Wow what a fantastic company! I submitted an online request to be contacted about a garage door repair estimate. I received a call the same day and they came out the next morning to look at the issue. Not only did they look at the problem, but they were able to repair it same day! Very nice and respectful gentleman. I highly recommend this company for garage doors, they are quick, efficient, and have wonderful customer service skills.

Great experience, right from the start. Called the office to a warm greeting and requested service, short time later tech arrived and was very respectful. He made the repairs to my garage door and asked if I had any questions, then cleaned up his work area before leaving. A+ service. Will be using Harmon for all my future repairs and recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

We were VERY pleased with Harmon Overhead Door. The first tech came out and was very nice and gave a professional opinion on what colors would match our home and also what style of door he thought would look the best. When the next tech came out to install his attention to detail with install was top notch! Very professional and made sure to clean up behind himself. He even worked through a terrible monsoon rain storm that blew through while installing and he didn’t let it stop him from getting our door hung. He made sure I knew how to operate everything, he also programmed my car to open the garage for me. We will definitely be repeat customers for our next home. We are so pleased with how wonderful our experience was with Ron and his guys! We have and will continue to recommend him to everyone we know and everyone who asks about our beautiful door!

These guys are absolutely great in my book. My trailer had a blown tire right before I pulled in. They put my spare on for me ( I’m disabled ) . They were all masked up because of Covid which I also greatly appreciated because I’m in a high risk group. Their prices and product are excellent too. Charlie, I didn’t get to meet you in person but man you have a great crew and that reflects highly of you. I now know first hand why Pine Hill Construction out of Dover uses your company for all of their garage door needs. Service like this is so hard to find nowadays. Absolutely amazing customer service! We bought an older home and they have come out several times to repair both our old garage doors. They have always been next or same day service and very reasonable rates!
