Been looking for a particular bolt for one of my trucks and was recommended starbolt from another fastener company, so today i went in to see if they might have it. if so that would have been great since they would be so close to my shop. they dont sell to anyone except contractors and wholesale. kind of sucks because i AM a business owner AND i do often make large quantity orders. guess the big box store gets that profit instead of a local business.

Great place to find that bolt you need for your project

Bought 32 concrete anchors from Star Bolt. 31 were correct and one odd ball. I didnt realize it until the day concrete was poured. I should have checked the order but.... They have a no return policy. Had to scramble for a matching nut. Lesson learned...Picture posted.

I have choice words for this company and their owner. I came here (to support small business) on an emergency for ONE specialty nut only to be told they make no sale under $10..... That includes cash sales. How petty can one company be requiring a minimum cash sale? If you need something that costs less than $10 you have to purchase other things to get above their $10 limit to make a sale. It might be an emergency for me, but a business like this I refuse to support. I cannot understand why a company would turn down cash sales. This business practice is highly inconsiderate to the consumer. Every curse word in the book comes to mind for this company and I recommend taking your business elsewhere. All sales are final and no refunds are provided, which is pure thievery. When I made a big stink about it, the guy asked me what nut I needed and said hed give it to me free. I dont need handouts. I need quality businesses to support. At that point, I was so irritated I said no thanks, and drove to a big box store specifically to buy the nut and give them business..

I use this place on the daily. They are more than just nuts and bolts, they can get you just about anything. Locally owned and been in the same family for generations. They employ a knowledgeable and hardworking staff. My favorite guy to deal with is Chris. He is always happy to help and never fails to follow through. Star Bolt is definitely worth your time.

These people are top notch! Have nothing but good things to say about this business and their sales staff. The owner himself will come to the counter most days and take care of you if need be. All around good folks who know the ins and outs of the fastener business and always seem to have exactly what I need. Do yourself a favor and shop here before the big box stores if you’re looking for some fasteners for your next project.

Great company and will do anything to make sure you have what you need for any job. They always have it in stock for the best price. Star bolts they are thieves i was so mad. i purchased a 120 bolts and washers,and nuts got back to the shop and realized they stuck it to me for 326.00 . sold me the most expensive grade steel bolts they had !then when i tried to return them said they couldnt ! what thieves . the bolts were still in packages and in box unused!
