I had a contract for 5 oil changes.This was my 3rd oil change and the said I had used them all. Then they said that it was because the deal was 25,000 miles or 5 oil changes. My car is only 1 and half year old. I dont think that a year old car needs 5 oil changes. That is unfair. I had to pay for my third oil change. They also wanted to charge me a full tune up which is over thousand dollars and like I said it is a one and half year old car that doesnt really need it. The car was very dirty after I picked it up, they could have at least washed it in outside.Employees need to me nicer in this place.
When I bought the car they scammed me, I was supposed to buy a certified car with perfect conditions and it did not turn out like that, I was hit twice and one of the crashes was not reported but it was left with the defects of a bad arrangement, worse the worst is when later to pay all the extended warranties 8 thousand dollars, that none covered those defects, but this continues, after 3 months of buying the car I took it to do the service because the windshield wipers did not work at 80 miles the steering wheel was shaking and the Brakes were weak, I leave it for review and after two hours they tell me that the car is ready and I see it in the same place where I left it and when I am getting off the brakes they were still the same, the windshield wiper did not touch it and the direction was Anyway, they didnt even look at him, a total disappointment !! This agency is a shame for the ram, to pay 52 thousand for this? my wifes Nissan is not half that and has great service and unmatched attention to these people

This was my first visit to the service center having recently moved my Jeep from CA --> FL. I received exceptional service and a warm welcome from Juan Vallejo. The extended team was also very warm, knowledgeable and provided a great experience. I went in for an oil change and the team was very thorough, providing a software update, windshield fluid and changing my license plate frame. Above expectations!
Brand new vehicle purchased with scratch on passenger window and a high speed vibration that took them over a week to only fix the vibration. Then they bounced me between service and sales as neither wanted to claim responsibility nor correct the scratched window. Then after some perseverance the service manager assured me he would replace it but it had to be ordered which would take 1-2 weeks, that was well over a month ago. Ive emailed and called him multiple times, no response. Then most recently over 6 weeks since the purchase, they still didnt pay off my trade. I had to make to 2 payments to a vehicle I didnt own anymore. It was only after multiple calls and finally getting to their office manager did it finally get paid off. However, Im still waiting for another $7k they owe me for the equity in the vehicle that they would not pay until the lien was cleared, which it is, still no check. Be careful of this high volume dealer as they seem to be unable to follow through on any commitments...
The service is the worstI had an appointment but I waited 45 minutes.Common service for 5000/10000 milesThey gave me the dirty car, I asked to be washed again and they told me that I had to pay for a wash detail ... I have other vehicles of another brand and the prepaid maintenance service is much better
Took me 4 hours to get an oil changed but then some lady walked in and knew a service guy in there and she skipped everyone that was waiting for hours including me and got oil service quick went to the front and asked whats the status of my truck and why I got skipped by the lady they didnt have a answer all of the sudden my truck was now done and said for the delay we will give you a courtesy wash and that didnt happen at all said that the crew that wash cars are gone for the day SMDH very Disappointed left their mess inside my truck and fingers printed on my Arm rest wonder why hands were on there makes me think if they were going through my things...
Call in was advise to bring vehicle in got the express oil change was out in one hour and a half. great timing Associate was polite and very knowledgeable
The guy that helped me ( Sebastian ) was very professional and polite. i give to him 5 stars .besides that the oil/filter change was very expensive ( more than 100 dollars and you need every 5000 miles)its more expensive that lexus ( that actually was free for first 30000 miles lease ) in ford i pay 40 dollars.in top of that they give you the car and dont even take out the dirty paper cover that the mechanic use for the seat and for the floor ...com on, im not even a Lexus fan but i cant dont notice that they wash the car before they give you, in dodge they give with the dirty paper from mechanic ...and its more expensive ( 3 stars )

