The day time staff is normally very friendly and helpful which is great. But, the night crew turns off the lights shortly after 9 (even though they close at 10) pretty much every night. It makes me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. I understand the concept as a warning to closing soon but 9:50 seems like a better choice. Being that I live in North Mankato, my options at night are very limited, and sometimes I just need to go there after 9.

Pharmacist was incredibly friendly and really took the time explain everything. I overheard just the most incredibly rude person in the drive through wanting their vaccine 3 hours early even though it was scheduled for 11. I felt so bad for the staff, they really didnt deserve people being so rude.

People who work at the pharmacy are nice, kindhearted and are very helpful. I always enjoy coming here to get my fathers meds once every month and just get my first dose of COVID vaccination. Thanks all that you do everyone!

The pharmacist, Lee, helped me to schedule the second dose of the Moderna vaccine. I had received the first vaccine at Mankato Clinic, but I was called out of sate on a family emergency and missed my second appointment. He took the time to schedule me online. I truly appreciate his time and effort!

The best Walgreens Pharmacy staff!!! They figured out why my prescriptions weren’t being covered! Highly recommend them! The Walgreens on Madison wouldn’t help me, even after calling three times. This Walgreens kept in contact with me, they have no clue how much they have helped me! I have chronic daily migraines, hoping this medication changes my life! Forever thankful for their help!

Staff wasn’t friendly, and felt somewhat judged while walking around the store. When I didn’t know there were two options for what I was looking for, the staff that helped me was very passive aggressive and talked down to me like I was dumb with a smirk. I usually love Walgreens and try to shop there whenever I can but this experience was disappointing.

Got told the prescription would be 20 mins to fill so we said ok we will be back to pick it up. Came back and sat in line for 28 mins behind only 2 cars. That was irritating enough but then we are told they dont even have it but can get it the next afternoon. My wife needs the prescription so she can eat. I guess she doesnt get to eat today. Thanks Walgreens

Pharmacy always takes care of explaining and resolving insurance issues as well as contacting my physicians as needed to keep me on track health-wise.

Not much to say other than it’s quite nice to be inside & staff are quite nice as well.

This is really the only retail store in upper North Mankato, so it gets a good amount of business. They just remodeled their checkout and beauty area a few weeks ago and it looks really nice. Nancy will almost always have a coupon for at least one thing in your purchase.

I don’t know what’s going on with this pharmacy but it’s one of the worst pharmacies in Mankato, poor service, rude staff, they refuse to refill your medication, even thought you still have a refill. You lost me, bye.

I always have great customer service everytime I visit. They are also a great group of people to have next door to our business!

Great service everytime and the beauty counter always has extra coupons to help you save. (They actually take the time to clip them!)

This is a bit pricy, but it usually has what I need wherever I go no matter how off the item may be. Even in different states I can trust a Walgreens to be true.

They have a great staff and it has a neighborhood feel.

New workers in this Walgreens in north Mankato are not welcoming people and when you ask them to refill the prescription they act like they didn’t hear you and they look really bad new worker I give zero service rate
