Came to this dealer to purchase a Durango hellcat, the vehicle was in the show ready for purchase. Although the value of the vehicle was in the 90k range, the dealership had a mark-up of 30k on top of the total cost. Who does this? Well this dealership does, its both ridiculous and absurd to charge 30k over the total cost for a special order. So after speaking to the rep and failure to acknowledge this ridiculous up charge. I called another dealer and had them build me one with everything i wanted. Without the 30k mark-up, And here it is. So No, Dont do business here.
The team is very knowledgeable and the customer service was great. During the deal I had to leave for a few hours while the finance team structured my deal. My salesman Manny was awesome to work with and kept me informed of the whole time. The floor manager was great as well. I was ready to walk out twice due to the fact the truck I went to see was stolen and everything else was out of my budget. He was able to get me into a vehicle that was priced slightly higher and stayed with in my budget. These guys are looking to move units and are willing to make deals. Great buying experience from sales floor to financing.
Highly recommended Aventura and my Sales person Rhodlyn Bruno and Finance Manger Vanessa. I’ve been in the market for my 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie for 2 months. The spec that I wanted made it extremely difficult to find so I’ve been willing to travel if I ever came across one. After a few poor experiences at local dealerships near me I came across Aventura site and they had probably the largest inventory of vehicles and 4 exact spec 1500s that I wanted. I reached out to Aventura and later had Bruno reach out to me and figure out what I wanted. It was very important that I was able to do everything remotely to get a deal in place before I hoped on a plane. He walked me through the entire process and worked out a deal that was fair for both parties. He got back to me in a timely fashion. He even went the extra mile by picking me up at the airport. Entire process seamless. Will definitely be the only place I visit as long as I’m apart of the Ram family.

I’m 28 and my friend 23, we don’t have home yet, we was living in truck 24/7 and working like car delivery with enclosed trailer. On 30 of august 2021 we visited this dealer and ask tons of question to manager Alexander Katnelson, he understood our situation that we want to continue to work hard and we need new home (yes we live on the back seats of car), but we don’t have big credit history, just 8 months. If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I spoke to Sebastian earlier on the phone & I told him I was purchasing a vehicle under my business & NO PG. He said okay no problem, I went into the location only for them to try to “school me” & pressure me to PG. I have done a lot of research on purchasing vehicles under business, with no pg. I know PLENTY of people who have done it. So Celestine’s approach was WRONG. He has no idea how well established my business credit is to be pressuring me to PG RIGHT OFF THE BAT! I only sat down for 3 min before I walked out. My time is valuable, I run multiple businesses and have 3 kids. I had to drive 30 min to get to this dealership. The staff was very rude and I am very dissatisfied & annoyed. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience, I’m 4:30 hours away, I sent an inquiry about a RAM 1500 Longhorn advertise at their own website and Autotrader for 66,237.00. Their sales person Michelle Lopez responded to me by asking for my social security # to give me an out the door #, I had already stated to her I’m paying cash or 0% if available credit is stellar no problem, she sends me a buyers order for almost 90k out the door total waste of time, thanks god I didn’t drive to the dealer. AVOID AT ALL COST, see attached pics of the car in question and same model different color price the same . They lie about their price to bring you in. Do not waste your time with this dealer. FRAUD

Had an oil change today...1st time visitor...greatly nicely and taken indoors...service Manager was extremely friendly and explained warranty requirements and showed me the program...need to leave the vehicle for 7 days for electrical work...luckily we will b away for 7days...I believe Im in good hands!time will tell...the service area is totally under renovations however they r coping very well and my 2hr wait saw a lot people come and go and I believe people were satisfied w their service and explanations

