Beautiful bath selection and Rafael is always beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars from me. Unfortunately I cannot say the same in regards to the kitchen department. I spent a fortune to re-do my kitchen with them (won’t mention names) and they don’t have the decency to get back to me in regards to my kitchen hood cut out and my dishwasher panel installation. Every day I get “I will let you know” and now 4 months have gone by and my kitchen is still incomplete. I will be re-doing another kitchen and I will have to use a different company.

Finally a place with a lot of choices and more important all in stock....!Price is affordable, product quality and design is AMAZING....!I STRONGLY recommend this place not just for bathrooms also for kitchens and floors

Sucel is fantastic, she is very knowledgeable, has a great understanding of the look and feel we wanted while keeping in mind the need of our family! She is not pushy and even spoke with our contractor to make sure items would would work. We looked at several places however the quality and prices and service by far exceed the rest! We will definitely use Sucel for all of our other projects!

I went here on a Saturday morning in a rush to find a vanity because the vanity I had ordered from HD and waited weeks to arrive didn’t work out (it was shorter than the specs). Within minutes of walking in, I found the perfect vanity and pretty much at the same price, plus faucet and mirror included! I picked it up from the Doral warehouse, it was installed by the contractor and I couldn’t be happier! Service was excellent both at the showroom on 167th and at the warehouse in Doral. They’ll also deliver it for $99 I think.

Walked in looking for bathroom vanity. Not a single employee asked if I needed help, or said hello. Sorry, I can’t seem to bring myself to buy anything from a business that doesn’t even have basic customer service. Way too many other places to shop in the area.

Nice vanities, you choose at the showroom. Not a lot of assistance in the showroom from several people sitting at desks up front. Then you have to go to their warehouse in Doral to pick it up. We got ours with a different mirror that was too big, with no mounting system and not the one that was on display. When I called, I was told I could take the last floor model of my vanitys mirror and return the wrong one given to me. When I told her I did not want a floor model, I wanted it new, she told me I would get a $50.00 reduction for taking the floor model. I thought that was handled fine. When I went to return the wrong mirror and get the floor model, it went from $50.00 to $15.00 and, of course, the lady that had offered that was out of the country. The owner was there and handled this very poorly. He just stood there when I disputed the credit while someone that worked there rudely told me that was impossible. Terrible customer service and handling of what should have been a small problem.

Fantastic customer service from the sales associates. Lyrllan designed a beautiful kitchen that was exactly what I had pictured for my dream kitchen. The material was all luxurious and beautifully constructed the way the blueprints portrayed. I would recommend everyone to visit this place and check out what they have to offer. Couldnt be happier!

I have now worked on three different projects (bathroom and two kitchens) with Bath Trends Aventura (Lyrllan more specifically). It’s an all women team, so you know your project will get done! They go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied with the project (even if that means texting them 2 or 3 times after installation because you noticed another small detail!).Their products are top quality but very reasonably priced (and I shop around anywhere from Ikea and Home Depot to other kitchen and bath shops!). The impression the pieces make completely overshadow any price you paid (as well as the compliments you will receive!).Will definitely go back with my next project! Thank you Lyrllan!
