Absolutely terrible that they will leave you on hold with the hopes that you give up and hang up. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes now. I hope corporate monitors this as it is completely unacceptable.

They have good selection of items. I went there specially for Valentines balloon and Ive purchase them before and they last for a very long time. But this time they didnt make it to next day. The girl that did them didnt fill up balloon completely and still have them to me like that I told her and she say thats the way they look!

It is not like it use to be. Customer service has gone down. The people working there really dont want to help you. They act like only 1 person knows everything. Its ashame

Best shopping experience ever

This store is empty as if someone came in and stole everything, semi rude staff mlike they all didnt want to work. Staff that stands there when your on the line and it is not moving, you ask simple questions and they ignore you . One working on the register, one blowing balloons, one other worker walking around standing then is outside the back in, asking why none told them there is big line? but yet they aren’t ringing up people when there is a line.. how does that make sense lol

My experience at Party City was amazing Jalen I think her name is was amazing I was in a rush getting things for my aunt birthday celebration this evening and I couldnt do it yesterday because I had to work and I got off late however she knew everywhere in her store items where they were she was very helpful. I am so excited!The funny thing was the balloon that I purchase for my aunt party were huge. Party city has a great deal of 50 Cent balloon. The balloons could not fit in my little Kia at first but I made a way and now theyre in my Kia lol that was a good laugh. When you leave out of Party City you get great service great laugh and excellent customer service I will be back thanks!

The worst experience with the employee and the manager of the store, I just asked where can I pay, and nobody answered, I asked 3 times and nobody answered including the manager that he was in front of me, they informed all the time I was almost the only one in the store. I was not rough to them, I did not deserve that behavior from them. I can’t believe the manager did not care about the employee’s behavior

Good location, easy to find. Clean store, wide selection of party supplies. Wanted to purchase a happy 75th birthday balloon, unfortunately, that wasnt available, however the sales person suggested purchasing 2 balloons, a 7&5 and combined those with the other birthday balloons I purchased. The recipient was very excited about the birthday balloons.

On Saturday April 24th around 10am I stop by to purchase some balloons, as mentioned in other comments below the service was very slow 🐢 but not only slow it was also very unpleasant, and unprofessional the people behind the counter seems to be bother by customer asking for what they want 🤦🏻‍♂️ There is a big girl! Working there OMG so far the worse customer service ever, I will never go there again........

Kinda weird, I was waiting a few minutes and the employees were making eye contact with me (the only customer waiting) after helping 2 new customers Im told I am standing in the wrong area. No communication at all, bad customer service experience. Next time Ill go to the hialeah location I guess

Good evening everyone!Extremely dissatisfied with going to this store: 1. Having bought a lot of different goods in this store, they refused to fool me. A blond woman who is boorish, unclinic oriented. She stood near this balloon and blew balls for some kind of banquet or holiday.2. Disgusting atmosphere, and she with her dissatisfied face - as if I owed her something that answers me - WE DONT INFLATE BALLOONS.I do not recommend this store which is located on 15947 Biscayne Blvd

A large, spacious store where everyone will find many options for packaging and organizing a party.The only thing what I didn’t like was the almost complete absence of adhesive tape for packaging. How so ?! This is the first thing that should be presented next to every shelf with packing materials! All I saw was a piece of wide tape of neon green, pink and orange colors. AND WHATS IT! One orange, one pink skein, and a few skeins of green duct tape! No see-through, no thing or wide variations.

The lady with purple shirt (might be a manager) light skin, long hair like brownish/white was so upset for the order of balloons by online pick up in the store, gave such an aptitude to each customer that was placing an order and came maybe too early to pick up it her advice was “Cancele the order” Thankfully I was just in the huge line with one register just listening to her tantrums, in time like this an effective manager on the floor being aware of customer service and filling up the order if they are pilling up will be better instead of complaining, I was even scared to get balloons. Lol

Is my first time in your store, I liked it so much.

Staff was very nice, a lot of variety here. 4 stars mainly b/c, no Spanish Greeting cards in this location. (City of North Miami...) Thought that was kinda unbelievable, also found that the signs inside the store have room for improvement.

A couple of employees were very pleasant and helpful, and held out an item for me that was proving difficult to find, until I got there. This store has a lot of good items for costuming as well as parties. Not 5 stars because the other two employees need to be reminded to make customers feel welcome.