My wife and I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 from Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. When we tried to calling our sales rep with questions about the vehicle and coverage but his phone constantly goes to voicemail. When trying to reach the finance department, we get no call backs or answer from them regarding our registration for the vehicle. The gatekeeper doesn’t seem to quite understand what is going on- not her fault. Once you purchase the vehicle it seems all interaction ceases to exist which is not how it’s supposed to go. I spoke to Chris once on the weekend and he told me to reach out on Monday so he could have his manager make sure the registration went through. Called on Monday and still have not had any responses since. Calls or texts seem to go unanswered. The temp tag is soon to expire so we are in need of some answers.
I just want to start by saying I had been to easily over twelve dealerships before meeting with Bruno at Aventura Dodge. What an amazing experience. He is a great man to deal with no back and forth very straight forward and wants what is best for his customers. IF YOU GO HERE ASK FOR BRUNO. The professionalism and honesty he has is unmatched. Bottom line - after you purchase a vehicle; you will most likely be ignored. Although the car buying experienced worked well meaning the flow, process, and purchase. However, you need to beware and expect that the customer service experience comes to a complete end after you sign the paperwork and purchase your vehicle. One of the many issues; I was accidentally overcharged for an extra $300. When I tried contacting the dealership they continually would only route me to voice messages. Then, when I showed up in person to sort through; they said the manager on duty was too busy and they sent someone from finance. Moreover, there were other issues around them ignoring temporary license plate requests, etc. I am in the market for a second Jeep vehicle and definitely looking elsewhere.
Service department gets a 0. Apparently Once your car is out of warranty you will be placed at the end of the priority list regardless of your place in line. 8 days before it was diagnosed looked at ; simple radiator leak which was obvious when brought in. Part was mistakenly never ordered then today makes 4 days since it may have been ordered OR not. No call backs or status updates! Today marks the 15th day. My Assistant Service Manager Eddie Santiago. Lost any future business to upgrade to a newer Jeep.

I have been actively searching for a Ram 1500 for at least 3 months, from dealerships from Orlando all the way down to Kendall. My friend just happen to send me the link to the Aventura Dealership and I found this beauty. After visiting other dealerships I was a little mad that they werent trying to work on the price a little more. So on 6/24/20 I decided to go see this truck. Angel was the sales person who helped me and made me feel very relaxed through the whole process. If i were to buy a vehicle again I would definitely go with him again. My car had an unexpected issue during a weekend vacation in Miami and although their department was backed up with orders, he was very understanding of my situation and went out his way to accommodate me and get me back on the road and back home. All I did was present an offer that they have advertise online and was told I cant get that price, they use there advertisement to draw you and then they try to take advantage of you. Please note: this review was intended for the service center which is next door, not the dealership. I did not purchase my car here. I adjusted from 1 to 3 stars just as I felt its unfair to put 1 star here. Its still a 1 star review otherwise.I have gone here a total of 2 times since obtaining my vehicle in a private deal.I give them every courtesy, give them extra time, leave for a few days because they are backed up.My recent visit only outlines just how bad the service there is.I left my car there over the weekend and gave them 5 days until finally a service technician saw the vehicle. He did not inspect the engine, only removed the engine cover (which is about 113$ w/ discounts, and there in retail, probably like 200$) and gave a brief inspection. All of this cost about 179$ to basically confirm what I brought in the vehicle for. They suggested something like replace the whole engine for 9000$ which is like a price of a new used vehicle/on a deal. What? The engine was working. They did not even do basics like check oil, replace oil, check fluids, no courtesy check sort of thing at all for all that time and money. By the time I left, I found later my engine cover was missing that basically covered the cost of what I had paid them- to do absolutely nothing!I had even called them about it and the person said he would get someone, then just left the phone there. I eventually had to go somewhere, hung up, never got a call back.A couple days later, probably related to something they did, my usually cold AC was already blowing hot. The manual says its best serviced there but obviously I was better off recharging it myself for about 20$ - Im confident if I were there Id wait a few more days and be charged 300$ for what I did. The oil had been brown for a long while-it was when I had brought it in, no mention was given to changing it or just adding some.For the first time I had gone there years ago related to needing a part, so the diagnosis took a similar overcharge, and they wanted about 300% more than it took for me to simply buy/replace the part myself.They only want to do the total replace/upcharge version of what should be done even if its an easy fix.Still contemplating if I should attempt to contact them again to at least replace the 100$to200$ cover that is missing even if its only like a slight sound muffler anyway.edit: apologies, maybe I am a bit harsh, but I dont think it justifies what typically happens there- only people who dont care about throwing a few thousand dollars around would go there.
I made an appointment by phone few days before the date. Time to leave the car at 10:00 am. I was there at 9:40 and the guy told me to wait for my time. I waited in the car and I was served only at 11:15. So I had to wait more than one hour in the line to leave the car. When I was there doing the paperwork they told me if I put 5 stars on Google review they will give me $5 discount. I told I do my review at the end not at the beginning. They told me it was a matter of less than 2 hours to pickup the car. They called my back at 2:00 pm. So to change the oil of my car I lost more than half a day. If I make an appointment at the time you tell me to come i aspect to arrive in time and leave the car. And if you tell me less than two hours I come back at the time you tell me to come. Therefore I give you 2stars. And I don’t care about your 5$ discount!