Took my 2018 Jeep Trackhawk to get it serviced since i bought it from the same dealership. Upon arriving i asked an employee who do i speak to for car servicing they told me to grab a seat and someone would come attend me i waited about 40 mins before anyone walked up to my way. Finally someone saw me and asked me if i was helped and i said not yet and the employee told me someone would be right with me AGAIN! waited another 30 mins to the point i got up and walked to someone seating at a desk and told them ive been waiting for almost 2 hrs. This employee finally took my keys and got my information and told me my car should be done in 2-3hrs i said no problem and told him i would be back in 1-2hrs. My truck is an expensive car almost about 100k so i have multiple tracking devices that give me detailed driving statistics while at home i get an alert from my tracking device showing the car driving at furious speeds and about 2-3 miles away from the dealership where i left it. I called immediately as i thought someone had stole my car. Not one person on the phone knew where my car was or even what car it was i gave them my name and also my phone number which was the information the employee took when i dropped off my car. They told me they were going to figure it out and call me back. they called me back 20 mins later saying that one of the employees took my car for a test drive to make sure everything was done right which to me is ridiculous because i went their for an oil change and an alignment you dont need to drive 3 miles away at fast speeds to check if that type of work was done correctly! once i got there it turns out the machanic decided i didnt need a alignment. So why were you test driving the car from the get go? theres so much more. just dont take your expensive muscle cars here.
Moved to the area last year so figured Id get service here.. not any more. I will be driving the extra 30 mins to go to my old dealer from now on.First experience several months ago: brought my car in in the early afternoon for a battery issue. When I hadnt heard back by 45 minutes before closing, I called multiple times with no answer in the service department. Didnt reach anyone until the following morning - my car was kept overnight with no updates, no approval. Spoke with manager who assured this wouldnt happen again.Second experience: brought car in for routine oil change/tire rotation. They attempted scam upsell - throttle body/fuel injection service.. on a 2 year old car with 16k miles. When my car was ready, I wasnt notified until I walked up to the service desk, despite having been waiting in the waiting area.And the best part? I still would have come back here since its close to my house, but when I got in the car I noticed someone had taken one of the Belvita cookie packages I had in the center console - see photo - there were 2 packages there before servicing. Yes, Im not supposed to leave valuables in the car, but I hope the $0.50 cookies you took were worth my lost future business.
My vehicle went in on Tuesday June 1st 2021 For the check engine light. No one touched my car until Wednesday after calling About seven times.I finally got a hold of Chris Brown Whom took care of it until Friday afternoon but he had the weekend off but told me eddie would call Saturday when it was done. My car only needed a thermostat replacement & oil change. Nowhere on the planet does it take 1 week for this to get done. And still nobody is answering the phones nor returning calls. Apparently this is standard behavior for this establishment. I would not recommend this business to buy or repair your vehicle. You have to be in their faces or you are neglected.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO I PERSONALLY WENT IN AND THEY JUST GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT HOW THEY’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CAR ONCE IT LEAVES THE LOT I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE IT TO HONDA. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NO ONE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY….. RUN….. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Took my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for new tires and somehow during the process my driver side mirror motor stopped working. How this happens changing tires is beyond me. But Chris told me he would order the part and call me the following week. THAT didnt happen.I called to make appointment to get it fixed since there was a warranty deadline. I spoke to Chris, he said he would order the part and would be ready for my appointment the following week. The appointment was for 7 am and i would need to wait for the car. Arrived, no indication that I would need to wait, and no mirror ordered.I have a lease vehicle that included service for the 3 year lease period, but it turns out they only included 2 years of service. No one ever answers the phone, nothing is ever done on time, and they will lie to you about anything.Even by Miami standards, which barely exist, they are bad. The worst.
Awful service, they don’t care about you, let us wait for a long period of time just because they didn’t care.. took their time, told us that the fixing will be quicker than taking an alternative car..Will never go back their again.. not worth my money and my time..
I recently stopped by for general servicing and assistance with a few issues with my Ram Truck. Thankfully, Javier Cumares was the Assistant Service Manager who took care of me. I was rushing around all morning preparing for a trip and was praying everything would be quick and efficient with servicing my truck. Javier exceeded all my expectations. He was exceptionally professional and courteous/positive while explaining everything I needed to get done. He ensured every single issue was addressed and handled it with efficiency. When an employee goes above and beyond, it makes a huge difference. My lease is up within a year and knowing the service dept takes great care of the customers definitely pushes me towards buying/leasing with them again.
Left my car there to get fix, got a call 4 days later to inform me that my car was going to be ready for me to pick it up the next day. Ive cancelled all my showings to go the next day to get my car and to return my rental. I was calling the whole day before going there to make sure my car was ready. No body answered the phone calls or return my messages.got there my car wasnt ready, lost my time and no body cared to call to inform me the car wasnt ready.Very bad costumer service. They dont care or have any respect for the costumers time at all.Horrible service! 👎👎👎👎
This is the worst place to bring your car for service nor any other issue you might have. Not enough tech support, and i m questioning their ability to resolve some basic issue with your car. I have my car there for an issue, they did the repair and it came out with the leak. I brought it again and it took them 4 days to be able to check the issue and no work was performed. It took them 4 days just to check the issue and they were not able to provide me with the service needed, nor trying to accommodate me as the client. Finally, they mention to me that they will call me when the the part arrives. Clearly, leaving me with a car that is leaking and only God knows if the car will not break down.I would not advise you to bring your car at this location for nothing major.