They have everything you need for a party and more. If you blow more balloons start it at the beginning of your shopping so theyre ready on your way out. Takes usually around 15min.Fun spot! :)

I have been to this store several times but never during the holidays. Today, I decided to go get a costume for a neighbors daughter. I walked and the store was packed. The clerk helped me in getting the costume I wanted. The cashiers were really fast and nice. I think was in and out in about 20 minutes. I would definitely go back.

Our cashier couldve been a bit more friendlier. I always say, if you are not happy with your job leave and find something you enjoy doing. Dont ruined someones day because you dont enjoy your job!!!!

Everytime I come its an issue. I was on a time schedule, went 4 days in advance and paid for a dozen balloons for saturday. I got there and they hadnt even started. They didnt even offer mr. Anything for the mistake or hold up and they wasnt busy. No orders were waiting.

In two different occasions Ive bought to much stuff for my celebrations, and in both I have not a little simple question in Why Ive been returning merchandise. They just asked you for ID and proof of purchase and that is it! Very organized store, you dont have to botter nobody asking them where is the location of something. Prices are fair. Sometimes it is a big line on especial Holidays but that is understandable.

Friendly service & everything you need and didnt know you needed.

The manager with the blond hair is horrible. She has the personality of someone who should be running a prison or a morgue not a party store. She scowls at customers, is unresponsive to questions and extremely slow with simple requests. This is not someone who should be dealing with the public. She has the countenance of death; watching her hatefully fill up balloons was almost funny it it weren’t so sad— how could anyone be that miserable while dealing with a balloon? She’s in the wrong line of work.

Huge selection and my balloons are usually done correctly and on time. However, I once paid to have a special liquid filled in my helium balloons that would make them float for 24 hrs instead of just 4, but by the time I got home one of the 3 balloons I ordered was already looking sad. This has only happened once so no big deal. The staff has always been nice and the place is always clean. There has always been parking available near the front of the store. :)

This place was very clean and well-organized. theyre very pleasant, very helpful, very attentive. only thing that I have to complain about is that it felt like a meat locker in there it was freezing at least 60°. I had to ask do you all have meat or food in this store, they said no. lol. other than that I enjoyed the visit to that store and I will shop there again

Terrible customer service. Will never shop here again. Both employees were rude and inconsiderate. This is a shame because I had previously spent 200$ at party city shopping for all sorts of party supplies. Going to this store really put me in a bad mood.

The absolute worst cashier ever -nathale. Made me wait 29 minutes while she did an exchange then when she was working on my order completely stopped in the middle of it to help someone with balloons who literally walked in the store in the middle of our transaction. Very strange girl. Why do they employ her when she is completely and utterly incompetant. I will not come back to this store. Very very poor staff.

Everything was pretty much easy to find, store was kept clean and organized.

Well stocked party and holiday store: mylar and latex balloons, costumes, decorations, cutlery and paper goods, etc. They even have a penny candy aisle where you can mix many different kinds of candy.

I love this place! Is the best to buy party supplies, they have it organized, it is very clean, staff is very friendly and they have such a good variety of supplies! They have it all in a good price, and every penny you spend will be worth it😉 I was buying stuff for a birthday party and I had a whole cart and almost the middle of the second cart and I thought the cuado was going to be like $200 but aban I paid everything in total the check was $102I know some of you will be saying like OMG! That is too expensive but in reality it was not.... Because everything was worth it and it was like 46 things that I bought!! Love this place! I can definitely recommend this to you!😉💖

I came in a few days ago and i called before i arrived because i left some candles i purchased so i had to come back. Kaitlyn, a nice young lady assisted me over the phone and when i arrived. She was all by herself and there was a line of people, i had to return an item and she kept calling the woman Malorie and the woman kept saying “you are going to have to give me a minute” Kaitlyn had to put me to the side (i didnt mind because she had to take care of the line behind me while we waited for malorie) I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes because in the mean time of waiting I went to go purchase more things and Malorie still did not come to kaitlyn or assist me .. the customer who needs to return items. I purchased what i needed to purchase, thanked kaitlyn because it wasnt her fault and i left. The managers here need more training! and hire more staff because one person cant be doing all the work plus wait on a manager who never comes to assist in returns. I would have given this Zero stars for malorie but i appreciate Kaitlyn’s patience and help for her customers.