I bought an oil change package about $265. I only use 1 oil change service and then I sold my car. Cant get a refund. When they sold me the package they said very differently. When I called today, they said another things. Dont buy this oil package, its very expensive, you can go to walmart for oil change with mobile 1 for $60 bucks. my lesion learn

They are good at selling and sealing the deal but not very good at customer service in following up on resolving matters. I guess they take off spare tires to the 4x4 trucks because people steal them. Anyway I drove in from out of town all the way there to buy and drove home with a new truck but no spare tire. Impossible to contact after that. It’s month number 5 since I bought. Called too many times, was told they would send it to me. I was wrong. Make sure you really inspect you vehicle before leaving because I didn’t. It is messed up!!!
First Truck purchase went very smooth. Aventura RAM had a huge selection of RAM trucks that I was looking for. Alex the salesman was great and very helpful throughout the whole process. Celestino was also helping with a smooth transaction and negotiation process. From beginning till the end it was a great experience at Aventura Ram. I’d definitely come back again when it’s time for a new Ram truck.
The dealership and management have very poor ethical standards. I received an offer through Kelley Blue Book website to sell my Jeep and had several dealerships interested, specifically honoring the KBB offer. The Aventura Chrysler Jeep representative contacted me multiple times trying to convince me to go to them. I had already been to a different dealership in Coral Gables who had contacted me first. They had done the Jeep inspection and were honoring the KBB offer, although due to my 16 month baby sleep schedule it was already late in the day and I had to leave, so we didn’t have time to do the paperwork.Since Aventura Chrysler Jeep representative kept insisting and they were located much closer to us, we went there, after explaining we had already an offer and the situation with the baby, that our time was limited etc.. After I spent my time driving there with my husband and my baby, taking our two cars, they did not honor the offer and tried to convince me to sell them the Jeep for thousands of dollars less. It was very misleading and a display of low level of integrity by the dealership, its representatives and management.

Worst experience of my life. I sent some family friends there, and they were treated horribly. I believe the sales man was Armond Pierre. He sat my friends down and demanded a credit check before They even went on a test drive. I understand salesman have to qualify people, Im in sales too, so believe me I get it, but to force someone to do a credit app before a test drive isnt right. I can only imagine how this would make someone feel who has bad credit or is hard up for money. Fortunately that is not the case for my friends, and they will be purchasing a car elsewhere. Please avoid this dealership at all costs. The disregard ethics completely.I then called to confront him about it and he argued with me!!!!!

Another dealer that gives you a run around. It was all dandy till paperwork was ready and they are adding a $5000 over MSRP fee because they only have a few trucks in stock. Then an unspecified $1887.38 dealer fee. So a $46.455 MSRP Truck ends up being $57398.41......Stay away and find a less greedy and more honest dealer.
Took my jeep to get serviced. wasnt ready when i went to pick up. came back the next day to pick up and even though they open at 7 am. no one was working until after 715 am. dealership looks like its stuck in the 80s. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to a dealership and service center that has a good management structure to insure you get the service you deserve.