All Jeep factory service centers are bad, but these are the worst. How hard can it be to hire more techs so you don’t have to wait a week for your car to be seen? They bait you in with easy appointments, but good luck getting any calls or reaching the service rep when it’s there. And if they have to order a part from the factory it never arrives.

BEYOND HORRIBLE. Easy to make appointments but then the nightmare starts; they tell you they’re backed up and you have to leave it, then you never hear from them again and when you call you’ll wait forever with no answer. Had to go and fight to get my car back; nd that was for warranty, check their prices below.

It took three hours to complete the service, when they finally brought my car, they did not car washed, and the inside the car smell like someone had lunch inside the car. When I complain about it, they tried to blame a sewerage plant a block away from the dealership. What it really bother me is they treat people like we were stupid. I was considering lease a car there again, but not anymore!
Horrible service! They said they ordered a part for me months & months ago. I kept following up & they claimed part wasn’t in & it was delayed due to COVID. Come to find out the part was never ordered in the first place! They said they needed to order it “again”! Again???? If it wasn’t ordered in the first place then “again” does not apply! They lied to me all this time saying the order was placed. Every phone call & messages I left were never returned. I either had to come in person or keep calling the Service Department until someone finally felt like answering. What a waste of time!
Horrible Service!!! Cant get a hold of anyone on the phone. All the phones ring but no answers in any department; i was continuously forwarded to voicemail. Finally after 10 calls, i get transfered twice & the last worker in Parts Department doesnt allow me to speak. He simply said, hold & never returned to the call. Whats the point of this location having phones if they are not going to be answering any of the phones? smh

They’ve had my vehicle for a week now. They stopped returning my calls. They don’t respond to my emails either. Really I just want my vehicle back. I’m even willing to pay the random fees they keep adding for things I never agreed to. I feel like I’m dealing with kidnappers.Oh and I can’t just show up either. I had to wait over an hour just to earn the privilege of speaking to someone. Literally they made all the customers put their names on a list and wait over an hour before they would even acknowledge any of us.

Please stay away from here. Avoid the stress, the having to drop what you’re doing to show up personally due to them not knowing how to answer the phone. Most importantly avoid them ripping you off. Not to mention if you’re a female they will cite you the price they cite poorly informed people. Gender bias isn’t just a figment of customers’ imagination. Never thought it would happen to me. I was haggled to fix something different every time I tried to take my car home. I finally got my car back, but turns out the air is not working. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Please.

