I had a new set of Sumitomo Tires installed on my Outback. Balance and alignment charged separately. Got a decent deal. Got my car back and now theres a rattle underneath when it goes over bumps. Shock? Linkage? Taking it to Lehman Subaru for some other work and having this checked. Also had a Prius tire with a gash replaced for a reasonable price and fast service.

Went there 1st thing in the morning and the service was quick and smooth. Left my car and came back a few hours later and my car was driving like brand new. New tires, alignment and rear suspensions. ONLY complaint I might have to go back because my car key fob stopped working a day or 2 later.

Christian was really helpful. Highly recommend.

Called them a day prior to visit to make sure that they can help me with my specific issue and told me to come in because they need to see the car first so I go in and they make me wait 2 1/2 hours to tell me they can’t check my car at this time so why did they make me wait for so long wasting my day! When that could’ve told me that since I got there -.-

Hello everybody !!! I want to leave a negative review specifically about the employee who takes orders he is on photo number 12 with a phone near the woman in pink. He only twists and turns to not work with clients !!!! No manner of communication is the main thing! Does not know either the program in which it works or answer the questions can not carry any nonsense !!! And escorted out of the building so that others did not know the problem that they did !!! That is, you can not describe everything. the most important thing !!! When asked his name? He says I forgot !! I really hope for an adequate decision of the companys management !!! It was 07.11.17

This place ia a mess. Look no one care about costumers here. They will take for ever to give you service. I had an appointment at 1.30 pm they start the job at 2.30pm they just did not care. And yes. I had send you also the complaint to your web as you respond to all others reviews but no one had answered that either.

Employees at this location are extremely unprofessional & sarcastic towards customers (especially females). I went in for a oil change & had several male employees cracking jokes & trying to have a pissing contest in front of me. Long story short your employees are trash & need to be retrained or fired.

My car’s change oil light came a few days ago and I was dreading spending the hours I knew it would take to to get it done. What a nice surprise I had when I went to Tire Kingdom in North Miami Beach earlier today. The Store Manager Robert was super professional and the shop got my car back to me quicker than I expected. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location!

Tire Kingdom offers a variety of services starting from oil change, alignment to tires ( sales,repairs and replacement). Compared to some other businesses that offer the same type of services, their price is very affordable. The customer service is excellent. This is the only place you can get air for free and even check your tires. This place is easy to notice on a normal traffic. They open every single day.Trust me, you can try that place.Please, like it if it was useful.

Very unprofessional, walked in and I wasn’t greeted or ask how can I be helped. The guys just sits around and lounge. It’s 8:30am I need a quick high speed balance done to go to work they tell me come back later. I guess they are too busy sitting there on company clock making free money. These guys are awesome! I’m often skeptical about taking my car to any mechanical shop, because, as female, I usually leave the shops feeling like I’ve been hustled. I’m happy to report that my recent experience with the Tire Kingdom on 17th and 163rd was different. Service was exceptional and the guys were honest and knowledgeable. Great job overall. My car is running like new again.

Complete FRAUD!!!!! I went there on a Sunday moring because of a power steering issuse. I asked how much it will cost to replace my power steering pump. The guy at the counter told me he would run a diagnostic and tell me the problem. He came back after a few minutes and told me was the high pressure hose. I paid almost $400 to replace the hose and I still have the problem. I took it somewhere else and LOW AND BEHOLD It was my power steering Pump that needs to be replaced. I have to pay another $400 dollars to replace that. Complete fraud I will never go there again and will never refer a friend. Dont ever go there if you have car trouble.

The manager Robert is not afraid to get under the hood of your car and help figure out the problem as well as work the front desk, this is the only place I feel safe to trust what the mechanic says is real! My car when I bought it in had the wires cut from the last shop. I bought it to Robert and his team found the problem and fixed it. I very grateful! Thanks so much Robert!

Pretty quick service!!

When I first walked in the line was long. I stepped outside for 5minutes and returned and found the line had been almost empty. Despite the crowd, the were very efficient and attentive. I received great customer service despite being told they wouldnt be able to help me with my repair. They we above and beyond and even offered to contact the manufacturer to find out the best place to assist me. This was my first time to tire kingdom. The best part about this place is that the manager was incredible.

This shop is awesome! Robert Brown is an excellent manager and supersede my expectations. Robert is easy to talk to regarding issues with the car. He carefully explain prices, whats wrong with the vehicle, and parts that need be order if the customer decide to move forward with the repairs of the car. Robert has great innate customer service skills and know how to make his customers happy. I am always satisfied when I visit this location. I recently moved from Miami to Broward. I travel all the way from Broward to get my car service at this location because of its quality.

I like how the mechanics explain what is wrong with your car, they show you the parts that need to be replaced. They give you a quote so you know how much your going to spend before they work on your car. Thats very important and they resolve issues in a professional manner, especially Manager Robert Brown; very easy to talk to.

Every time I come here the wait time isnt as traumatizing as other tire places and Robert and his amazing friendly team are the best! Great deals and warranties as well!

I had a very good experience at the Tire Kingdom in North Miami Beach.I was taken care of right away. The problem was explained to me and the service was completed. Lloyd, the service manager was fantastic. I will return to the same location for my next car service.

Took my car for tire repairs. I paid and was preparing to drive off, the tire was flat as a pancake. I was told they would order two tires. The next day I called to pay for the tires, the tire order never happened. I went to Goodyear down the street.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. Not just in tire kingdom, nor any mechanic/tire shop, but actually the worst in any customer service based company EVER!!I set an appointment for 5pm today. I showed up 10 minutes before 5. I met Hector at the front desk. Oh, Hector! He must’ve had a bad day. But I’ve had a bad day before so I left it alone. Pretty snippy, but hey, we’re in Miami.Hector said I was next, so I happily sat waiting as I streamed my phone. Next thing I know, it’s 5:20pm and my car is still parked on the side.“Hector, what’s going on buddy?”“You’re next” said Hector.Now it’s 5:45....Whoa!I see another car reversing out one of the bays. Ok, I’m next. So I thought. In comes another vehicle (not mine) and now I’m getting frustrated.“Hector, what’s going on buddy?”“I’m backed up, what do you want me to do?!” Says Hector.“What’s the purpose of an appointment of I’m going to be waiting an hour before my car is even taken to one of the bays? I’m sorry, I have to go, can I get my keys back?”He stormed out of the lobby and into the bay area and as he left (seemingly frustrated as well) he mumbles “So get the **** out of here then!!”At this point I’m appalled. Really?!I had to approach him again as he hands me the key. Now clearly you can sense the bad vibes coming from this guy Hector. The bodily attitude given was just as annoying as he slick remark when I asked for my keys back. Before I left, I asked him once more, “sorry, I must’ve not heard you correctly, it sounded like you cursed at me.”“Just ****ing leave!” Said Hector.I said, “Google is my greatest ally. And I hope whoever takes a look at my review will handle getting you fired.”If you’re reading this review, don’t come here. Ever. And if for some crazy reason that this is your last resort and you have to come here, hopefully Hector will be long gone.Tire Kingdom, you should not only for Hector, but fire the guy who hired him as well!On another note, Robert set up the appointment for me, via phone. He seemed like a nice guy, but Hector messed everything up for that store. 😕
