I called this place to see if they had a specific item in stock and they said yes. I told them we were on the way. I get there they have close sign up and doors locked after saying the close at 5

This pawn shop is a great place to go to! The selection of items you can buy here is amazing! They have a lot of great items here and its all at reasonable prices! The staff here is great! They are very professional, helpful and reasonable to all of their customers. I greatly appreciate the customer service I received here and I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Good customer service. They were quick to help, although they gave quite a bit less than value. Would i go again, yes. Would i recommend as the first choice? Depending on the item and flexibility, Yes/No. Need quick money? National will most likely help you. But if you have the time to shop around, there are better alternatives.

Pretty decent place. Silver spot was around $18 per ounce with the markets today. I had 40 junk silver quarters (1955-1964) and they offered $1.65 a quarter. I think they gave me a good deal. I will return with Silver dollars....which they will give me $5 each. One dollar to five dollars, really fair and good return for me. Again, super friendly and knows allot of technical information on silver coins. Highly recommend.

I will 2nd the comments made by Clay Winn. After spending my time picking out items I wanted to buy thats exactly the stunt they pulled on me. They looked up everything I was interested in on eBay then priced everything accordingly, they got to keep everything and Id be willing to bet they still have most of it. This happened to me many many years ago and Ive never been back since and wont be back. Id recommend to everyone not to waste your time going there either, just buy from eBay or somewhere else to start with. I have never been able to buy much in the 30+ years Ive known about this place anyway and the main guy is in fact rude as others have stated. I was a cash buyer, not a person looking to sell or obtain a loan. Of course the typical response will be weve been in business a long time we must be doing something right. Id say what they are good at is sticking it to people likely at a desperate time. Hey, I understand you have to make a profit to remain in business, just be fair and reasonable and you will likely have repeat customers but I wont be back. I should have posted this review 10 years ago.Rebuttal: A smart business owner would recognize not to engage a unhappy customer especially after treating them poorly and unethically. A simple reply of Im sorry for the experience you had in our store, we hope you give us another try would be far more beneficial. The store owner is doing exactly what he accuses me of doing, only responding to negative feedback. I simply only post feedback when I feel Ive been treated poorly or unethically and others could benefit from my experience. Looking up pricing history at the checkout register is simply unfair and unethical, clearly pricing the items that are for sale in your store allows a potential buyer to make a informed buying decision and would avoid a uncomfortable confrontation of price gouging at the register.

Despite the good stuff being covered in dust and (generally) overpriced, I seem to remember a hot Russian (?) chick working there, so three stars! Shallow Review Out~

The experience I had there was the most amazing thing ever. I bought me a brand new TV out of the box. The staff was very helpful, friendly and VERY professional. Everyone should shop here. They have EVERYTHING!!

Worst pawn shop around. High prices and if something is not priced you have to wait for them to look it up on eBay or Amazon and try and sell it to you for that price,not the used price but the new price for a used item. Just stopped in recently,first time in years and they still had a lot of the same items with the same high prices they had years ago,how are they still in business?