The service department really got under my skin. They provide weak customer service and they will leave you sitting in their waiting room all day if they could. I took my car in for an oil change and the following day after the oil change, a misfire in my engine happened out of nowhere. I took the car in the following week, sat in the waiting room for hours waiting on a word about my car, then eventually I was told to come back the next week cause the mechanic wasnt there. It doesnt take 3-4 hours to tell me that. I came back the next week and sat for hours again waiting. When I finally saw the mechanic pulling my car up to check it out, I got up and went to him myself. He showed me what was causing the misfire and explained it all to me(which is cool cause you arent allowed back there). He then told me to come back the next week cause the car would need to go to the heavy assembly or something like that. I spoke to one of the advisers about when I would be getting my car back because I needed to go out of town the next weekend and I was assured that I would have my car back before my trip. Mind you, they lied to me and said they dont do loaners or rentals. I see people getting and returning rentals all the time. The adviser told me once the car came in, they would get to work on it. I dropped the car off on Monday 1/2/17 and my trip was on Saturday the 7th. My car sat untouched until Thursday from what I was told. I missed a week of work, my cousins wedding, and money opportunities. You think they care? Nope. Not one bit. I will make sure they compensate for this. My advice is if you need major work done on your car, avoid this service dealer cause THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK ABOUT YOUR CAR. They dont answer the phone nor do they call you when they say they will which forces you to have to get up and go there physically and theyre gonna make you sit and wait for an update in which theyre gonna bullshit you just so you can leave them alone. They act like theyre providing you 5 star service when theyre really feeding you crap. AVOID THEM. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
What I can say about this awful place! Firstly, its the staff that works there. Especially John. The guy who clearly does not understand where he is and how to work. This is a person who is just wasting your time. We brought a completely new car, bought in the cabin with an incomprehensible knock at the rear of the car on the left. John said that this noise is understandable and its correction will take a maximum of 4 hours. After 3.5 hours, when he got a call to find out if the car was ready, he said that he would clarify and call back. Naturally, he did not do this, and when they came to pick up the car, they told us that they did not even look at it, but on the admit appeared +20 miles! We were offered to bring it for tomorrow and first of all it should be recharged. promised again 4 hours. But the car was ready only the next day. They did not fix anything, the knock remained and in the documents that they allegedly replaced, the other side was indicated. From the car was stolen micro sidi with music. I do not recommend this place!!!. Do not waste your time, nerves and money!
Would never go there again. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a safety recall. Called 2 days before appointment and was told to come in. When I arrived I was informed that they didnt have the part and it was on backorder by the service manager. I felt that since I had out of state plates on my car they could not be bothered with me. Went to another dealer and had recall done and spend a lot of money. Too bad for you...

My Wife and I came in to have our Jeep looked at. We had problems with the battery. We signed in and then promptly attended to by David Morais. David is the Assistant Service Manager and he was very helpful and professional. David had his team identify the problem and let us know our options really quickly. Within the hour David had solved all our problems and had us back on the road. Highly Recommend this service center.

Poor service the didn’t disinfect or clean my car I have a boys one year old and I have to clean and desinfect by my self also I have to walk almost 2 mile because they rent a car for me and they requested leave the car on the rent car.
How about being honest at what you do? Way to put the car salesman tittle to work.Double check every single thing they say. They say anything they need to, to make the sale.

I’ve been coming to Aventura Jeep for the past 5 years. I brought my Dodge Dart and now I bring my Jeep Cherokee. What keeps me coming back is the level of service and the peace of mind that David Morais gives me. I know that he’ll take care of me and give me an honest quote for whatever issue I have. I highly recommend Aventura Jeep.

Usually frequent the Dadeland dealership for service and decided to give this location a try due to proximity - was not disappointed with my decision. Julio Nino was very professional and wasnt pushy whatsoever and had it in his best mind to address my quick service needs for the day, including an overdue recall. The facilities themselves are comfortable with a lot of seats for those waiting and even complimentary water and Wi-Fi for customers. Will definitely make this my new service location.

And when confronted about the horrible service, the representatives brush you off as if it isnt their job. All I was trying to do was get an oil change, and after 2 hours (the promised completion time), it still hasnt been done. I discourage anyone from bringing their car here. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Went there for air bag recall.
After calling for over an hour and not being able to get ahold of anyone, I decided to drive for 13 miles to the location to actually talk to someone in person. I try to approach a representative 20 minutes ago and his response was “someone will be with you shortly”. Office is empty and 4 representatives working on the computers but nobody has had the decency to approach me. This is unacceptable. All I want is to fix my 1 year old Jeep Cherokee.
