2 years. Spoke with Krista from corporate and she offered me 20% store credit and then never got back to me. Overall the experience with this store has been terrible and they don’t take responsibility for the lack of quality in their products. We also bought a teak dining table at the same time as the chairs and the leaf extension was stained, it took them almost 2 years and 3 tries to replace, we went through two store managers and same corporate contact person who really had sub par customer service and solutions.

Excellent costumer service!! I was looking for modern and elegant furniture (sofa and dining set). This was definitely the place. Evelyn Perez (North Miami Beach) was incredibly helpful. I showed her pictures of my space and she just found what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase.

They are over here damaging peoples homes and leaving them to pay for it

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We bought a defective bed and had to fight to get a replacement but now we see it’s just horrible products they sell. The second bed we have now is falling apart, causing back problems and lack of sleep. It’s now COSTING us more to have to fix it ourselves. What a nightmare it’s been to have a bed from this place.

Terrible. The dining room table finish wiped off and they said they do not have a repair department. They said to go find a refinisher company. There were stripped screws.

Bad experience with Scan Design. Please start paying attention to customers and customer service. The business will not do well if you are not taking care of people who is waking in thru that door. Spent over $3.5k on furniture, came back for small details to add to the house and left very disappointed. Not to mention that received damaged accent table and kept it quiet.Best of luck, never coming back or buying any more products from this store again

I recently bought an apartment nearby and went to check out the furniture. The salesperson, Margareta, was incredible. She actually listened to everything I wanted, and then went out of her way to find everything on my wish list. Things that I had searched endlessly for online, she found without a problem. She is an absolute professional and wonderful at her job. She went above and beyond - cant say enough about her. I would always go to this store first before wasting my time anywhere else.
