I dont recommend this placeThe owner Frank is a good salesman and a smooth talker making you feel that you are in good hands after the car spent three weeks at the shop the body work was done incorrectly the paint job came out terrible the door doesnt close properly not to mention I took him a car with no tenant windows leaving me with the passenger side with tinted window and the driver side without one they could have easily remove the tinted window from the front passenger doorDont expect them to do right by you whatever you pay you through your money down the drainDid I mentioned theyre not cheapI paid them for the repairs $5,500 😠😡🤬

Frank is reaaally good at getting over on people and insurance companies. Would not suggest to go there on your own if you’re a woman because he will pull a fast one on you. Decided that I did not want to get work done there before he even started working on my car. He refused to give me my own vehicle (illegally withheld it) and proceeded to work on my car against my wishes the next business day so that he could get a check. Even lied to the insurance company about the extent of the damages. DO NOT GO HERE!

Would never recommend this shop to anyone in the world! I did my due diligence of researching the mechanics in the area and even called each one to ask why I should take my car there. I landed up here and this was hands down, one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. The owner, Frank, is all just a smooth talker and a good salesman but in reality does not know how to operate his business one bit. The first step for him would to actually be present at his business. My car was in an accident and from the moment I walked in, I was connected with the secretary who has not a clue what’s going on or how to handle anything. My car took 3 weeks to finish and let me tell you, they weren’t the ones updating me on its status. Once I got it back, the car had many issues that still were not fixed. Then, I had to take it back to the shop to get these things finished that should have been the first time around. This took another week and a half to complete. And to top it all off, when I checked in with Frank to see if it was ready.. he said it was ready for pick up. I left work to go pick it up to find it still had some of the issues not fixed. I was not happy one bit and frank was no where on site to speak to about he’s these issues so all I was left with was talking with his 15 year old nephew. All in all, let me save you a headache and tell you.. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

This shop kept my car for 26 days, the owner Frank was very aggressive and charged me for a supplemental claim of $545 and after I spoke to State Farm they told me the shop had cashed the check, then Frank said he would check and get back to me in the next days.It was a terrible experience they kept telling me the car was going to be ready the next day everyday for one week and a half. Frank shouted a me several times on the phone. After they gave me my car was visible poorly done and care for. Do not take your car to this shop, their business ethics are nonexistent.

I had an awesome experience NO FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SMILES! I was in a accident with my 2017 Honda Civic and it’s a repair shop so of course they fixed my car, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND, painted rims they didn’t have to and, fixed extra dents that were not apart of the accident, I WILL recommend this place to my family and friends, you should too...

Never give the car to this service !!!Insurance paid them about $1600 for the restoration of the wing after the accident, they reworked the work 2 times and the result did everything very badly, spoiled the interior with drops of varnish, left stains on the whole car body. As well as scratched some chrome-plated parts. My car in 2017, and after a few colors, it began to look worse. Alexey, one of the workers, promised that everything would be done in the best way, but as a result, everything turned out to be worse than I could imagine. If you can do a job very badly, they did it. A month later, this place which they did cracked and the paint became blistered. I was very disappointed, sure they will return everything that they do. Now I have to redo their work, as this place began to rust. It turned out that they did not motivate the remaining part for painting and painted on the old paint. This is a terrible service, never contact them, they do their work terribly!

Took my vehicle in for a minor but very noticeable bump on my rear bumper and the guys did an amazing job. Frank the owner saw me almost right away when bringing the car in for a quote and dropped it off the following day. Got it back in less than a week. Price was very reasonable. Workmanship outstanding. Good experience overall!

Fast and reliable shop

These guys are really THE BEST!!!!So professional, so cheerful, so good doing their job....and extremely hard workers!!!They did really a great job on my car, fixing it in a super fast time!!! Dont take your car here. It may be cheaper but you end up paying more in the end. I took a car to Collision Center of Miami and could not drive it after the repair. Frank, who worked on my car, was very nice until after I paid. After I paid, he was unwilling to help. I ended up having to pay to get the car fixed somewhere else.

Frank is a classic con artist. Smooth talking buddy buddy, lies to your face. Asked to be paid in cash from insurance check, took 3 months to “fix car”. Broke down day after he gave it back. Independent inspection shows that no work was done nor parts replaced. He committed fraud on my car for $6500 in damages and never replaced the axle. When asked to make it right he lies and spins it like it’s insurance’s fault.

My daughter was in an accident and I called and spoke with Jimmy. We decided to work with them and pay ourselves rather than turn into insurance. We had the person who my daughter hit take her car to them and they did an excellent job. I had an accident and took car to Honda and was given an estimate of almost $3,000. Took to Jimmy and Frank and again because I was paying cash they gave me a price of $650. Did not need to replace parts only fix them. I would recommend anyone to them. They work with many Insurance companies. My granddaughter has a Lexas and someone else hit her and they are repairing her car through Progressive Insurance. Youre treated like royalty by Frank the owner when you walk in. He says hell have the car fixed in a few days the most a week and I got the car more than a month later. They give you an estimate to begin with and and by the time youre car is supposedly done that estimate has doubled. They returned the car to me a mess and not even completely fixed. Dirty and without making sure the car was in good conditions to even be on the road. As soon as I got home one of the hose blew out. They took a week to fix that hose claiming he had a lot of work and didnt have the time to get it done. The AC wasnt working when I got the car back and I was told once again to take the car in by a certain time the week after and I waited for 2 hours on someone to attend me because everyone just kept saying they are waiting on Frank. I had to leave without getting my car fixed. I called Frank and texted him, I called the mechanic and I called another one of the workers name Kenny who promise to take care of me and not one of them answered. The car has left me stranded twice. He answers your calls when he wants and feels like it. I never gave him any issues paying his money when he asked but when It was time to stand up to his end of the deal they truly didnt care to do so. He has a great way with words and gives you the run around for everything. Everytime I went to the shop in the evenings all you saw was him and hes friends in cars taking care of personal business. This place is a facade,and this guy is a clown. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!

I will not recommend my friends to this place. The owner very disrespectful and they are not honest when give your car they said something when to pick it up it something else.