If you’re a no BS type person like me this isn’t the place for you. They post a price on the internet and then tell you they can’t give you that price and then try to talk you into a higher price or another vehicle you don’t want. If you like playing games good luck. I will never give my business to a company who doesn’t live up to the prices they post.
Ive used this dealership service several times for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I never had an issue until today, 02/04/21. This morning I took the jeep to the shop because of a Service Air Bag system alert. Normal process the young lady greeted me, walked me in to my service advisor. Polite young man, he looks at the car says ok, its going to take a while to see your car. I said no problem I dont need a car until about 4 today. He said no its going to be about four or five days. I was like ok, I will take a loaner car until the issue is resolve. He asked if I had an extended warranty I said yes, we went back to his desk and he said you have the extended warranty called car care plus ( or something like that). That it only covers the car rental once the car is diagnosed. I was cool, I have until 4pm, diagnose it then and I will pick up a rental. He stated no we cant diagnose it for 4 or 5 days. I was ok, lets make an appointment and I will come back. I know its a safety issue but its drivable. He state No, I can make a service appointment but I cant diagnose it then. I stated well that makes no sense, why not place a holder for my spot when its my turn I will come in. He stated that it doesnt work like that. At which time I explained that we are in COVID times, Im not making a lot of money, there has to be another solution then me leaving the car for 4 to 5 days and renting a car on my own dollar, when Ive already paid for an extended warranty (the best one they had at the time.). He stated well thats all I can do, to which I stated well I could go to another dealer. To which he stated no problem and walked me out. Honestly, I was quite surprised because Ive been to this dealer a few times already. Ive been speaking with a sales rep about trading in the jeep and getting a new one, but unless something happens immediately. I dont foresee myself coming here again.Update 2/9/21- it’s been a week and the dealer replied to my review claiming a member of management will contact me. Never happen so I still have to go to another dealership. Seriously disappointed...
Brought my truck in on Saturday after the brakes locked up on me. Was assured it would be handled by Tuesday (which was already an issue since I live out of state) now its Wednesday and it has yet to even make it to the shop to be looked at. Despite repeated calls and voice-mail its nearly impossible to get anyone from service to respond.
I called ahead because I have a recall on my Jeep and I asked if I could bring it in it would be taken care of And when I arrive they told me that they dont have the Part in stock. So I drove a 1/2 an hour just so they could tell me that they cant do nothing for me that day that I would have to come back. Horrible communication in the service department.
Justin was the best person to actually assist me to purchase a car. He help me with everything with the details of the vehicle, He help me with the best payment out there, he help me with the best selection. He has a great energy and he ran a search for every possible opportunity that was in the shop. Thank you so much for everything Justin.
Armand Pierre was a great sells men. He explained everything throughly. He made me feel super comfortable in buying a car and confiding in him. He was very professional and customer oriented. Any question I had, he knew how to answer them. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He’s awesome.

Please do yourself a favor and dont do any business here. Ive had my vehicle for less than 3 months and have already had numerous issues. The best response that they can give me is that is what happens when you buy used cars. If I could go back I would absolutely NOT do any business here. A week without my vehicle and all I get is we are working on it.

Worst customer service I have ever seenLeasing a vehicle with them, been trying to reach someone over at finance for 4 days. Left messages, cant even have a manager who isnt from finance call me. I have literally been calling over 5 times a day, to say the least, like a maniac. Today, I literally got accidentally hung up. Cant get a hold of the GM, no one besides the secretary. The selling experience was great, a year ago. I guess something happened. Probably after they got your money they dont care about you. Shame.

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn back in June 2020. Flew to Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram from Bear, DE. and paid cash for this truck and a full extended warranty. Unfortunately, due to multiple errors in paperwork from the dealership, my present temp tags have expired. My salesman (Miguel Pichardo) who has since been promoted, reassured me that this situation would be resolved. During this time, I was told the title clerk quit and destroyed all of my documents and others out of spite. One excuse after another followed and then all communication stopped from him. I reached out to Dodge Customer Care only to be met with no assistance since they informed me they have no say how each dealership is run. My primary job is 30 miles away and Im a general contractor. Now I can not legally drive my new truck. To not be able to get back and forth to my livelihood is inexcusable, frustrating, embarrassing and disrespectful. I reached out to Title Clerk, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, etc. If you pride yourself in looking for the best customer service, dont buy a truck from Aventura! The only service youll get is disservice!!!
I’m a new driver and went to buy my first car. I fell in love with Jeeps and decided to go to Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Buying a car is an overwhelming experience and I’m so happy this was the first place that I went to do my car shopping because I didn’t have to go anywhere else. The selection of vehicles is great, but the best part was the service.Michael Katz was the salesperson who helped me. I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason. With that, there’s a reason why Michael was the only person available to help when I went in. Everyone else was busy helping others. I was very indecisive and honestly, if I was in Michael’s shoes, I would have been very annoyed with myself. However, Michael was extremely professionally and extremely patient. I think car dealers have a bad rep, but Michael was the very opposite of that stereotype. He was very honest, very real, and had my best interest in mind.I’m so happy that I decided to get a Jeep because she’s super gorgeous. But, I’m also happy that I went to Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Michael Katz made buying my first car a great experience.There were others who helped me out after I selected the car. Everyone was helpful and professional. But, Michael is definitely the highlight of my experience.
