Special ordered parts I needed, took longer than I expected to get fixed, but that was because of the rare part they did not have in stock... otherwise they would have fixed it same day... for the parts and labor not overpriced at all... espically considering I was traveling and lacked the ability to fix the problem myself, or obtain the necessary replacement part for that matter.
